Welcome to our Caribbean family villa, we want you to experience 5 Star service whilst feeling at home. We hope you will fall in love with Everything Nice and Jamaica.
Our Villa is located on a narrow peninsula 300 meters wide surrounded by the ocean in an exclusive beachfront gated community with 24 Hour Security and yet is only at a 20-minute drive from the Airport.
This modern luxurious Jamaican Beach Villa in Montego Bay has its own 65 ft beach and is further enhanced by the highest quality in fittings and furnishings. No small detail has been overlooked to ensure you have the most wonderful and comfortable stay.

Luxurious Ensuite bathroom with shower and double vanity sinks, and views to ocean. Pull out sofa bed.
Upstairs -Bedroom 2 - Second Master bedroom Suite. King Bed, Pull out Sofabed, 60” Flat Screen TV. Bright Large Bedroom with double doors that open to the veranda with its own private seating area and direct views to the swimming pool and ocean. Large Luxurious Ensuite bathroom with plenty of natural light and views of the lush tropical gardens. Features double showers, freestanding bathtub, large double vanity. This bathroom also benefits from a separate Dressing Table and chair.

Outstanding property and outstanding staff. 4* given for area because the beach has eroded and is not that usable but after 24 hours you wont care!!
The house is simply fantastic. The staff...top notch. I cant imagine a better one on the island. From the driver, to our butler, to the chef, to the housekeepers, and to the laundress...simply outstanding.
Our host, Julie ensured everything was great including yoga and massages.
In a gated neighborhood behind two gates. One gate manned 24 hiurs per day. The other a fortress in the same area as major hotels.
This might have been the best vacation ever.

From the moment of arrival to the moment of checkout, our group was so happy with our decision to rent Everything Nice! The property was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The view was great. The pool and outdoor patio area was stunning. The real star of the show, however, is the staff! Carl was so much fun and attentive, and chef Tameika was amazing! Our meals were outstanding! The rest of the staff was also delightful, and made our stay so fun and relaxing. Our only wish was that billing for groceries and supplies could be more mainstreamed or invoiced and that such large amounts of cash wasn’t necessary. Overall, we had a fantastic trip, and highly recommend this property!!

Myself, wife, & 5 kids (teens) had the best time at the Everything Nice Villa. The home is matched only by the view from the back door, absolutely incredible. The staff were very kind & welcoming. They made every day in Montego Bay perfect for my family. No need to look for anywhere else to stay in Jamaica, this is the place.

Everything about our stay was incredible. This was supposed to be a once in a lifetime trip for us but after the first day we were already plotting on how soon we could come back. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating, from early check in to great drinks, incredible food, and even cooking lessons, the whole trip was a dream. Can't wait to come back!

What a trip! From the pre-planning with Julie to arrival this trip was great! This villa is breathtaking! We loved waking up and sitting on our balconies to read, relax, have coffee. The paddle boards and kayaks were a wonderful way to see the lagoon. We had a party of 10 and had plenty of space to spread out. Now for the best part: the staff! There aren’t enough words to say how wonderful they are! Carl is the best and had our kids eating foods they would never try for their parents! Tameika’s food is UNBELIEVABLE and SO tasty! “Pitbull” did an amazing job at the grill and went above and beyond for us when one of the kids had to visit the ER. We felt so comfortable having Gary stay at night and he was always smiling in the mornings. Carlene and Tina also did an amazing job! Julie helped us out with lots of information and resources when one of the kids got sick, as well. They made our stay truly memorable and special. We can’t wait to come back!

We loved our stay at the Everything Nice villa! Shout out to the amazing staff-Carl, Tameika, Tina, Carlene, Delroy, and Pitbull! They made the experience even better! The property is gorgeous and rooms are big. The pool is perfect for young kids and adults since it’s a gradual walk in type pool. The only downside was that the ‘beach’ it was on was not really a beach, more of marsh which was not good for swimming. We had fun on the paddle boards and kayaks available. Tameika cooked amazing food! They washed and folded our laundry multiple times during the week, which was really nice with the 3 babies we had (2.5yo to 3mths.) Groceries were more expensive than expected, but oh well. Overall, we had a blast and would highly recommend to anyone looking for an all inclusive, personalized experience.

The Villa is beautiful looks just like the pics. The staff (Carl, Prince, Carlene & KerryAnn) were awesome. We wanted for nothing! The food, OOH LA-LA…finger licking/lip smacking GOOD. Everything Chef Tameka cooked and/or made (homemade ice cream, sorbet and a cream cheese pound cake) was DELICIOUS. Also, Julie the manager was very easy to work with. She’s very nice, pleasant, informative, assessable and responds quickly to questions. A great & fun time was had by all! Looking forward to returning in the near future!

The Villa is breathtaking! Especially upon arrival on a rainy day when the doors are wide open and the breeze is circulating. The view upon entry is like a painting! Beautiful!

There was only one major con for me:
-Doors left wide open all day and into the evening
It was cute the first 2 days when the weather was rainy and a nice breeze was circulating throughout the home. After the rain, the mosquitos had a field day and the shared spaces (downstairs, kitchen, dining room) were sweltering hot. We would have breakfast after a fresh shower; sweat dripping down our foreheads. Seeing the staff/cooks sweat profusely wasn't appetizing either. The staff quarters and work area also lacked air conditioning, I can’t fathom how uncomfortable that must be.
I asked staff why the doors were open they stated it was to help with air circulation. No a/c on the first floor outside of the bedroom and office.The listing should state this clearly for those who are booking during the summer months.
It’s an expensive place to stay and guests should be very well aware of what they’re paying for.
We were unable to enjoy the space downstairs due to the heat and mosquitos. You never knew what bug you’ll find on the walls in the evening, it was a daily adventure.
Aside from this, we enjoyed our stay!

We traveled to Jamaica with 3 generations and this vacation home delivered! The staff was amazing, the kids loved the pool, and there was plenty of space for everyone. We loved the open air feel of the home and stayed cool with the AC in our rooms. Everyone on staff was attentive and made sure we were well taken care of. From Carl and Prince the butlers to Chef Tameika, and the housekeeping and grounds staff, everyone was amazing! We booked yoga at the house, a sushi chef, and a mobile spa. Julie was a great help in setting all of that up for us and recommended a fabulous boat charter as well. Roy, our driver, took us anywhere we wanted and always made sure we knew where we were going. He was full of information and stories about Jamaica which made traveling even more fun. We would certainly stay here again!

Everything Nice Villa was more than our family of 8 adults was expecting! The house was gorgeous and immaculate, the rooms were beautiful and roomy, the beds were ridiculously cozy and the staff was the best.
Such a wonderful pool area. We loved lounging in the water on the tanning deck. There were 8 of us so having multiple areas to sun, sit and nap on the patio was appreciated. The kayaks and stand-up paddle boards were a great addition. We definitely enjoyed the pool bar!
Our host Julie was so accommodating and great with communication in helping us plan our trip and excursions. She even arranged for a steel drum band one night to celebrate our Dad's 85th birthday.
The most wonderful thing about our trip was the staff! I really can't even find words to describe how incredible they are. Carl, Prince and Ralston kept our days and evenings so relaxing and carefree and Carline and KeriAnn kept the house beautifully clean. And then there's Tameika our chef! Do NOT go out to eat. She will plan menus for every meal and cook the best food you've ever eaten. Between her and the guys, every meal was beautifully set and delicious. They made our Dad's birthday dinner night extra special. Prince and Carl decorated up the dining room so fun and set the table beautifully. Ralston made a gorgeous centerpiece from flowers & plants on the property.
When we left, it was like leaving the best group of new friends.
We are thankful to Julie and the staff for making our Dad's 85th birthday trip so very special.

The pictures doesn’t do this house justice. Pictures doesn’t allow you to feel the breeze off the water. The pictures doesn’t allow you to hear the perfect mixture of nature. Birds chirping, the leaves shifting or the water meeting the sand. The house is everything you see but soo much more. The staff is Perfect! Food was amazing! Driver wonderful! I have no complaints! With this house you will NOT be disappointed!

We had a beautiful wedding with our kids in the Garden and it was perfect! The house is beautiful, lots of space and the staff very warm and friendly! Everything was amazing!! I highly recommend it!!!

One word - AMAZING! This property is ideal for 10 people, family, friends, etc. Location is ideal - close to major shopping areas for grocery items, wine, incidentals. Walkable to the Montego Bay Yacht Club for any watersports, happy hour, or lite food. The house was immaculate ! Views are incredible. But, the one true benefit to this rental are the staff. Carl, Prince, "Pitbull" Carlene, Karianne, Daniel the driver, and Tamika the Chef. JUST OUTSTANDING! They made my family feel at home, and truly respected. I would encourage everyone who stays here to make every effort to engage with them, talk to them, invite them to sit with you after a meal. My entire family left this property with 7 new, and very respected friends, an appreciation for simply good people, and even a few pounds heavier from Tamika's cooking. I would highly recommend this property to everyone!

Our family of 4 with two teenagers and our Friends family of 5 spent five days at Everything Nice. The house was very nice, clean, and well laid out, with multiple areas to hang out inside or out. What really made our stay special was the staff and the food! Everyone was attentive to any of our needs and always looked to serve. We didn't have a single bad meal! Would definitely recommend this VRBO.

It is hard to put into words how beautiful of a vacation we had while staying in this villa. But I can describe the experience, the home, and most importantly, the staff! I can't say I've ever felt more royal on vacation. From the time we arrived to the time we left, we were all very well taken care of. The home was even more beautiful in person than in the pictures. The food tameka cooked was 5 star, Prince, Carl and all the staff was attentive and helpful... and so much fun! The location on the bay area was so fantastic but we really could've spent the entire time at the home. We had everything we needed. The only VERY small downside was the smell of dogs all over the home and the waterfall being out of order. I was kinda looking forward to that water feature. However, the view made up for the water feature and the doors being open invited plenty fresh air. I could go on and on but for now... We will be returning again... annually! Love this place!!!

We decided to have only authentic Jamaican food and chef Tameka made it happen! Everything she made was delicious. Curry goat, oxtails, rice h peas, cabbage, stew chicken I mean everything! Carl was like an uncle and attended to our every need during the day. Prince was our amazing overnight helper that turned bartender when needed lol. The lovely housekeepers kept everything neat and clean and did our laundry every other day. This made packing so much more easier. Pit Bull helped with all things needed around the house and Sherdon drove us to our one excursion (because we didn't want to leave the property). The house is even better in person and the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in a rental property. We were so sad to leave but we will definitely come back. Last but not least was Julie who was very responsive prior and even met us at check in. We love you all!

Do Not Hesitate!!
We travel the world with our friends and have high expectations! This house exceeded those expectations! Julie was on point from the moment we booked. She made sure every single detail was taken care of including a catamaran cruise, sushi chef etc. we ended up staying an extra night but our house was booked so she found another incredible home she managed and got us in. The staff was hands down amazing. Carl the butler is great and handled us all week to ensure we were happy and had everything we needed. Tameka is the chef and her food was so incredible all week and she is so accommodating. Pit Bull is super friendly and will watch after you. He will deny it if you ask him, but I beat his tail in arm wrestling after he said he had never been beat. Prince was our overnight butler and he was phenomenal as well ensuring coffee was ready and breakfast in the morning on some days. Cary Anne and carline were the housekeepers and we never had to worry about dirty clothes or supplies, they were terrific. We had so many great conversations with the staff and enjoyed them more than words can describe. We will absolutely be back.
Do not hesitate to book this villa or any villa Julie manages, she is one of the best I have encountered.

Once we arrived at the villa the staff graciously greeted us: Carlina, Carl, Prince, Ralston, Tameika. We had welcome drinks and lunch waiting for us. It was perfect. The villa was beautiful. It had a mixture of modern, contemporary mixed w/island living and the views were spectacular. We very much enjoyed the view from the deck and infinity pool and the private beach access. Every room had its own distinctive features and was spacious enough so you wouldn’t feel crowded. Tameika’s culinary skills were spot on. The food we had was amazing. As a group we decided to have two cooked and prepared meals a day and nothing disappointed. From the basic cheeseburger to the oxtails, rice and peas everything was delicious, satisfying, and filling; and you could tell she enjoys cooking for people. We have always stayed in resorts up to this point and can definitely tell the difference in the quality of the food we had here at the villa. She was also extremely helpful when we accompanied her to the stores to help plan our meals and get snacks for the week. Carl and Prince were our butlers. We felt like we didn’t give them much to do as we are an independent bunch, but their bartending skills leave nothing to be desired. Carl’s Rum Punch is the best I have ever had. Ralston was there, but not there. He was the maintenance man. We would see him assisting Tameika with setting up the meals, he was the grill master behind our delicious cheeseburger meal, he made sure our luggage was unloaded and loaded up successfully, cleaned the pool, and made sure we had what we need to be safe while kayaking in the ocean. And can we talk about Ms. Carlina and Ms. Carrie Ann always had a smile and were very pleasant. The daily room service was unexpected. The daily room clean, turn down, and laundry service was a nice treat. This experience has opened us up to choosing a villa to stay in versus a resort. The service and value are unmatched.
Some helpful tips or things we wish we would have known or prepared for:
Plan our meals for the week either before arriving or the day after arriving.
Budgeting for the meals as the cost of items are increased at this time.
If you have less than 10 guests, let Tameika know so she can cook for that number of people-We left and had a small amount of food left over.

It is seriously everything nice. The property is wonderful but the staff are really what make this vacation magical. Julie is wonderful to work with and get all the details organized for your stay. I recommend bringing a lot of cash for groceries, tips, etc. You can order alcohol online from the duty free shop and pick up on your way out of the airport. It is the cheapest you will find. Julie helped us set up massages at the villa which were amazing. We also rented the neighbor’s yacht for an afternoon which I highly recommend. The villa is exceptional. Beds are extremely comfortable, pool was warm, kayaks and SUPs were used daily, showers had good pressure and were warm, Wi-Fi available at the house, and A/C worked well and always cool inside. They have floaties, towels, etc. Now for the best part…The Staff. Chef Tameika is incredible. We had planned to leave for a meal or two and immediately cancelled. You won’t find a better meal anywhere. She will make whatever you want..we had oxtail, ribs, curried goat, conch…you name it and she can cook it better than you have ever had. Carl was our main man during the day. He would whip up any drink we needed..frozen margs were a big hit with the ladies. Prince was our butler and protector at night. They were both so amazing. Pitbull was excellent and ran the grill like a pro. Carlene and Keri Ann…I didn’t know that I needed this is my life but now I can’t live without them…they washed our laundry every day and always had our rooms clean…what a special treat. They also danced, laughed and made us have a good time! Roy was our driver and would always be out front waiting to leave or run errands for us at any time….but we didn’t ever want to leave! Thank you all for a perfect vacation. We all felt truly loved and spoiled the entire week.

We had a wonderful time on vacation at Everything Nice. I can honestly say the pictures do not even do the property justice.
Tameika is an excellent chef! Carl kept everything in order and the drinks flowing for adults and (non-alcoholic) for the kids. Prince took care of everything at night, Ralston kept us safe and the kids entertained. Carlene and Kerianne kept the property spotless.
King, our driver, was wonderful on all of our outings. He walked us in everywhere and made sure we went to the best restaurants on our outings. We went to Dunn's River Falls and Blue Hole in Ocho Rios on one day of our trip and in between King took us to the most amazing restaurant - Miss T's Kitchen. It was the only meal that held a candle to Tameika's meals. We also went to the Luminous Lagoon, which I highly recommend.
Mostly we relaxed and enjoyed the house. We had the mobile spa come one day, did a ton of swimming Kayaking and paddle boarding. The house is fantastic! Reentry after this trip was tough. I kept thinking to myself, "did we really just experience that?"
A few notes: the service was excellent at the house, bring lots of cash for tips - we tipped 18% of the cost of the house. Tipping King is separate.
Groceries are expensive so plan ahead.
If your kids are not picky you do not need to plan separate meals. There is enough food on the table for every meal that a child can just eat what they like.
We were intimidated to choose meals ahead of time. Just focus on the first three meals and then choose things that look good from the book when you get there. We made a list of about 10 meals and a few lunches that looked good and Tameika picked for us. Our first three meals were 1. Dinner: Fresh fish, veggies and roasted sweet potatoes (I still dream about that snapper), 2. Breakfast: Fresh fruit, eggs & toast, 3. Lunch: Jerk Chicken nachos. These were the best we've ever had. We did not hold back and let Tameika buy what she wanted to at the store. The fresh fish she chose was prepared perfectly with fresh salsa and lemon caper butter sauce. Definitely TRUST Tameika.
Buy your alcohol at Duty Free. You will be eager to get out of the airport but do it anyway. It's much cheaper.
My daughter and I are gluten free because of auto-immune diseases. We brought a box of pasta, crackers and pancake mix and Tameika worked those in. For example, we had jerk chicken pasta one night and she used the penne I had brought for my daughter and me.

Once we arrived at the villa the staff graciously greeted us: Carlina, Carl, Prince, Ralston, Tameika. We had welcome drinks and lunch waiting for us. It was perfect. The villa was beautiful. It had a mixture of modern, contemporary mixed w/island living and the views were spectacular. We very much enjoyed the view from the deck and infinity pool and the private beach access. Every room had its own distinctive features and was spacious enough so you wouldn’t feel crowded. Tameika’s culinary skills were spot on. The food we had was amazing. As a group we decided to have two cooked and prepared meals a day and nothing disappointed. From the basic cheeseburger to the oxtails, rice and peas everything was delicious, satisfying, and filling; and you could tell she enjoys cooking for people. We have always stayed in resorts up to this point and can definitely tell the difference in the quality of the food we had here at the villa. She was also extremely helpful when we accompanied her to the stores to help plan our meals and get snacks for the week. Carl and Prince were our butlers. We felt like we didn’t give them much to do as we are an independent bunch, but their bartending skills leave nothing to be desired. Carl’s Rum Punch is the best I have ever had. Ralston was there, but not there. He was the maintenance man. We would see him assisting Tameika with setting up the meals, he was the grill master behind our delicious cheeseburger meal, he made sure our luggage was unloaded and loaded up successfully, cleaned the pool, and made sure we had what we need to be safe while kayaking in the ocean. And can we talk about Ms. Carlina and Ms. Carrie Ann always had a smile and were very pleasant. The daily room service was unexpected. The daily room clean, turn down, and laundry service was a nice treat. This experience has opened us up to choosing a villa to stay in versus a resort. The service and value are unmatched.

Perfection
It is seriously everything nice. The property is wonderful but the staff are really what make this vacation magical. Julie is wonderful to work with and get all the details organized for your stay. I recommend bringing a lot of cash for groceries, tips, etc. You can order alcohol online from the duty free shop and pick up on your way out of the airport. It is the cheapest you will find. Julie helped us set up massages at the villa which were amazing. We also rented the neighbor’s yacht for an afternoon which I highly recommend. The villa is exceptional. Beds are extremely comfortable, pool was warm, kayaks and SUPs were used daily, showers had good pressure and were warm, Wi-Fi available at the house, and A/C worked well and always cool inside. They have floaties, towels, etc. Now for the best part…The Staff. Chef Tameika is incredible. We had planned to leave for a meal or two and immediately cancelled. You won’t find a better meal anywhere. She will make whatever you want..we had oxtail, ribs, curried goat, conch…you name it and she can cook it better than you have ever had. Carl was our main man during the day. He would whip up any drink we needed..frozen margs were a big hit with the ladies. Prince was our butler and protector at night. They were both so amazing. Pitbull was excellent and ran the grill like a pro. We had a wonderfully special week at Everything Nice to celebrate my wife's 40th....and the only thing that's more difficult than leaving is trying to describe just how special this property and team are.
It offers so much - great layout, very clean, beautiful views, all of the amenities, great location not far from the airport, somewhat secluded but with quick access to everything you may need.
Julie is an excellent communicator and made it easy for us to prepare for our visit. But the truly special ingredients are the staff. They are warm and wonderful people that made our visit memorable. Carl, Tamika, Prince, Ralston, Carlene, Kerri and King.....THANK YOU! You feel like family, we miss you and are looking forward to coming back to spend time with you again soon.
