Sehr gut ausgestattetes Appartement

Sehr freundlicher Empfang in deutscher Sprache. Sehr, sehr gute Ausstattung mit allem Notwendigen (Superkaffeemaschine etc.). 2. Stock mit Lift und Garagenparkplatz. In 10 Minuten zu Fuß bei der Straßenbahn oder bei der Metro.

Das Zutrittsprocedere mit Chip ist gewöhnungsbedürftig aber aus Sicherheitsgründen voll vertretbar.

Kedves vendégfogadó a gazda, a képek hűek, a valóságot ábrázolják. Jól felszerelt, kényelmes ágyas lakás. Még vissza fogunk térni.

Pobyt bardzo udany, następnym razem również skorzystam.

Lokalizacja bardzo dobra, blisko do środków komunikacji miejskiej ( metro, tramwaj ). Bardzo dobry punkt startowy do zwiedzania miasta. Garaż przypisany do apartamentu. Szczególne podziękowania dla Beatrix za jej gościnność i otwartość.

Уютные апартаменты с паркингом и прекрасной хозяйкой.

Очень уютные апартаменты, в которых есть все необходимое. Удобные кровати, идеальная чистота, свой подземный паркинг. Принимают с животными, хозяйка Беатрикс очень гостеприимная, недалеко торговый центр и остановка транспорта.

Не хватало темной шторы или жалюзи на окне - утром очень светло в комнате и сложно было спать)

Béatrix. Sur cette planète Terre, les personnes comme elle arrivent à tout soigner, à tout faire comprendre, à tout rendre meilleur. Elle vous reçoit dans ses appartements comme si vous étiez sa famille, tout est pensé dans les moindres détails mais encore en plus chouette! Vous ne manquerez de rien et pouvez compter sur elle. La distance des centres d’intérêt de Budapest. Mais malheureusement on ne peut pas déplacer les immeubles haha

Sve preporuk, odličan apartman u centru Budimpešte.

Objekt je čist i uredan, lijepo uređen, za tu cijenu izvrstan. Smještaj ima i besplatnu garažu što je velik plus. Domaćica je također jako ljubazna, dala nam je preporuke za mjesta koja trebamo obići i također nam je ostavila kavu, kekse i vino.:)

Super clean location

Everything was close, the location has Lidl at the end of the street if you wanna prepare breakfast on your own. We were a group of 4 people and we had everything we need, even make up removal. 👏

The couch is a bit uncomfortable, but for 2 nights was good.

The best stay in Budapest!!

The Care taker she was really nice and helpful in explaining all the things in detail. The arrangement and all were great. It was really a comfortable stay and all supermarkets and tram and metro stations were at walking distance I will recommend thie apartment if anyone is planning to visit budapest

Comfortable aptm in pest

Beatrix is very nice host, she explained about all the details and give us recommendations for tour and place of interest in the city. Location near with grand market so it easier to find breakfast. Complete facilities, I can cook during my stay and complete amenities, you can find anything you need in the apts.

The neighborhood after 8pm very quite.

Beatrix is a super host, very honest and gentle. Apartment is quite nice and as seen in pictures / confirmed by other reviews. Reserved car park is a big bonus, we were using public transport during the weekdays and car on the weekends (free parking in the city on weekends)

The host is lovely and very accommodating

Great little apartment, very well equipped with everything you might need for your stay. Beatrix (the host) is friendly, helpful, welcoming, and ever so kind. There is a lift in the building, which was a big help for as, as we had three suitcases. The bed is super comfortable. The sofa not as much, but it's not too bad either. The building is quiet and the people who live there are also friendly. There is secure underground parking too. Would definitely recommend, 10/10

We enjoyed the clean apartment, the friendly host who waited us. Also the gifts Beatrix prepared for us. We also liked that there were some useful things in the kitchen (sugar, coffee etc) and also for our dog. Such a pet friendly place! It was a quiet building and the place is not far from the metro station. The parking space included in the price is a plus!

It is not related to the apartment itself, but with the building: the bump from the garage entrance for our type of car was not very good when the car was loaded with luggage but we managed. The 8th district is not the cleanest one but we felt safe.

Normally in this price range there is something missing, but Beatrix the host seems to have thought of everything! From the free carton of juice in the fridge to the soap capsules for the washing machine. She is setting the standard for the others to follow Accessible and quiet location too. .I think this is my first 10 rating after about 20 stays so I am not that easily pleased.

Would have been good to have an idiot's guide on how to access the multiple channels on the TVs (yes, there was one in the lounge and one in the bedroom!!). If there had been some notes provided I would have scored it an 11.

Perfect apartment and perfect host

Perfect apartment in Budapest. Perfect host! Beatrix is so friendly, welcoming and helpful. She prepared everything in the room including multiple guides, maps, brochures in several languages for tourists, and even the manuals for the appliances are turned to the page for our own language! The apartment is fully equipped, very clean and thoughtful. With the air conditioning, it was not hard in this hot summer. The apartment is not far from attractions, we can walk to the national museum and central market. And it is easy to take the subway to castle hill.
