Really nice apartment, facilities excellent, and Windsor town centre including the Castle top notch.

Location was great and the apartment was fab.

A slight observation was planes heading for Heathrow were in direct flight path in-particular Sunday morning.

Great location in Windsor close to most amenities.

Location was a short walk to shops, restaurants and attractions. Tim owner/manager was very helpful and responded to queries quickly. Ability to have a private shuttle to Heathrow (which was on time) was a bonus although cost is high. Ability to securely store luggage after check out was very advantageous.

Shelving in shower would have been nice and lighting in living room was dull although kitchen area was well lit. Our apartment was lower ground and although very comfortable, the lack of natural light made it dull during the day.

Weekend in Windsor - great apartment.

Beautiful apartment. Tastefully decorated with everything we needed. Comfy bed and good shower. Onsite parking. Easy walk into Windsor.

issue with drain smell which was resolved but apparently a recurring issue.

clean well equipped and a good car parking system

The only thing I would add is for a luxury apartment you might expect a TV in the bedroom. the plug and arial sockets are already there

Lovely appartment. Great location. Easy to get to and obtainentry.

Microwave did not work all the time. The shower was not very hot and not very powerful.

Perfect location for Windsor visit

The apartment was just how it showed in the photos - often accommodation doesn’t live up to the photos. A welcome hamper on arrival containing bread, butter, milk and Prosecco was a lovely, unexpected touch. Tim, the director, kept in touch throughout our visit - very helpful.

Mixed!

The property itself is stunning and high spec in a perfect central, yet quiet location.

However, an email had not come through (having only been sent on the day of travel) with access details so it took too long (30 mins or so late at night in the dark) of waiting outside making calls to get access. We had requested bedding for the sofa bed but this was not there either necessitating further follow up late night calls though this was provided within 30 minutes. We had a problem later in the stay with the shower, which i did not expect the host to do anything about as it as again late in the day but it was a nuisance as it meant we couldn't use the shower. This would have been a 10/10 had we not had these 3 issues which should be entirely fixable with some better processes in place.

Perfect Windsor Stay!

Everything was perfect! The flat was immaculate! Check in was a breeze, the location couldn’t have been better and the host left a lovely bottle of Prosecco and cake for my Mom’s Birthday! I’d recommend Tim’s flat to everyone staying in Windsor looking for a clean and quiet stay.
