Worst room in kanpur don't trust them

Only ac was working

Brk fst was not given bed was dirty room was stinking ,they didn't not provide the towel soap every where there was dirt arround the corner insecta n cockroach were moving arnd the room.

Comfortable stay and very good polite staff… specially Princy was very professional and sweet :) would definitely stay there again… five star on cleanliness and food was also very delicious… overall a comfortable stay

Good Hotel for tourist

Hotel ist perfect for a trip to Kanpur. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Rezeption (Ms. Varuni Bajpai- very helpful) ,kitchen /room service very good. Very friendly handling. Controller Subway

Pathetic. Do not believe online bookings for this hotel.

They charged me the full price for the place and shifted me to some other hotel. Much smaller room with even the AC not working properly. On the top of that I had to give the booking.com commission to them while they haven't even listed my stay on the app. It's shows cancelled here for the full price that I have paid for the stay.

Food was pleasantly excellent!

Amazing and attentive staff, comfortable and clean rooms, great location. I'd live here if I could, really. Definitely, definitely going to come back. Thank you for the great experience!

Worst hotel ever big zero in cleaning and maintanance. No proper managment, waste of money and timing never book this, also a bad experiance payment done online for advance but property take full payment in cash only. This hotel is only for guys who want 2 hrs fun. Its purely oyo fun property. Even we see every person getting problem to take chek in and not getting rooms as per shown in app.

Rooms and service,

Rooms were a good size and nicely furnished. It was very quiet, barely any noise from outside except for the occasional wedding nearby. The bed was excellent quality, I slept well the whole trip. Also as a solo female traveler, I felt very safe and comfortable.

Despite getting confirmation through online booking, I didn't get room in the hotel. I had to look for room in different hotel in another location that too at midnight...

Right from breakfast spread to staff courtesy, big spacious rooms to room service to helping with pick up/ drop arrangements everything perfect. Great place to stay.

Staff behaviour

Firstly Room offered was next to reception.hence I paid 250 more for a room which contains more privacy and have some peace. Please mention room number as well in booking confirmation itself. So we get the same room but not changed at the time of check-in.
