Lovely clean apartment, well equipped with a view over the harbour. Free reserved parking outside.

Beautiful location and lovely balcony facing the marina. Perfect for chilling with a glass of wine watching the world go by. Very well equipped kitchen, had everything you can think of. Allocated parking space right outside the apartment. Took around 30 minutes to walk to Brighton along the beach or there are regular buses. Hopefully we will be back one day
TV in the living room had a vey bad picture so we couldn't watch it, aerial needs looking at. No hot water available when we arrived, takes a while to heat up and instructions are not very clear about turning hot water on.

It was a lovely property.
Great views.
Close to restaurants and a supermarket.
Lovely staff.
Very comfortable.
Literally feels like home away from home.
Parking availability was an icing on top..... amazing!
Came across a few hairs here and there.
One on the bed by the pillow, a few on the couch, one on a towel provided.
Although the property was relatively clean and I would definitely come back, this does take away a few points. The one on the pillow and towel got to me a little bit.

Springs gone in mattress in bedroom facing marina but Prestige did try and sort it with a mattress topper and a duvet on top of the mattress protector . Unfortunately the duvet used was stained and marked and should have been disposed of . The rubber seal on the shower door in the other bathroom was not fit for purpose hence the floor flooded which we had to mop up

The location of the apartment was excellent. The facilities for a family of 3 were outstanding.
Nothing. Everything either met or exceeded my expectations.

The view was amazing from the apartment and would highly reccomend it and will be returning .Only negative was the 2 single beds joined as one bed which was not the most comfortable.
Surrounding area was great with a good selection of restaurants who had been very helpful even when we didn't book a table they had been able to accommodate us which was really good and would highly recommend
Bella Napoli restaurant for the quality of the food the staff and atmosphere .10 out of 10
Prezzo restaurant:
.We approached and waited to be seated, and whilst waiting, a family of 4 turned, hoping to get a table as well as neither of us had booked .
The woman in the pink red hair came to the front asking if we had booked. we replied no, and it was short, no booking, no table, and was rude as well. We stood back and looked and saw 4 tables outside and the same inside empty .The people behind then moved forward, hoping to get a table, and they got shown straight away .Our group consisted of Irish and English.
The person refusing us was East European, as was the people behind us, so we can only assume we didn't fit in as she had no other reason to refuse a table.

Very easy, caugh an Uber from the Train Station, asked them to make 2 stops; 1 at the key safe / security office (which took seconds but this was my second visit so may take first timers a bit longer) then the Uber drove us to the apartment.
There was no lift. So with a heavy suitcase bit of a struggle but you get use to it and we needed the exercise.

Balcony view was fab. Appt was very well decorated with great facilities. Very comfortable and clean.
Lock box for key was a bit hard to find, a host assisted me. Pillows were a bit too soft. Bedrooms needed black out blinds.

The apartment is in the marina overlooking the sea, and had its own small balcony too. A parking spot was made available, although in the end we got the train and didn't need it. The marina is huge - there are plenty of restaurants and a large supermarket on site, and regular buses to Brighton and Hove. The rooms were spacious and light, there were books, games and a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle and so on. Smart TV with Netflix, YouTube etc. We never met the hosts in person, but they seemed friendly and quick to respond. The attached pic is the view from the balcony.
This isn't a criticism as we knew in advance - but there are no lifts in these apartments, which could be an issue. We were on the top floor of a three-storey apartment, and dragging the luggage up three flights of stairs might put some people off! The lockbox where the keys are held is a bit of a trek from the apartment if you arrive on foot, and we needed help locating the lockbox and opening it.

The property was well maintained and very clean with a balcony overlooking the marina. Inside you have everything you need for cooking and two en-suite bedrooms which had two showers and a bath. We loved the dining room with a flat screen television, radio and comfortable settees.Would defiantly recommend this apartment.

The location in Brighton Marina was good. Nice walks and handy for shopping and the frequent bus into town. The apartment had nice views as on top floor and was very quiet. The apartment had comfortable beds and plenty of towels and there was plenty of hot water with efficient heating. Handy allocated parking space.
The accommodation itself needs updating as it has a 'student flat feel' about it. The sofas were lumpy and there was all odd cushions so not a good look. The kitchen although it has a washing machine and dishwasher it lacks decent crockery, cutlery and glasses. There was no oven glove (health and safety) or knife block - our Christmas turkey looked like pulled pork as no knife to carve it with! If four people stayed here there would not be suitable pots/pans/baking trays (pizzas etc) available. Not everybody wants to eat out especially in a pandemic that is coming up to its second year. Its needs some maintenance too i.e. loose toilet roll fitting, downlighters not working and bulb gone plus an on suite sink gave out 'bad drain' smells so had to buy bleach to compensate. There are no dressing tables in the bedrooms. We were only left 3 barrier passes for a 6 day visit which meant we had to ask security to let us out which I did not like doing. The stay was very expensive which we accept as it was over Christmas but for the price it should have more attention to detail.

The Marina area of Brighton is really clean and feels safe.
Brighton city centre especially on a Saturday night.

The property was very clean on arrival - we could smell the cleaning products. Beautiful views of the marina and coast line. Excellent location within the marina village and great parking with allocated space.
The toilet seat in the double bedroom was cracked near the fixings and the seat moved. It was disappointing to read the visitor’s book to find out that this had been like it a few years. There was no dressing table area to get reading in so I had to use a tiny mirror on a set of drawers. There was no head board on the zip link bed and it was disappointing that this bigger bed didn’t have the marina views. I was also surprised, given the amount of money paid for this apartment, that we were asked to strip the beds on departure. I fully understand that this was under covid regulations but I would expect that safe cleaning regulations were in place.

Great location, clean.

Super location and safe gated complex. Spacious apartment more than adequate for 4 people. Great views and a good selection of restaurants and bars in walking distance.
A small complaint but the toaster needs replacing as it set off the smoke alarm every time it was used.

Location was great - lovely surroundings with restaurants and bars and a easy access into Brighton via bus, walking or taxi
everything was lovely
