Come and relax in our beautifully decorated, spacious home located on the Treasure Coast. Newly renovated, this 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom homes has all the amenities that anyone could ask for during their vacation. The home is over 1000 sq. ft of open space that can accommodate 6 people. The living room and master bedroom have LCD televisions with cable. The main living room has a huge 50 inch LCD television that has cable and a blu-ray player. The master bedroom is beautifully decorated with nautical décor. It has a comfortable California king bed with an adjoining bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed and is elegantly decorated in a coastal style. Relish in the beauty and comfort of this room, as you enjoy your night sleep in a cozy queen bed. The third bedroom is brightly decorated with a Key West flair. This bedroom has a queen bed that perfect for a good nights rest. The guest bathroom is directly adjacent to the queen bedrooms. The main living room is a perfect gathering place for families. It has a large comfy sofa to help you relax after a long day at the beach or sightseeing. Beautifully appointed in soothing blue hues and nautical charm, the living room exudes the essence of Florida . A fully equipped kitchen overlooks a small bistro table, perfect for an outdoor breakfast while watching the sunrise. The kitchen is perfect for making meals and is filled with all the necessities to make simple to intricate meals. The dining room seats 4, although there is additional seating at the counter for a few more. In Florida, we are blessed with beautiful weather throughout the year and therefore everyday is perfect for a cook out. Enjoy the grill outside with a large fenced in backyard. While grilling ,enjoy a drink under the outdoor umbrella at the picnic table, while waiting for burgers and steaks to get cooked. Entertaining a few guest while grilling is a cinch. The large picnic table has a seating area large enough to fit 6 people. After burgers and hotdogs enjoy smores or roast marshmallows around the fire pit in the backyard. .
Tennis raquets, a paddle boat, bicycles, fishing poles and beach chairs are placed in the garage and are there to be used for your enjoyment. A washer and dryer is located on premises for your use. Wireless internet is included in your rental.
Our home is centrally located and is minutes away from beaches, tennis courts, golfing, spas, restaurants, shopping and bars. Although Sebastian is a small, quiet town, it has a lot to offer anyone from the young to the young at heart.

AC system is a little weird and fairly noisy. Hot and Cold water lines are hooked up backwards in main suite bathroom. Bathroom lights can't be turned on without the very loud fans. Ceiling fan in master bedroom very loud. Unit was very clean and beds were comfortable. Kitchen well stocked with spices and equipment. Lots of sports stuff in garage, Overall very nice but a few repairs would help.

House was small but was fine for two of us plus two dogs! Quite clean and the very big backyard with plenty of rabbits for our pup to chase for a month! Yard was secure with the newish vinyl privacy fence. No issues with the house that we needed to contact the host but I am confidant she would have been helpful if needed. We stayed for the entire month so we got to know the house pretty well and there were just no problems. The neighborhood is a “working class” friendly place that seemed quite safe and nice areas to walk! Overall, we enjoyed and would stay again without hesitation!

This adorable cottage was perfect! The host was responsive, pleasant and made our stay enjoyable. The house is clean, nicely decorated and has everything one would need. Large fenced yard with picnic table and fire pit. Highly recommend if you are in the area!!

The house was pretty clean, decorated nicely. Everything provided was excellent. One thing I would suggest is repair on the sliding door so it slides easily. Also, would be great to have screen doors so one did not have to use the air conditioner all the time.

Our family stayed for a week go get away from the snow and cold at home. This house was just 5 minutes from beautiful beaches. There was everything you needed for the beach too! The fenced in backyard was a huge plus for the 2 year old. He was able to play outside every day. We would love to stay again next year.

This property was perfect for my two teenage kids & me. The location was just 2 miles to my family’s house that we were there to visit. With having 3 bedrooms & 2 full baths, everyone has their own space. We had a space to relax. The laundry onsite was a “Godsend”. There was a nice functional kitchen and a new gas grill. We ran out of gas the first time we used the grill. One text to the managers/owners and we had a new tank in about 5-10 minutes. They live close by so, very convenient. Overall, I would recommend the property. I will definitely attempt to book it in the future.

Great little house, beautifully decorated with a well equipped kitchen. The fenced in back yard is very private. If you are a light sleeper bring a sound machine as the train whistle at night may wake you. Property managers were very responsive.

Carl and Cynthia are easy to work/communicate with and make being a guest a real pleasure. Anything you need, they are happy to oblige. We have rented from them before and always enjoy our stay! I would recommend their homes, being decorated beautifully, very comfortable beds, clean and convenient to the beaches.

Our family enjoyed our stay in this home. The owners are very friendly and quick to answer any questions. The property is very clean and nicely updated. All of the basic essentials were provided, as well as extras including laundry soap, beach items, grill, etc. Conveniently located. Quiet neighborhood. We were very happy with our stay and would recommend. So much better than being cooped up in a hotel!

The home was lovely. There is a very spacious back yard with plenty of outdoor seating. Quiet neighborhood and very close to the beach and other activities. We enjoyed our stay throughly and would stay there again. The only suggestion I have is to do something with the ceiling fan in the master bedroom as it is a little loud and we couldn’t use it while sleeping.

House is great, immaculate, stocked with everything we needed even a welcome package. Very quiet neighborhood just a short drive to beaches and restaurants. This was the first time with VRBO for me and Cynthia and Carl made the process simple and easy. Carl also gave us a tour of the property and pointed out bicycles and beach gear that were there for our use. I would stay there again anytime.

Too far from beaches and water. House had all required amenities. Train passes by around 1:30 AM and again 6:00 AM everyday and if you are a light sleeper you will be woken up. Again, nice little house.

Adorable house and neighborhood! We chose to stay here due to my son's baseball tournament. Go #18!!! The house is set up perfectly for a nice relaxing stay. The décor and beds are very comfortable and I loved the fact that the master has a nice size TV as well! Everything was well maintained and clean. Close to beaches/stores and owners are very responsive. Recommend this to any family needing a place to stay! P.S. There is a little rabbit that visits in the backyard every morning and evening <3

We completely enjoyed our stay in Sebastian. The home was cute as a button, private backyard, well maintained, beautifully decorated, was very clean and had everything you needed right down to beach chairs and beach towels. The house is centrally located and very convenient to grocery stores, restaurants and beaches. If the house is available my next trip to Sebastian, I'll rent it again in a heartbeat!
