Welcome to The Retreats at Stone Fountain. The best place to be in Okoboji; Steps from the Amusement Park, the concert green space and West Lake beach front. This FOUR bedroom TWO bath condo sleeps TEN. Your home away from home offers full sized kitchen appliances, open floor plan, dish soap, paper towels, dishwashing detergent pods, garbage bags, small appliances such as a blender, toaster, full pot coffee maker with filters (coffee not provided). Steak knives, pots, pans, silverware, place settings and prep bowls are furnished.
Dining table seats six and provides direct access to your covered deck, Saturday night concert views with gas grill, outdoor chairs and coffee table. Living room offers ample seating with cable and internet. Master bedroom presents a queen size bed, full master suite with shower/tub combo, hand soap, toilet paper and all towels furnished. 3 other bedrooms on the main level Bedroom (2) Queen, Bedroom (3) King, Bedroom (4) two twin over twin bunk beds. Main floor full bathroom off the kitchen offers vanity, hand soap, toilet paper and all towels furnished. Washer and dryer with detergent pods are located in the hallway closet for your stay if needed.

Reminder this is a non-smoking unit and no pets are allowed.

Advanced Payment of 50% is due at the time of booking. Remaining Balance due 30 days prior to your arrival. Failure to remit final rental payment by scheduled due date may result in cancellation of your reservation
All payments are refundable prior to the cancelation due dates. To protect your rental investment, we strongly encourage purchasing travel insurance. No refunds will be given for late arrivals, early departures, no shows, or cleaning or maintenance concerns. If present and reported, all cleaning or maintenance concerns will be corrected promptly.
Service fees may apply to guests who reserve online with a third party booking website. Third party services fees are not controlled nor collected by Okoboji Vacation Company, and as such are not reflected on reservation statements provided by Okoboji Vacation Company.
A cancellation fee of 50% will be charged to the traveler if canceled between 60 days and 31 days prior to arrival. Reservations canceled within 30 days of arrival will result in no refund.
A refundable security deposit of $300 may be charged on reservations. Guests will be responsible for all intentional damage to include but not limited to broken items, soiled or misplaced linens, loss of keys, theft, or failure to remove garbage from the property, or leaving the property excessively dirty. Confetti or glitter is not allowed in the property.
