About this apartment rental

Please meet our "LOVELY" master bedroom comfortable studio! This private suite has been set up for a relaxing and joyful stay. You'll have private access to the room from the backyard, through the back glass door entry. We will provide a key to the room to lock it up. The suite is furnished with a King Bed and Full-size futon, a bar-kitchenette (equipped with a microwave, fridge, coffeemaker, toaster, electric kettle, etc) and a TV with free WiFi, TV with Hulu and Netflix apps.

The Space
We care about your pleasure and comfort. This space is freshly remodeled and furnished with new cabinets, furniture, and appliances. This suite features a new super comfortable King sized mattress with brand new washed and ironed European Style Cotton Bedding, with oversize down pillows, and additional Full-XL size futon (perfect for 1 adult ). Lots of kitchenware, additional blankets, useful bath essentials, and an electric fireplace is included. We also provide extra bedding and towels for additional guests based on the number of people designated in your booking.
There is no separate living/dining or kitchen room but a little kitchenette with small refrigerator and is complete with all electrical appliances you need to feel comfortable such as teapot, coffeemaker, toaster and microwave.

The huge bathroom is private and comfortable.
It's a perfect setting for business professionals in town for work, students, vacationers, and/or people exploring the area prior to moving.
We provide all the things our guests might need and do our best to make sure that everyone is comfortable and gets as much privacy as possible throughout their stay. We ask that all parties be respectful to our home, other tenants, and the whole neighborhood by carefully obeying our home rules.

NOTE: There are more units on the property that are totally separated from each other, they are well insulated and all of them have their own private entrances. This particular unit is located on its own private part of the backyard which is accessible only to the owner or cleaning person during the day time.
We do not provide any PERSONAL AC controller inside the unit. There is central AC for the whole house, controlled online by the host; it is set up for 71(21.5 C) degree for summer time and 69 (20.5 C) degree for winter time.
Please be aware that there is a limit to how much an air conditioner can realistically cool. In the hottest days of summer, the unit may get hotter as you compare the difference in temperature between inside and outside.
Some tips:
If you get hot, please use the ceiling fan.
If you get cold, please put on the electric fireplace.
If you get cold in the summer due to the AC, just open up the windows - this is okay.
If you are not comfortable with this, please, do not book it.

This is the perfect local getaway spot outfitted with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Clear instructions, easy entrance, clean and cozy room, and hosts are responsive. The extra large bathtub and double headed shower made it fun and easy to relax and unwind for the weekend.

Very nice large space. The only reason I gave it a two for check-in is because it was so dark it was very hard to open the lock box.

The property was very nice. Quiet neighborhood clean and cozy. I enjoyed the big tub. The host was very responsive when I contacted them. I will definitely stay again when visiting family. My only request would be new blinds in the bathroom and a ceiling-to-floor curtain in the bathroom. I too felt a little exposed as another reviewer noted.

The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful. Location only a 10-20 drive from anything you could desire. Beautiful bathroom and bedroom. We will 100% be using Sergey again if we ever need to travel to the area. Only thing left to be desired: Better pillows, covering over the top of the picture window in the bathroom, and more hand towels for washing up. All things considered, still a 5 ⭐ rating

Nice and roomy Large bathroom All the comforts of home Only one issue is the large uncovered window in bathroom which allows for easy viewing for prying eyes. Didn’t bother me , if they catch me naked serves them right however my wife is not as forgiving

We were not advised that our room was also attached to two other properties. The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything going on as though that person is in your room. On one side we had a screaming toddler that lasted until after 10pm and then adults went to bed and someone snored all night long. Again, walls are so poorly insulated it was as though he was in our room snoring. The people on the other side of our unit, had guests (you are not allowed to have any guests) and even after banging on the wall to get them to quiet down, they just banged on the wall back and kept on. Quiet time is suppose to be at 9pm, but I guess at this place, that is only a suggestion. We got absolutely no sleep Friday night and contacted Oxana the Property Manager and told her we were going to leave before the 11am check out time. We were suppose to be there two nights. We ended up having to check into a hotel. We will be filing a complaint with VRBO to get all of our payment back. This was a horrible experience!!!

Loved this little property. Would have been nice to have been allowed day guests to enjoy the courtyard provided. Shower could have been cleaner and it would have been nice to have a light where the iron gate is to help see the lock. Overall, we loved it and would recommend.
