INSIDE THE HOUSE
Entering a large cul-de-sac and walking up a wide stairway like a superstar, you will be led to the front entrance.
The main floor spreads out before you with handsome oak hardwood or tile floor throughout, including a large living room, open kitchen, master bedroom with a king bed and large balcony near the kitchen and huge deck in the front of the house. A flat 75" TV sets on top of elegant fireplace; 12 seat dark brown dining table with 4 more when expanded lies at center of the floor; comfortable sectional sofa with two reclining seats and three seat sofa are laid around a coffee table; Channel your inner chef in the gourmet kitchen featuring delightful granite counters, huge galaxy black granite island provides 4 more seats on one side, trendy white cabinets and full-size stainless steel appliances including a stove/oven, microwave and dishwasher.
Up the wooden stairs, guests find privacy and quiet on top floor with large balcony on the back side. There are four bedrooms on the top floor. two of them have two queen size beds. A stackable washer and dryer is tucked away in an upstairs closet for your convenience.
Down the stairs, three more en-suite rooms with queen size bed each on ground floor give you a quick rest after exciting night life.
Please note that we have several houses next to each other or within throw of a stone so we can accommodate large groups in the same complex or neighborhood. Please inquire if you have a large group and we will get you pricing for multiple homes.

This home worked well for our group of 11. Because we have two generations (ages 27-63), it was important to me to have a common area space so that everyone could gather to talk and play games. Otherwise the young adults would have disappeared! The large dining table was perfect for a multitude of games and the living room had ample seating for most of us to sit at once. Convenient location too. The WiFi was initially not working well but Frank quickly set up a range extender which solved the problem. Plenty of paper supplies available. This was not nearly the cheapest option but it was perfect for our needs. Highly recommend!

We had a great time at the house. It was very spacious and “hotel-ready”. The location was 10 mins away from all the hot spots we visited. Some friends even walked over to the burger joint. Each room in the house was well stocked with each room’s needs. We would stay here again!

House was clean and beds were comfortable. We had 9 staying in the 8 bedrooms. It hosted our group well and was nice to convene in the main rooms. Walls are thin if you're a light sleeper. The WIFI was terrible, actually not even usable. I messaged the host and never received a response, even though we saw someone get into the owner's garage while we were there. I thought they were coming to fix or inspect the wifi, but service did not change and no contact was made back with me. I also reached out to the host to ask for early checkin and if there was a Keurig, but again received no response. This was surprising because I had earlier asked for later checkout and was granted that with a response very promptly (and that was much appreciated).

We had eight couples from Venice, Florida stay here for the weekend. The house was perfect for us. We loved the open floor plan on the main level and the large table for us to hang out. Each bedroom had its own bath except one of us shared a Jack & Jill bathroom which worked perfectly. Would definitely recommend this place. It wasn’t too far away from the Gulch or Broadway.

With 13 adults and 4 children, it was a comfortable place to stay for everyone (having individual bathrooms was excellent), while being very walkable and convenient for ride-share. House with lots of cleaning, bathing products, linens, and host was accomdating and responsive.

Stayed in the home with 9 other friends for March Madness and we had a great time. Property is close to everything we wanted to do and was as advertised.

This was a wonderful place to stay! The beds were comfy and the rooms all had their own restrroms. It was nice that they were queen beds or bigger! Neighborhood is very safe and you can walk to bars or restaurants easily. We enjoyed the live band at Losers Bar which was about a half mile away. We would definitely stay here again!

We have 14 adults in our group and this house was perfect. It was close to walk for food, coffee, drinks and fun. The beds were comfortable and the house was clean. The kitchen had everything we needed. The guys in the group loved sitting on the back porch. The only comment I can think to add is the rooms and floors have no insulation for sounds at all. We could hear people on the 3 rd floor in the basement but maybe our group was extra noisy. Thanks for a great stay and perfect house!!!

Great house. I have no complaints. We had 8 couples and we did not feel cramped at all. There was a large space to all hang out together and every couple had their own room. Would stay there again.

This is a perfect house for a big gathering! We had 20 adults - and the house had enough bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate all sleeping/showering/toileting needs for all of us! The location was also perfect as everything was pretty much within walking distance or 5 minutes uber ride. We also loved the check-out process was reasonable without guests needing to clean anything else but taking out trash. Highly recommend to anybody planning a big nashville trip with a number of people!

My family and I came to celebrate my daughter’s 21st Birthday. It was such a comfortable place for our group of 16 adults. Perfect location and the fact that each room has it’s own bathroom is a huge plus! We will definitely stay here again.

Our group of 10 guys came to Nashville for a Fantasy Football Draft. The place was great. A lot bigger and nicer than what I thought from the photos. We had plenty of space. 8 bedrooms, 2 of which had 2 double queen beds. No bunk beds or anything like that. Most of the rooms had their own bathroom and shower. The main floor was great for gathering. A 10 person table plus a kitchen island with 4 more stools. And a large L shaped couch. Check in was easy. Place was clean and plhad plenty of linens. Location was about a 5 to 10 minute Uber ride from Broadway. All in all a good trip. I picked the place and got lots of compliments. Thanks Frank for giving us a late check out as some of the guys had a late flight.

We had a group of 10 mix of couples and singles 30-45 yrs. This house was perfect as we are at the age that blinking lights and bunk beds are not in the cards for us. Everyone had their own room- location was walkable to coffee shop, breakfast place, restaurants and even the Gulch. Easy Uber to Broadway. We felt safe in the neighborhood and the house was clean with multiple decks with everything we needed. Highly recommend if you have husbands and wives or are out of the age group to sleep on pull out couches and top bunks. Had a great 40th birthday celebration. The exterior pics of the house do not do it justice!

House was very clean and we enjoyed all the amenities. We had 14 people and it was plenty of space. Really enjoyed the middle level where we could all hang out. The location was also great. We were able to walk or take a short Uber to get to restaurants, bars, and shopping.

We had 15 family members in our group and everyone commented on what a goid choice this was. It was very clean, had comfortable beds, and was walking distance to many of the attractions and restaurants. The Barcelona restaurant was a favorite. It was nice to have the big table with so many chairs because we are a card playing family and this was convenient for us.

Exceeded expectations. Especially the main floor gathering space. Very large open space for us to hang out. Table was big enough for 14 of us to sit for brunch. We walked to the gulch and Broadway. Always felt safe. House had everything we needed.

Highly recommend this house for anyone looking to stay in Nashville with a large group of people!!! The house is beautiful, sooo spacious, well stocked, and in a great location. The photos do not even do the house justice! I would definitely stay here again next time

This property worked really well for us--it has 8 bedrooms and maybe an even more unbelievable 7 bathrooms! The best thing about it is that all the bedrooms have at least a queen bed. We were a group of work colleagues and friends who were attending a conference in Nashville and it was nice that none of the bedrooms had bunk beds or futons. The dining room and living room furniture were comfortable too for a large group.

First time renting VRBO. Family loved! More detail needs to be added to your listing- such as tv in all rooms, stocked kitchen with assorted instant pots, etc. second refrigerator/stove basement living area. would suggest non slip mat for bathtub.

Great property in a perfect location to walk to the Gulch, Broadway (of you're ambitious), and Vanderbilt. The house was stocked with goods in the pantry, shampoo, body wash, and laundry detergent. The beds were very comfortable, too. Everyone was happy with the house overall, and we would definitely stay at the house again.

The property was beautiful; you can tell the neighborhood is goiing through lots of "renewal". Well stocked with supplies and kitchen items. Originally only 2 TV's in whole house ... Need More ... small ones in each room
