Exam period success due to wonderful Hotel INN on the door step of School.

Cotton cloud beds lovely sleep.

Nice location, shame about the room.

Good location. Very nice fish and chip shop a few minutes walk away. Nice coffee shop in the town.

No chairs in the room just to sit and relax, just the bed or nothing. Pillows very flat, and slid up the headboard. Room could have used a little paint where heater and fire alarm had been moved. Went for a meal and the 2 meals we wanted not on the menu, thankfully the chippy was just around the corner.

Nice Place

Large clean simple room. No frills. Easy check in and lots of free parking. Meals and breakfast are low cost. We didn't have either so don't know about quality. Staff friendly and helpful.

Could do with a shelf in the bathroom and maybe something in the main room so your stuff isn't decorating the floor. Walls are thin so if you have someone bellowing into their phone next door you will hear every word or a clog dander upstairs you will suffer. Not really the fault of the hotel but it's low cost so what do you expect. Bottom line...If I had to go back to Alcester which is a really nice place I would stay there again but maybe ask for a 1st floor room.

Didn’t look the part from outside but it just shows do not judge a book by its cover

Breakfast was absolutely gorgeous and at a good price. Staff were very welcoming and friendly.

Not much in the way of storage or shelving in the bathroom to hang clothes/towels or shower gel etc.

A perfect cost effective place for the night

Although there was a slight drain smell in the room everything was clean and met our expectation. The bed was comfy and it was quiet. Parking was good. The staff were all friendly and efficient as it was quite busy when we arrived but check in was quick and easy. Breakfast was just what we needed.

Perhaps a room freshener in case the drains smell again and a small shelf in the bathroom to put your washbag on, but otherwise all good thank you and would stay again if needed.

Very good hotel

The price is very good compared with others in Stratford-upon-Avon. It's not very far from Stratford, around 15 minutes driving. Alcester is a very nice and beautiful small town. I like it. The hotel is quite nice for this price.

The electric heater made click-click sounds.

Serves the purpose for a bed but it’s run down and shabby

It was cheap and cheerful and served the purpose of a bed for a night. The only other redeeming feature is it’s only 15 minutes from Stratford Upon Avon so it made a good base for the night before. Their staff were very friendly and kind though!

The room was very loud with the nearby DJ at the bar area only finishing after 11pm. The room was extremely cold and wouldn’t heat up all night. There were stains everywhere including all on the carpet, on the curtains, on some of the sheets etc.

Moved rooms due to cleanliness then the next room toilet seat was loose. Shower cubicle need a deep clean. Looks mouldy in places.

Great

The rooms so bright clean. Basic but everything you needed. Kettle with cups tea coffee milk and sugar. Bathroom with everything you needed. We would and will stay again.

Good value and comfortable stay

Good value and friendly team. Can get busy in pub so give yourself time for food.

Downstairs can be a little noisy on warmer nights with many room adjacent to beer garden. But very small compromise for value and comfort of stay.

Ticked the boxes.

Not my usual type to pick, wanted something on a budget local to Ragley Hall. Wasn't expecting the sports bar and Karaoke in full swing late evening. Excellent staff and customer service, did have a problem on arrival, it was sorted inmediately, comfortable sleep, the breakfast was good, hot and plenty of choice. The Karaoke night, couldn't hear it in the room.

Did exactly what “it said on the tin!”

The Inn was as I expected.Good location,easy parking etc. The room was functional,decent warm shower and spotlessly clean.A few cobwebs missed in main room which was mentioned to lady on checking out. Single biggest praise point is excellent valu for money.

The bathroom fan droned on for twenty five minutes at 1.30am,not ideal! Informed staff who will address and reset.

Convenient and better option to an out of town budget hotel chain

Good location. 10 minutes walk to town. Car park. Quiet. Bar and restaurant.

Very good value for an overnight stay, nice and clean and quiet.

Room clean and quiet, nice shower and plenty of hot water, bedding was fresh with no body smell from previous occupants

The Bar area is a put off when you first arrive, very low rent appearance, gives the impression of a doss house. Shame, because the rooms are really clean and perfectly adequate for a brief overnight stay.

Staff were very helpful, easy parking, short stroll to centre of Alcester, lovely little town with good options for eating, good shower

The bed's weren't great but as I had a twin room and it was only me, I was able to switch beds to the most comfy one.
