Excellent value and great accommodation. We will be back.

The location was excellent and we were a short drive into the city. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The hotel was very clean and the pool area was so nice--with a covered portion and an outdoor portion. We will be back--we had an excellent time and felt like we got a great deal for our money.

The breakfast was ok. The bacon was overcooked and there weren't a lot of choices. It's really not a big deal.

A great place to stay near downtown Nashville.

Friendly, modern, clean, and safe. Great comfortable king room suite. Appreciated the complimentary one-way Free Uber ride to downtown.

Breakfast option could have more variety….seems like it never changed the 3 night stay.

The only thing that I could’ve preferred to be a little bit better was the comfort of the king bed in our room. But that is my personal preference. Everything else is perfect.

Great location and friendly staff with security.

Great location,which is brand new, and only 2.8 miles from the downtown Nashville area that was really easy for the Uber/Lyft drivers to pick you up and drop off. Staff was excellent, especially Kayce and DaNeesha who were very friendly and helpful with information about the Nashville area. Also gave us a complimentary Uber ride for being an IHG member. There was security guard watching the parking lot at night that definitely made you feel safe. Highly recommend staying here instead of downtown location.

A little pricey but everywhere close to center city Nashville is.

I truly enjoy knowing what to expect upon my arrival at a Holiday Inn Express!

The selection of the breakfast items was great but it was barely warm. I think it was because we ate at 8:00 and that seemed to be a very busy time.

Wonderful staff!

The staff was great! When we walked in, we were greeted with a warm, wonderful greeting. I loved the receptionists sense of humor. That was a HUGE PLUS for me. Thank you all so much!

The lotion dispenser was out in our room, and there was hair on a couple of towels.

very comfy & great location!!

it’s a great location right off the highway and not too far from the party scene. staff was very friendly and the place is super clean. the breakfast ladies were friendly and kept everything hot and the stations were always full, they were then eat!! I will forever have the chant in my head from one of the breakfast ladies “hot cakes hot cakes get ‘em while they’re hot, hot cakes hot cakes you’ll like me alot!” she made the mornings happy.

Interesting

I liked how close the location was to downtown Nashville. At the same time it was also far enough away to not feel suffocated by how busy traffic gets. Right off 65 perfect for travelers if you are looking for convenience this is the place for you.

I have some hidden disabilities that are more noticeable with temp changes and walking which make standing showering hard so I got an “accessible room” except the shower was super slippery no grip at all. The detached head for the shower didn’t work. We’re the knob should have been was taped up (room 301). Plus the conditioner bottle was empty upon arrival. House keeping case and I’ll admit we didn’t have a spotless room but corners were obviously cut. A chair left in the middle of the room(not from where we had it), a pillow left on the floor next to a bed and the full trash can not being taken out nor an extra bag being left. For the amount that I spent I was extremely disappointed and was told by a staff member that no other accessible rooms were available

Breakfast ended earlier then we were able to get to it. Being downtown Nashville, I feel like it should be offered later.

My stay was very pleasant.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was great, and a staff member in the kitchen even made up a song about hot cakes. My five year old son enjoyed it so much that he continues to sing the song almost a month later.

The smoking section outside is very close to the door, and I almost had an asthma attack.
