Loved it!!

We did not start well as the request for 2 interconnecting rooms though it was acknowledged by message, upon check in they said it wasn't available - but to be fair the hotel did make up for the error and did their best to amend. Besides the initial issue - it was a perfect stay. The resort has many activities which one could easily participate in. The staff are mostly very sweet. Located right on the beach. It has two good sized swimming pools. Gardens always impeccable. It is located in a quiet area which was really convenient for us who wanted weren't into noisy neighbourhoods. Restaurant on-site always served excellent food.

The initial issue - would suggest that rooms on the ground floor accessible from the balcony to be numbered as sometimes guests would get confused. A bit of room facelift would also be beneficial as the furniture is a little wary and old.

Déçus du comportement des gens

Tous le monde pose sa serviette sur les transats de la piscine dès qu’ils vont déjeuner pour réserver leur place, du coup il n’y a plus de place quand on veux y aller. J’ai vus plusieurs fois des transats de réserver avec personne dessus jusqu’en début d’après midi. Le personnel est très lent pour servir mais ça je crois que c’est partout en Indonésie. L’hôtel est vieillissant il mériterai un bon coup de rafraîchissement.

Perfect holiday hotel

Everything, right on the beach, with 2 luxury swimming pools, restaurants with views! It is perfect for relaxing holidays. Their staff are so nice, the whole property is managed well. Location is close to everything but it’s so quite and you can only hear the ocean in the night. They organize a lot activities, my kids love releasing the turtles.

Wir würden wiederkommen, wenn es saniert werden würde.

Die Lage ist traumhaft. Auch die Pools und der Strand sind immer sauber. Das Spa ist auch sehr alt und entspricht nicht unserem Hygieneverständnis. Aber, was wichtiger ist: die Massagen (bei Fr. Nufus) waren traumhaft!! Auch im Gartenspa mit der Wellengeräuschen des Meeres war es traumhaft!

Die Einrichtung (besonders das Bad!) sind sehr veraltert. In die Wanne hätte ich mich nicht gelegt. Es bedarf einer Sanierung.

Great stay for relaxing by the pool and watching sunsets

+ location was good for us + beautiful grounds + great pool facilities + swim up bars in the pool + loved being by the beach + amazing sunset views + liked having an adjoining room + good food at the restaurant + extremely friendly staff at the reception area

- the fixtures etc in the properties were quite old, need some updating - very thin flooring between top and bottom floor apartments so was often woken by the children in the apartment above running around

ビーチバンガローに4泊しました。カバナのあるプールの前の部屋を希望してその通りにして頂きました。バンガローからプールまで10秒、ビーチまで 30秒のロケーションでした。部屋の掃除はしっかりされており毎日快適でした。またタクシーの待機所が目の前で呼んでもらうと2.3分でブルーバードタクシーが来ます。

ミニショップでアイスキャンディを買ったら 1つ45,000RPで2個で90,000RP請求されました。価格表示がないので言値ですがホテル内とは言えちょっと高過ぎませんか？近くの町スパのマッサージ1時間より高いので。ホテル内レストランも設定価格が相当高めでした。

Peaceful, fun and relaxing place to stay with the family

Swimming pool, direkt beach access, restaurant overlooking beach. Car park available, organised car rental, plenty kids activities. Mangsit suites are located very good. Mosques near by 2-5 min walk.

Quality of breakfast and restaurant food could be better. Need to drive to Sengigi town. No AC in the lobby

Wunderschönes Resort

Wir hatten ein upgrade auf ein sehr schönes Zimmer mit Meerblick bekommen. Es hat wirklich alles gepasst, super freundliches Personal. Unser besonderer Dank an Syifa von der Rezeption, die uns sehr kompetent betreut hat. Auch das Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen.

Luna de miel de lujo.

Las instalaciones, el desayuno y el personal. Tuvimos un problema de goteras y automáticamente nos cambiaron de habitación. Siempre atentos y bien predispuestos.

El wifi se cae a cada rato dentro de la habitación, si debes trabajar es un problemita. Queda un poco lejos, si o si debes alquilar moto o coche si quieres salir del hotel.

Lovely space, clean and tidy rooms, loved the freshly made omelettes for breakfast.

Locals trying to sell you things when you are on the hotel property trying to relax can be very annoying. I think the beach club area should be adults only. Once you had your meal, no one ever came back to ask if you wanted another drink, I always had to chase for the bill too.

Very comfortable place, all services available. Big pool. Traditional live music during the hours of breakfast.

Laundry service was fast and comfortable, but too expensive. A lot of dinner events with people from outside, little bit too crowdy sometimes.

The ambience of the hotel is pleasant and I love the restaurant by the beach side.

Sellers at the beach who hassle you for sale. I really want a peaceful walk without being hassled. Also, the bed sheets are unclean and smelly. We just ignored it because we checked in late and were already tired so we left them as it is...
