The room was outdated and not as clean as expected, making the stay less enjoyable than I had hoped.

I recently stayed at the Rowville International Hotel. The bed was comfortable enough, and the linens were clean, with hotel being close proximity to the venue I was attending.

My experience was a bit underwhelming. The room was very dated, with décor and furniture that clearly haven't been updated in quite some time. While I don't mind a vintage aesthetic, this felt more like neglect than charm. Cleanliness was also an issue. Although the room was generally tidy, there were some areas that left me feeling uneasy. The carpet seemed worn and had a few stains, and I noticed dust in several spots. The bathroom, while functional, could have used a more thorough cleaning as well. Overall, the room didn't meet my expectations for the price I paid. A little more attention to cleanliness and some updates would make a big difference in the guest experience.

Bed was terrible and I got overcharged for stay. Since I believe it has been refunded.

What breakfast??? Wasn’t told about breakfast??

The beds to single beds pushed together my spouse had sore back today due to falling in the middle of bed through the night. Other than that the rest of facilities were good. Television was static too wasn’t clear channels.

Great Motel. Impressively renovated rooms. Much better than I expected

Room was very clean and had recently been painted. Bathroom was modern and well laid out. For an older motel, we were pleasantly surprised. Staff were friendly and helpful too

All was good. Water pressure in shower could have been a little better

Great value for money

Beds were super comfy. The rooms were clean and spacious. It was great value for money.

We were looking for somewhere to stay overnight to attend a function, it had everything we needed.

Staff were friendly and helpful

Our room didn't look like it had been cleaned in a while with water damage and cobwebs etc. We have stayed here a few times sadly we won't be again

I’d definitely recommend staying here.

Very nice clean room. Bed was very comfortable. Parking is great.

I think they should empty bins and top up coffee etc daily without you having to ask, but not a big deal.

We had two rooms in one building, and overall, it worked out well for us.

For our family of 5, we were able to book two rooms. The WiFi reception itself is great, but the registration to get WiFi working is a pain. The area around has good bakeries, laundry, and restaurants.

Getting WiFi activated requires them to give you a printout which you have to enter into each device (maximum of 5 devices). That activation process was a pain. The laundry onsite is not very good, but there are good laundry facilities around for those that have more than one load. The rooms were a bit musty smelling (my wife says they smelled like men's cologne). There were a lot of signs up about 24 hour camera surveillance which makes you wonder whether the neighborhood is safe or not.

There is plenty of free parking. The linen was very clean, and the bed was well-made. Was close to the shopping centre .

Didn't like the setup of the room with the kitchenette in the bathroom ,the shower wasn't the cleanest, and the shower head needed updating . The room was not very soundproof.

Lovely updated accommodation, great location and accessibility, and friendly management.

Complementary breakfast is NO longer offered under New Management. It was an added bonus, and one of the reasons I re-booked for our current stay, our kids loved that feature.

Definitely wouldn’t stay in this uncared for Hotel.

No breakfast offered. I was the only resident in the large house divided into separate room. Felt very isolated .

It was ok.

The room was large

The bathroom. The toilet suite is too close to the wall. I resorted to sitting at an angle but my shoulder still touched the wall. Which is cold in winter. The rubbish bins contained chocolate wrappers and other things. Just weird to see someone else’s junk

Room was large and comfy. Large shower recess.. great area, close to volleyball stadium.

Small bathroom needs a bit of an update. The door frames in the bathroom need replacing.
