Tres bon point d'étape avec le lac titicaca

Personnel charmant et très arrangeant. Chambre parfaite pour la nuit que nous devions passer. Nous a gardé les bagages pour les deux jours d'expédition au lac titicaca. Petit déjeuner très correct avec des fruits, du pain, de la confiture, des œufs.

I would not come back

The location was pretty good, just a short walk from the main square. On our arrival, the owner has been very kind by lending us some coins to pay the taxi.

Unfortunately the room was not as clean as it should have been. You could easily see blood spots and others stains on bed sheets. We also did not have hot water until we made them aware and it seems that it does happen often. Breakfast was not as good as other places with the same average price. For instance, I had to ask if eggs were available.

The location is excellent and the price was very good. The shower was hot and strong. Lots of blankets available and a heating.

Breakfast was okay and double bed could have been bigger.

Ok for a short stay

Very good location, city centre is within walking distance. Nice room, clean and with hot water. Helpful and friendly staff. Basic but good breakfast.

The room had 2 windows: one overlooking the internal stairs, so we could hear all the noise of the people on the stairs and in the breakfast room like they were in our room (and it was around 5am). The other window had no curtain, so we woke up to the sunrise very very early.

the hotel is not far from the Main Street. the rooms are nice, hot shower is possible as well as the heather ks also available. breakfast is basic and included in the room price: some breads/ham/cheese/jam, fruits and cereals accompanied from coffee and tea.

there were some dried blood stains on the blankets

Very nice staff and nice breakfast.

The room was quite musty, there was a good amount of mold in the bathroom.. I understand that Puno is near the lake and the climate is specific, but it would be great to air the room from time to time.

The location is perfect, really close to the city center and not the noise from it. Good breakfast buffet.

The noise from the breakfast, we could hear everyone from our room. No hot shower, extremely cold.

Friendly staff very helpful with questions We arrived really early with the overnight bus and just wanted to store the luggage but they let us in the room already. The room was perfectly clean and very comfortable. 10/10 would book again
