Para ser una suite presidencial esperaba un detalle, aunque sea un chocolate o el frigobar más comp

La habitación muy amplia y confortable.

El servicio de limpieza, no ordenan las cosas... Solo la cama y el baño. La vista no es al río directamente, se ve pero muy lejano. El frigobar puede estar más completo y tener algún detalle ser más hospitalarios, por lo menos con la suite presidencial. El desayuno nivel medio, no está a la altura del hotel. Todos los días las mismas cosas y de mala calidad.

Espace des chambres agréables, piscine intérieure chauffée, hôtel beau, personnel agréable.

Saleté de la moquette, un coup d’aspirateur serait judicieux d’être passé surtout quand on nous demande de faire attention aux taches sur les serviettes blanches. Nous avons passé l’information à la réception dès notre arrivée car des miettes de partout par terre mais à part un coup de balai rien de plus n’a été fait. Ne regardez pas en dessous des lits… Petit déjeuner assez limité

Escogimos ese lugar porque decía ser 5 estrella pero pasamos pésimo , ni una amabilidad y mis hijos no desayunaron

El desayuno era para desear,era poco no tenía variedad y el personal no te daba atención ni amabilidad Para las 9 ya no tenía nada para desayunar

Quarto moderno e amplo Parque de estacionamento coberto Restaurante muito agradável com bons preço e bom serviço. A comida que provei estava muito boa. Piscina Atendimento simpático Excelente relação preço/qualidade para esta época do ano

O pequeno almoço podia ter mais variedade A localização é apenas boa.

Ótimo custo benefício

Quarto espaçoso, cama grande e confortável, roupa de cama e toalhas de ótima qualidade, banheiro com bom tamanho e excelente ducha. O hotel é agradável e cheiroso.

A nice visit with my friends who went to school in Encarnacion.

The breakfast was good at this location.

The casino was not very nice. The vouchers for staying at the hotel were limited to 4 machines.

Very comfortable and a good value.

The room was the most comfortable one we have stayed in in Encarnacion. We have stayed in at least a dozen other hotels; we often travel to the city for the weekend. The luxury room has a real Jacuzzi tub, which is one of the only ones we have encountered in all of Paraguay. They have a heated indoor pool too, which was a great bonus on a cool day.

The area is far from the most scenic part of the city.

Mini vacation

We liked that it was very clean, the staff were expecting us and knew me by name! We enjoyed the heated indoor pool and breakfast was great. The masseuse was excellent. The front desk personnel were very helpful and friendly.

I wish our bathroom had a bathtub, and that the outdoor jacuzzi would have been heated.
