Bin zufrieden, gerne wieder

Es ist alles sehr sauber, das Frühstück wird frisch und umfangreich angeboten und das Personal ist sehr angenehm im Umgang auch für Leute die kaum französisch sprechen wie ich :) Bushaltestelle ist 20 Meter vom Hotel entfernt und es hat auch eine Tiefgarage.

Man könnte dem Pool etwas kühler halten.

Lage ist ok. Preis für Cannes noch erträglich.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit direktem Meerblick. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Man läuft zur Croisette ca. 20 Minuten. Wir nutzten sehr oft den Bus , der direkt vorm Hotel abfährt.

Hotelul este situat intr-o zona linistita foarte aproape de plaja. Camera a fost foarte spațioasă, curățenie se facea zilnic. In imediata apropiere se afla stația de autobuz care te duce pana in centrul stațiunii . Personalul a fost foarte amabil.

Beautiful hotel with pool and clean rooms. Rich and quality breakfast!

Cleanness and staff service quality. Especially the reception team as well as the morning breakfast and evening restaurant staff. They made the staying very pleasant and comfortable

One of the morning a young couple stole my wife cellphone and returned it when realizing they were getting caught by the ‘find my phone’ function activate on my phone. We did not involve the local police but certain ‘guests’ should be blacklisted as they really ruin the hotel reputation

verblijf was in orde, zou het zeker aanraden.

Het ontbijt was heel lekker enkel zou ik meer keuze maken bij de eieren. Voor het overige top! De badkamer was in orde en de bedden waren zalig. Het zwembad voldeed ook zeker aan de verwachtingen en het personeel was gedienstig en vriendelijk.

Mooi hotel iets buiten centrum Cannes met uitzicht op de zee.

Mooi hotel, vlakbij het strand. Ruime kamer. Ik had een kamer met zicht op zee en een klein terrrasje. Lekkere middagsnacks. Voor avond diner is de kaart wel beperkt. Op afstand van het oude centrum van Cannes. Je kan te voet gaan ofwel de bus nemen naar het centrum. Halte thv. het hotel. Een enkele rit kost 1,70 euro. Er is een zwembad in de tuin, maar geen gebruik van gemaakt.

Personeel aan de receptie moeilijk verstaanbaar. Je wordt verwacht een waarborg van 100 euro te geven bij aankomst in het hotel. Verder niets aan te merken.

Mauvaise expérience à déconseiller.

En dehors de l'amabilité du personnel, rien!

Le rapport qualité/prix (1173€ par chambre) sans TV (problème de satellite) , le lieux, bruit mauvaise isolation phonique, les rail du chemin de fer sont a moins de 100m, L'aménagement extérieur autour de la piscine n'est pas digne d'un 4* et même pas un 3* Et quand on se plain il y toujours une excuse…

not going back.

i just liked the pool & proximity of the hotel to the beach.

rooms were small & narrow , wc is separated from the bathroom! far from city center. the reception staff expect Rashid & other gentleman were not nice nor helpful. especially the lady when i checked in. also there are some hidden charges that they dont tell you! food was bad & not so many options for lunch.

overall we were disappointed throughout our stay that we didn’t have a pool as we booked this hotel specifically for thi

rooms were clean and house keeping changed linen and towels each day

unfortunately the day of our arrival while in the airport about to fly out I received a message from the hotel to say the pool was closed. I specifically booked this hotel for the use of the pool as there were other nicer hotels at a better price and closer to Cannes but they did not have a pool which is why I didn’t book them. I messaged the hotel explaining this and asked if I there was an agreement with another hotel to use their pool facilities but received no response. I think a discount or a voucher for a drink/ breakfast to compensate for the late communication regarding the pool would have been a nice gesture.

Poor wifi and lousy staff. Do not go.

Nice hotel and place

Wifi was worse than in a 3rd world country in a remote area. Its speed was abusrd and it would take minutes to load a landing page. I had to use my phone to connect and I could not work with my laptop as in any other hotel. The worst wifi ever.

A comfortable stay with extremely helpful and pleasant staff. We missed the amenities that we thought were going to be a

nearness to the coast and a short walk into Cannes.

The bar wasn’t open and no hot food available for breakfast. The swimming pool was incomplete though that wasn’t an issue for us this time.

Exceptional

Really beautiful pool area and short walk to the beach. The breakfast room was very nice and tranquil. We also had dinner at the restaurant and it was delicious both times. The waiter was very nice.

Good comfortable hotel and best breakfast!

We stayed in an Executive Double Room which had a balcony overlooking the pool. The room was a very good size, clean and comfortable. The breakfast included in our booking was the best hotel breakfast we have ever had - delicious food and so much choice. The staff throughout were excellent - welcoming, polite and friendly. They were also very helpful in arranging various requests, including laundry which isn't something we would usually use on holiday. This service in particular was excellent, thank you. We only used the pool once during our stay and a simple shower facility is beside this, along with plenty of sun loungers and parasols. The hotel is outside of the main town area - there is a bus stop just up the street which has services to town and the train station. We also walked to town which took approximately 30 minutes.

Not really any negatives but based on the fact that Luxotel is listed as a 4 star hotel, it would be a good idea to provide a complimentary shuttle bus service to and from town/train station at various times during the day/evening.

Normal 4 star hotel with a little bit too expensive price.

Normal 4* hotel, breakfast is very good and personel friendly. Pool is oke but no service for drinks and food, no matras on the sunbeds. Diner is also good. Parking is very narrow but it good. Food and drinks are from good quality. When you want drinks in the afternoon there is no snack available. Small bathroom at your room.

We had several days without coffee in the room. There is a good Nespresso machine but mostly no coffee pads, you have to ask again and again. No snacks available with your afternoon drinks and no service at the pool.

Great location, fabulous view, comfy beds!

We love this hotel and are always so grateful for the incredible service and the magnificent sea view. The staff is a delight. They made me an iced coffee for our room service breakfast even though it isn’t on the menu. We’ll be back!

The policy about not being allowed to order food from Uber Eats to enjoy in the room was very disappointing. The proximity to great delivery service was always one of the great things about this location. It’s the only hotel in Cannes with this policy.
