Of all the different hotels we have stayed in this was by far the best!

The breakfast was amazing, the the lady running the breakfast was super friendly and catering to the guests.

Fabulous Stay

The staff was very friendly. The room was comfortable and had a microwave, mini fridge, and coffee maker. The free breakfast was delicious. The hot tub felt amazing.

Stayed before and had very friendly staff and a very clean room

The host was EXTREMELY abrasive and had to be interrupted off of his text conversation on his phone after standing at the desk, where he could see us for at least 3 minutes before he could possibly be burdened by doing his job. He also had a smart watch, which ALSO went off, and he paused to reply to at least a dozen times during check-in, seriously disrespectful. He was flat-out rude. I own a hospitality business, and aside from the mold in the shower..(DIDNT use it)..and hair all over bathroom and beds, HE turned me off from this property more than the hair and mold. We've stayed 4 xs here and never again. VERY rude and not worth the cost with what is close.

Loved it!

Confusing route to get there, even using GPS. You could see it but you had to go down and around to get to the right side of the road. Getting out was no problem. Breakfast was good. Staff was superb. Also need another chair in the room. We like to play cards and had to go downstairs to find a place to play. Mostly good experience. Appreciate the cleanliness.

Style and vibes were great! Comfortable sleep Breakfast was fantastic

Although they look great the sliding bathroom door didn’t lock and with a family that created some problems. We wanted to enjoy the pool and hot tub. At no fault of the hotel, it was overly crowded this time and we came mainly for a swimming experience while on our spring break.

mediocre - probably stay elsewhere next time

The breakfast and breakfast attendant were great! Room was clean. the morning front desk associate was very friendly even at 630 a.m. very nice kudos to her much different personality than the clerk the night before.

Clerk that checked me in was rude and had a huge attitude acted like people were bothering her to check them in. also the room had a plastic shopping bag tied to the fire detector which was odd...also in the shower the foot rest was coming off the wall safety issue. when I went down to get a bottled water no one was at front desk and the phone kept ringing and ringing nobody ever answered it or came to the front so I put the water back and just got a cup of tea.

Always enjoy a good Hilton Value

Good Selection of breakfast items. When a problem occurred with payment for my stay, they were quick and efficient in solving the problem. It seemed like it was such an easy problem to solve and I was worrying about the third party booking I had gone through to book the room.

Some information about what was available locally would have been great in the room rather than having to ask at the reception but that is just me being a little fussy.

Comfortable bed

There was a nice place to sit and visit with others we saw people playing games in the lobby and we got to visit with relatives from out of state. Bed was comfortable, but there was no lock on the bathroom door, when you share a room with others you want to know there is that privacy in the bathroom and there was no tan in bathroom to help get smell out from when you poop.

They was hair on the wall in the shower l, as soon as I stepped in the shower I saw black hairs stuck to the wall in the shower not just one or two there was several

Nice hotel but with unstable bookkeeping

The hotel is nice and with the facilities you expect.

We were charged twice for this room. The room was prepaid, but still the full amount were charged to our credit card. We mailed the hotel to get an explanation but never got an answer. Only after help from booking.com we got a refund.

All in all we had a good stay.

Breakfast was pretty good. The room was clean and new.

The bathroom door. You couldn’t lock it and you could see in through the sides. Also no fan available. With 4 people in the room it’s a necessity. Also, the remote to the tv wouldn’t work. It looked like a previous guest has taken the back off of it to check the batteries. It would have been nice to be able to watch tv.
