Location convenient.

Bed got bug. Very inconvenient of check in n out lobby. Provide 1 no. of access room key card only. No much tv channel.

Non-pleasant with terrible experience

Room as per advertised, clean and good value for money

Terrible process during check in check out, i booked a room for family, but only 1 car park provided. Super duper terrible lift! Waited for more than 1 hour just to go down the lift. Stayed at level 33, just imagined ppl from lower levels step into the lift and go all the way up and down again just to be in the lift. Terrible service.

Value for money. Location is good with restaurants nearby. Apartment dies not have a work desk and a chair.

Value for money. Linen was clean. Kitchen was fairly adequate. Staff were very cooperative. Good location to jog around.

Check in and check out at a different building 200 meters away, they should provide a free shuttle. Bathing cabin was not perfectly clean. Gym was not in good condition.

Tempat rehat paling dekat untuk hilangkan penat minda bekerja.

Bilik bersih, ruang tamu selesa, dapur lengkap, bersih dan tersusun. Sesuai dengan tujuan untuk berehat. Katil empuk, almari lengkap dgn pengering rambut, iron, Walaupun 4 lift sahaja, tapi tak tunggu lama. Cepat. Kedai mkn banyak dan dekat.

Tandas sangat berbau, kami beli pewangi sendiri untuk selesakan diri. Perlu diselengara, dan blower dalam tandas. Parking, kalau boleh letak landmark kedudukan parking di kertas pamer parking. Tidak semua tahu kedudukan parking, berpusing2 cari.

Very disappointed and upset with the poor Service and bad smell Property

I like it during my 1st visit in 2023 but upset during this visit as very smelly due no clean up properly and bedsheet never change also and wasted long time during check up and long wait for the Room to be ready. Tired and Exhuasted when we reached the Property. Very bad experience: 1. waited for one hour to check in 2. No parking lot during check in and limited sitting place for family member to at least relax and get out from the car since long q! 3. waited for another almost 1 hour for the Room ready! This is really inaccepatble. 4. Property So smelly as no proper clean up 5. Bedsheet and pilllow sheet also bad small and no change! 6. The Master Room Toilet sink is stuck and door cant open! REALLY WASTING A LOTS OF TIME OF WAITING HERE AND THERE AND NO PROPER MANAGEMENT!

Unhappy stay

Good location to restaurants and needy stuffs. The beds are comfortable.

Took too long to check in. About 1 hour queueing time. 4 lifts are always full before 11 am. Doors leading to staircase are locked. Owner needs to fix the faulty shower system. Water comes out of 3 outlets whenever one turns on the tape while the strongest pressure is from the outlet which is 2.5 feet from the floor. Our unit has a bad smell.

The environment of the house is cozy and the bed is comfort.

Check-in counter is confusing and inconvenient. Bad smell from toilets, small cockroach in the toilet & room. Hygiene need to be improved more.

Location is great. Easy to find halal, cheap and affordable food.

The reception counter for check in and out is located at another building. Cannot reach L5 by lift. I had a dead bird at my balcony and ask them to clean up. Was agreed on them only to come and clean while im in the room. Told them to atleast notify me 20-30 mins earlier before they come to clean. But no communication receive. When i get back to the room, they already came inside and clean the bird. Luckily nothing is missing. Security 👎🏽

Spacious and affordable room

1. Check in counter is not at the same building. 2. Toilet need to be scrub, got moles in shower area 3. Late transfer back deposit they said its within 24 hours, need to whatsapp only then they paid me back. 4. No functioning wi-fi, hence no Netflix.

keadaan tempat penginapan yang sngat selesa. terdapat 3 katil queen, 2 di ruang tamu dan 1 di dalam bilik. bilik air yang sngat selesa dan perkakasan di rumah yang sngat baik,ade kumudahan mesin basuh.

urusan untuk check in agak mengambil masa. nak dpatkan kunci perlu ke residence counter bangunan yang lain. tapi kalau dah tahu kawasan mungkin mudah ja, security guard membantu.

Good as per price

Professional check-in counter. Very fast response on WhatsApp and action to the tenant's query. Clean and tidy apartment. Modern design and furniture of the unit.

Professional way for check in but it took a lot of time when the check-in counter is not at the place we stay. Long queue so the staff is very professional but can't be kind and helpful to all customers. Check-out should consider the waiting time for the lift.

Good place to stay for couples but no netflix!

The cleanliness and spaciousness was excellent. Loved that it has a balcony as well.

1. No lights in the parking lot! 2. Check out time is early. It should be 12pm to 1pm!!! I cannot enjoy the morning as I have to rush 3. No netflix. Many airbnb offer this and I was surprised and disappointed this management did not offer it.

Quite a bad stay for me. though is my 3 time at Geo 38.

it is now hardly to get to town. as the hotel lobby is close, need to walk 1 round. the wifi password in the room was missing. cannot assess to the swimming pool, as the assess card was no able to assess to the Facilities floor.
