Unpleasant and the most uncaring hospitality service I have encountered. No repeat visit.

The toilet in room 111 and 112 are afoot higher than the room floor. It is risky for senior guests and movement restricted people . To make the situation worse, the toilet entrance is without any reel to assist guests entering the toilet.

Clean, neat and comfortable at an affordable price.

I reapply appreciate the cleanliness of the hotel, compared to other hotels I've stayed with similar rate, this is by far one of the best places to stay.

Upon arrival, there was no staff at the front desk and the staff we're talking and laughing in the staff room, maybe it is their break time, but it was a while before someone arrived at the front desk to assists with our check in

Lokasi yang dengan Bandar Teluk Intan dan kawasan sekitar . Pelbagai pilihan kedai makanan & sedap. Layanan staff yang sangat baik..Ruang hotel bersih, wangi & sejuk... keadaan dalam bilik pun bersih..

Tak pasti TV elok atau tidak. Sebab bila anak saya try buka, tak boleh on.. Yang lain semua ok

The room that we stayed in was great, clean and in marvelous condition. Even it's a 2017 hotel, it feels like just opened. Superb and recommended for a stay with family and friends. clean and crisp hotel.

Location is good, facilities are working nicely. Room is neat and nice, towels, pillows and bedsheets are clean.

COMFORTABLE PLACE TO SLEEP.

the location very near to most places in teluk intan. the bathroom very big and clean. the room also very clean. also elevator is provided. the room very small. only can fit 2 people at one time. cant even solat inside the room. value for money!
