great location, very close to the most beautiful beaches in the area. Nice breakfast! and the staff was super friendly and attentive.

We loved this place. Good location close to nice beaches. Very kind and service minded staff. Lovely breakfast. Nice pool area. Free parking. Nice room with terrace.
Unfortunately they had problems with their internet this week so we couldn’t use the Wi-Fi

There are so many crystal clear beautiful beaches a 5 minute drive away. there are 2 grocery stores also a 5 minute drive away. the pool is lovely. the breakfast was great. and I have to mention once again, the staff are phenomenal!! We will definitely be staying her again when back in Sardinia and have already recommended it to so many people.

Smaller, albeit older hotels, but clean. Beautiful environment, friendly staff, excellent coffee, good location to beautiful beaches.

The breakfast was ok so far. Not overwhelming but they had scrambled eggs, be on, toast and cereals.
The coffee was good though.
Maybe the price? Compares to some other places it is more expensive.

Beautiful grounds and swimming pool. large but basic room, breakfast fine. Quiet.
Check in at 10pm latest disrupted the evening. Slightly overpriced for what is was, but grounds and location made it worthwhile.

Very charming hotel, with a good breakfast, and very sympathetic staff. I had an issue with the air conditioner in my room that was promptly solved by the hotel, and they were able to give good advice about the region when asked. The beaches can be reached on foot (10-15 min walk in the sun, if you don't like it then I recommend going by car). They have a nice pool as well. I can recommend the hotel for a nice rest after spending days at the beach
The distance between other restaurants (except Bar Bareto) was not reachable by foot, so highly recommended traveling by car. When taking breakfast outside, you may face some wasps that can really annoy you - but this holds true for all region (not limited to the hotel)

The location was perfect. From here you could drive to the nicest beaches of Sardinia. The breakfast was fine and the staff in the morning were nice.
I know the area is really expensive, but the hotel is not worth a 100 euro per night. The beds were in bad conditions (really gets back complaints). For this amount of money you would expected some more services and luxes from the hotel. Besides we got an (paid) upgrade of our room (which we were must be fantastically happy about, because the view was so beautiful... because you couldn't see the holes in the road if you were sitting on your balcony) which was really not worth the extra money. We got an extra 2 square metres and the same view (because you are looking at trees) and size of the balcony. When we went back to ask if the old room was still available, it had already been reserved by someone in 15 minutes... Good lesson for next time never to accept a paid upgrade

Breakfast was very good and complete.
Staff was friendly and the pool area was nice.
We needed an iron to iron a shirt but they did not have one. For the price you pay for the night it's something you would expect to be easily available at a place like this.
Also, the water was leaking from the shower every time we showered. Impossible to keep the bathroom dry.

It’s very cosy place, well located between nice beaches and Porto Cervo harbour. Perfect for you to balance where to go depending the mood of the day. The place is very well curated, gardens kept perfectly clean, a small pool to relax in the end of the day. We were quite positive on details the staff has put in place to keep everyone safe in Covid times. Loredana was very attentive and helpful. Breakfast was good and well organized - appreciate the opportunity to have tables outside in the open area
Our room was in the ground floor and we were awaken during the night by the noise of flush and shower in the apartment upstairs. As my friend is a light sleeper she had issues to sleep during the night. If that is the case for you, you’d rather consider using ear caps to avoid sleeping issues.

It's the perfect place to start your trip in Sardinia. The bedrooms are nice and the swimming pool perfect to send a picture to the family and have every one jealous about it. Every time your cross the staff, you'll have a smile!

Quiet location and THE STAFF! The staff was very attentive and always polite. Gabriele was our absolute favorite. Always nice and super helpful.
The beds were pretty hard. The manager moved us to another room with no problem. The bed was still firm but better than the first one. It’s my understanding that most people in Europe prefer firm beds. Overall a pleasant & memorable stay which made up for a not so comfortable bed 😊
