Ta' Maria B&B is a farmhouse of the 19th century. Set in the open countryside, it is located in Ghasri, the smallest village in Gozo. In 7 minutes, you can walk to the bus stop for links with Victoria.

Victor and Sonia what a beautiful guest house you have, it was an absolute delight to stay with you and thankyou so much

Built in the traditional sandstone , beautifully restored to a very high standard, exceptionally clean, gardens, patios and swimming pool area kept very clean . Linen and towels great , room serviced every day , environmentally ‘towel’ friendly. Two outside terraces for all guests to use and lounge areas on the ground and first floor again for all guests to use, use of fridge and also the kitchen for cooking if you wanted to eat supper in . Breakfast was superb amazing choice of cereals, continental, full English, fresh bread, homemade jams and yogurts, fresh fruit salad and a different cake baked everyday. Victor, Sonia and their team were just so kind and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble.

Great place! Very nice rooms in a characterful old house. Very welcoming hosts and staff. Excellent included breakfast. Close to some spectacular costal walking trails.

Paradise on Gozo!

This is a great place for a good rest. It s located in a quiet village on Gozo, but still close to the beach and to nature. The breakfast in the morning is magnificent and sufficient for the entire day. I loved my morning strolls in the green fields of Gozo.

Pleasant hotel

Very clean, pleasant around, lovely staff, inexpensive.

The breakfast was very basic, Instant coffee, just margarine available, done cheaply. I know that other guests seemed happy with it but for me there was room for improvement, eggs with veggies way too greasy. All in all breakkie done on cheap. Having said that it was served by lovely ladies with a smile. Traditional massive heavy keys had to be carried on long walks... it's a cheap b&b so my expectations might have been bit higher because of the reviews.

Beautiful house but disappointing service

The house itself is beautiful, the swimming pool very nice and the breakfast good and tailored to dietary needs.

The A/C works on coins (!!!) but I was told afterwards that it’s the norm in Gozo, would be nice to know it in advance though. The room was dark and humid, the window opened onto a backyard court and it was impossible to keep it open and not hear all the noise from the other rooms. The pics on booking are definitely misleading. service wise it was terribly handled: we were two friends and booked two rooms - they decided to give only to one of us a massive upgrade so my friend ended up with a huge and bright 4 people bedroom and I got stuck in what felt like the basement. we were forced to make the choice between us and we were both super uncomfortable for it. for the same price we were treated like royals in Malta. definitely not worth the price we paid!

Lovely house with garden at quiet location

Very kind staff. Good breakfast. Quiet place and location, near busstop (once per hour to Victoria). Lovely garden with swimming pool and many places to relax inside and outside.

We did not like the bed, too hard, not comfortable. (Un)locking the doors made so much noise, even if you tried to be careful for the neighbours.

lovely converted farmstead very comfortable rooms (ours very spacious) and communal spaces full use of plates, glasses, cutlery etc and fridge very friendly and helpful hosts and staff great balcony by room, plus lovely garden and pool area great breakfast and useful arrangment for early breakfast in sister guesthouse in Victoria local supermarket good access to coast with safe swimming / sunbathing at Ghasri Valley not far to restaurants and bars of Victoria and Marsalforn

Clean sheets and towels. Wifi was well distributed.

We didnt like the fact that AC usage was with extra payment, it doesnt say it is not included when you book. Coffee, tea, sugar and milk are not available you have to take your own but again this was not stated. Our room was two flights of stairs up top, the terrace was lovely, however, we were not told about the amount of stairs, we would not have booked. The room was very small, you can hardly move around with luggage and all. The bathroom .... there is no shower and the bath mixer becomes super hot because it has knobs and no lever so to adjust the water its dangerous. There were no extra pillows or a blanket. Just two pillows per person and just cotton sheets. The matress was terribly hard, like a slab of wood. Breakfast is served between 8.30 amd 9.30, and no poasibility of tea or coffee before that time. We have been in other B&Bs however coffe, tea, sugar milk and drinkable water were always available. We will not go again.

Beautiful B&B! Fantastic B&B! Can’t recommend it enough - Everything was great, from the fantastic rustic decor and room to the amazing staff members. The kitchen is very well organised with all the facilities that you need to cook any type of dish! The breakfast was absolutely perfect! Plenty of choices, very generous portions and very fresh ingredients. The room was nice and big, very clean and cozy. The building and garden are stunning with amazing views from the balconies. If you plan to stay in Gozo, you must check this place out.

Lovely relaxing short break

Stayed there for 4 nights and we had a great time. We were very welcome by the owner Victor and the rest of the staff. Great cooked-to-order breakfast, accompanied by amazing home made cakes. Cleanliness second to none. Very quiet farmhouse. Highly recommended. We hope to be back next summer.

A wonderful and peaceful retreat to chill out and relax. Strongly recommend & will return.

We were warmly greeted by Sonya & Anna on our arrival. They showed us around the farmhouse and immediately made us comfortable with the facilities and surroundings. Our rooms were spotlessly clean & well designed. The common areas were also spacious with a lovely layout. Victor and his staff were extremely friendly & prepared for us such a delicious and wholesome breakfast every morning.

Great choice I would come back!

The property is in the farmhouse Gozo style which I really think everybody who is going to Gozo should experience. Everything was very clean and looked better than on the photographs. Very good breakfast and lovely staff. Placed in a calm area with views of nature. I will definitely recommend this accommodation to my friends!!

It would be great to have more available kitchenware to be able to prepare some snacks as we couldn't find some things (cutlery, knife, salt, pepper ..).
