Rather expensive for an old property. Expected better newer look and feel of overall property

Excellent location, wonderful staff, super food...everything was good. Their organic food garden is lovely too...
The swimming pool could have been cleaner.
4.1
Wonderful location and a beautiful resort with good amenities. Staff were supportive and helpful in every regard. Food was excellent too.
They have a tie up with Jungle Lodges and can arrange for Boat and Jeep Safaris based on availability.

Beautiful location, right on the edge of the backwater. We had rooms on the ground floor with great views. All the staff were very attentive and professional. Mr. Nagraj at the restaurant stands out for his helpful nature. The food was always very interesting, the menus varied and delicious. The arrangements for safaris and kayaking were also very good. We also enjoyed our morning walks around the neighboring JLR campus. It was hard to leave after 4 days.
The pool water was a bit cold. The property should consider climatizing it.
4.1
property location is good
for the price they charge , the food , the cleanliness , the pool hygiene , nothing was good or worth it
it’s unfair to charge 15k per night plus taxes for a 6k -7k worth room and food

The staff and location was really great would like to recommend all without any doubt
Thank you
4.1
location and taste of food.
staff was misguiding and the room wasn’t worth it .
beds were too uncomfortable, there was no dryer.
cleanliness was also an issue. drivers stay was not comfortable

a lovely surprise. beautiful location - fresh, serene, in nature

staff was amazing and prompt especially Prasanna he was great - great hospitality
Overall it was very peaceful and relaxed the property is beautiful
Laundry service is a must - we all travel light and its essential to have laundry on premises. Staff was kind enough to get our clothes washed on asking a couple of times.

The location was very good with the river view from the room.
The resort is not at all maintained well. The furniture along side the river was quite dirty and there is hardly any infrastructure in the resort. The game room is so small that you can hardly play anything. Food is good but variety is so less for the price which is charged. So not at all value for money. They are charging so much only due to location.

The location and the view from the superior room was beautiful. The property makes for a very relaxing and peaceful holiday. Would recommend staying here.
The resort had upon request and in writing had promised a late check out without any additional charge. However, they asked us to leave by 11 am on the day of the check out despite informing us that we could check out late. This ruined an otherwise nice trip.
The manager Dhanya was rude and did not endeavour to sort out the issue despite the resort itself allowing us a late check out on email.
Additionally, there are facilities mentioned on the website that aren't available anymore. For example the spa has closed down. It would do the resort well if they did not represent the availablity of a spa on its website.
The same goes for the bar as well.

1) distance from the safari point . it’s very close to JLR and has all facilities.
2) if you plan to go with family and don’t want to go for all safaris then this is the best place to stay with all amenities. Yes you will have to pay for the safari … if you have small kids and want to just spend time this is an excellent choice .
3) food menu is very good and we were never bored .
4) very spacious rooms and right next to the river with lots of open space . swimming pool is a treat
5) people at the resort are very good and helpful.
6) trampoline for kids . if you have fishing rods with you you can fish by sitting on the boat .
7) There is an option to charge electric vehicle as well . please check it.

The location of the resort is perfect, just at the banks of the river. The pool overlooks the river and is the perfect place to chill. One can also explore the breezy river front and at night they lit up bonfire. The room was clean and spacious for a couple with a nice view from the balcony. Staff was also polite and courteous
The buffet food was good, specially the breakfast. But the lunch and dinner could be improved in taste.

location and food
The bed was horrible specially after they tried to make two twin beds a queen bed, could not even sleep properly.
