Das Zimmer glich von der Helligkeit her einem Bunker. Die Aussicht war 0 und dass kein Frühstück in einem 4-Sterne-Hotel dabei ist und extra gebucht werden muss, ist eine Frechheit.

Lo recomendaría pero al 80%.

La ubicación y el hotel en si era muy bonito.

El chico de la recepción podría mejorar bastante. , no se le entendía muy bien . Hay que tener en cuenta que llevamos mascarilla y tenéis puesto un cristal por tema COVID . Que entrarán a la habitación por error el de limpieza y saliera como si nada y sin disculparse me pareció súper feo. Llama primero para asegurarte que no hay nadie es lo normal. Para tener 4 estrellas le faltan bastantes detalles.

Not worth the price, great location

The pool side was lovely and the staff were great.

Where do I start. The hotel looks brilliant when you walk in, but the as soon as you get onto a floor, carpets are unclean, and it looks like a 2 or 3 star hotel. In addition room was very small, definitely not like the pictures. Also, our toilet door didn't shut, the toilet roll bit was broken, our door lock look damaged. We had to ask staff twice to check the main door as it wouldn't lock. We were two girls and it felt unsafe staying there with doors not locking. You cannot lock the room door from inside. The pool side is very small and busy nothing like the pictures on bookings.com Definitely wouldn't recommend for the price. We paid £1042 for 4 nights!

Gemütliches, zentral gelegenes Hotel im Herzen der Stadt!

Das Hotel ist perfekt gelegen (Bus und Metro in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar) und ist durch seine zentrale Anbindung der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für die Top-Sehenswürdigkeiten. Außergewöhnlich freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal zu jeder Tages- und Nachtzeit. Danke Laura für die nette Einführung! Zimmer sehr durchdacht eingerichtet und modern. Ausgewogenes internationales Frühstücksbuffet. Ideal bei später Abreise ist die gesicherte Gepäcksaufbewahrung nach Check-Out.

Séjour très agréable avec grand confort

Hôtel très agréable, très confortable et personnel très sympathique. Le petit déjeuner-buffet est vraiment très bon et complet. Nous nous sommes régalés.

Les deux seules choses plus gênantes étaient : pas de noir complet le matin (lumière passante au-dessus des rideaux) + le bruit perceptible de la rue le matin.

Personnels très aimables et là pour vous quand vous avez des questions. Ils sont très disponibles et très gentils !

Notre chambre était relié avec une autre chambre ( ferme par une porte ) car notre chambre devait contenir 4 personnes et nous étions 2 de ce fait derrière une porte de notre chambre il y’avait une autre chambre et tant donné que les chambres étaient communiquantes beacoup de bruits que si la chambre ne l’était pas ! Je pense que cnetait bien de nous prévenir car on entendait beaucoup de ce qui se passait dans la chambre en face ! (Parlait, bruit de nuit,…).

Leider gehört dieses Hotel renoviert

Personal war nett und zuvorkommend. Hotel ist sehr zentral, in 5 Minuten von Placa Catalunya entfernt. Das war Von Vorteil

Hotel gehört unbedingt renoviert, es fehlte bei uns Badetücher plus Badeschuhe etc. Die Handtücher hatten flecken. Die Fenster war kaputt es ginge nicht zum schließen aber der Personal war nett und haben es dann beseitigt. Sie werben mit Pool aber da will keiner hin es ist gleich neben der Rooftop Bar und jeder guckt hin. Sauna kann man auch vergessen es ist kein Sauna sondern Dampfbad was nur 10quadrahtmeter groß ist . Um den Preis könnten wir sicher etwas besseres buchen können.

-Well situated -Nice and quiet rooms, stayed at 6th floor facing the inner yard -Very helpful and nice personnel, booking restaurants, advising on restaurants, early availability of rooms, taking care of bagage prior room availability, etc

Fabulous Friendly Hotel

Hotel is gorgeous - the lobby is grand and a wow factor when you enter the hotel. Rooms are clean and modern with quite a bit of space as well, the hotel is in a really good location, Barcelona is very big so you cant be by everything but this is walking distance of La Rambla, Casa Batlo, Sagrada Família, L’Arc De Triomf & Parc Citudella! We didn’t use trains but there is a train station close by. The staff were all so nice and welcoming here from check in staff, to bar staff to the security! It was my birthday while we were in Barcelona that my boyfriend notified the hotel of and on the day they knocked on our room and delivered a personalised birthday message, a cake and two mini bottles of champagne it was such a lovely touch! Roof top bar is surprising I didn’t expect it to be so nice with a great view! The pool is lovely too (not huge) - area is kept nice and clean and the staff up there are very friendly!

Pool area could do with more seats/beds around as there is space for it but only two double seats in the far corner

I have been visiting since 2016 each year I wanted to bring my friends back for my 40th birthday to share the experience.

We had some strange people knocking at our door in the middle of the night which was very scary and woke us in our sleep. It didn’t feel safe. The staff were not overly friendly on arrival (they used to be when my husband and I visited). I miss the special touches of the newer hotel in 2015 - 2019 when little treats and notes were left for return visits in the room or birthdays/anniversaries and the Cava welcome drinks at reception were not offered. The dumplings we used to get each year at breakfast were not there (one of my favourites).

it could be better

it was in a good location, room was a bit small but the beds and pillows were really comfortable. It had a big shower and breakfast was okay. Our bathroom sink was clogged and a terrible smell was coming out of it, we told the staff and they immediately solved the problem.

the room wasn’t clean, we had dust as well as some greasy stains on the glass walls over and near the bed. The floor and the curtains weren’t clean, they had stains and they were full of dust, same thing for the windows. The bedsheets were too big, every time we went to bed half of them were touching the floor. Breakfast was gooddish, the food was fresh but it was not a 4stars kind of breakfast, more like a 3stars. The staff was okay but a bit cold. The floors of our floor were stained from the first to the last day we were there.

Lovely pool and sauna. Staff are also very friendly and upgraded us for free for our sixth anniversary

The layout of the room is a bit odd I.E bathroom is basically out in the open with no wall separator and the bed (head end) is positioned under the curtain so you are basically staring into the light outside during the night. Hotel is also kind of dirty. We found blood on pillow cases, mascara on dressing robes etc.
