The accommodations were amazing, and the view from our room was absolutely stunning. I especially appreciated the personalised names of the staff who took care of our every need.

View.
Electrical in bathroom is not done properly. You're unable to use the heater and exhaust fan at the same time. It turns into a disco party.

Very comfortable ,great outlook.

The view.
A sloped site with a fair hike from the car park to the unit we were staying in. This is a hotel so facilities were basic. Had to wash cups etc in the bathroom sink. Too far from Launceston however we did enjoy the seahorse conservation centre at beauty point.

The room was lovely and the bed was beautifully comfortable. It is a completely peaceful location - really lovely. The restaurant served an excellent evening meal.
Unfortunately, the sliding doors onto the balcony were pretty much impossible to lock securely but I wasn't overly worried about it.

Service and food at Friday evening’s dinner was five star.
View from the hot tub was magnificent ( as was temperature & cleanliness of hot tub)
Very comfy bed and the added bonus of cosy robes and great water pressure in the shower.
Would love to have the chance to access special deals for repeat customers This visit was our 4th stay and will be very keen to stay again soon. This is a perfect staycation destination.
Winter Specials are a wonderful incentive

We love the room we were in, the spa was nice and our room was nice and clean.
Our power kept going out and then eventually the power cards weren’t working anymore to keep our power on. By the time this happened it as 10pm and the contact phone number wasn’t working.

Bed was comfortable 😌 .
Spa had rust marks. Spa wind shade ripped and unable to use for privacy. Power outage approximately 10 times when we were in the spa and room. Dinner was nice, but again the power kept going off and took longer to pay the bill. I've stayed here plenty of times before and this was definitely the most disappointing stay. 😞

really well designed, and furnishings were excellent.
The only thing I would address is a privacy screen for the spa. While you are in the spa all traffic walking past can see in as can anyone entering or leaving the room next door. This is the only thing I would change.
We would have also used the minibar if there were items on offer.

I booked under Hotels at Ross Tasmania online. When I saw Rosevaar Hotel I thought it looked ideal. When I arrived in Ross I discovered it was 89 kms away. I am from N.S.W. so do not know the area. I immediately rang the hotel to explain and was told there was no refund. I ended up in what was previously a stable as part of the caravan park as it was the only bed available in Ross where everyone was so welcoming and helpful.
The reception staff were polite but there was no understanding of the situation where a visitor doesn't know the location of the hotel when booking a hotel at Ross. My 5 days in Tasmania has cost a fortune for nothing.

The room was spacious and clean, beds were comfy, the terrace was nice. Location is good if you have plans to drive around but want to stay relatively close to the city- free parking included.
The fridge was turned down to 1 and we didn't notice, so all our food warmed up a bit. No sink in the kitchen and the tap in the bathroom is low, so it's difficult to fill the kettle. A microwave would be a good addition as well for people who travel a lot and get back to the room late when the restaurant is closed. Sound insulation is not great but we were unlucky to get noisy neighbors that were talking loudly outside for 40 minutes, kids running around and screaming, slamming the doors repeatedly. That was close to midnight, until one other guest threatened to call the police.

Beautiful view. Nice clean rooms
No proper table or microwave in de room

excellent view, comfy beds
it doesn’t have a sink bench, too hard for tea or coffee and basic washing.

The views from the rooms never disappoint and our evening meal at the Restaurant was lovely. A new Menu commenced the first night of our stay. Dining staff were very friendly and efficient.
There were people using the spa after 11.30pm and were creating a lot of noise. We were uncertain who to complain to but were advised the following day to contact the Emergency Number. Our room was not serviced and when we contacted reception they advised that the Cleaner had to leave for family reasons before our room was cleaned. We were issued with clean towels etc but found this unsatisfactory. We have stayed at this property a number of times ….on this occasion we were a little disappointed.

comfortable accommodation. great views. this was our 4th stay over the years
Restaurant has gone downhill since our last visit. Food was very mediocre although the pizzas were OK. quite a few items on the menu not available.

very nice bed, very clean

Modern and well maintained. The spa was warm and awaiting our arrival. The bed was the best we had slept on in all of our accomodations around Tasmania.
The privacy wall adjacent to the spa flapped loudly in the wind. However it was an extremely windy night so that was to be expected from any loose objects. A more permanent fixture/ privacy solution probably needed to be sought.

The view is great. And good experience to cycle around.
No microwave, once the restaurant on-site closed and you need a microwave oven can heat the take away food.
4.5
