Lovely friendly well presented hotel

Incredibly clean and well presented. Good food and very helpful and friendly staff. The location was really nice with Old Hunstanton beach a few minutes walk away.

We brought two small dogs and our room was along the front drive which is gravelled. The noise from vehicles during the night and early morning was rather disturbing. A small problem really!

Nice relaxed place, recommended.

We arrived early & was informed the room was ready, which was big bonus after travelling. We did not have dinner, but had couple of drinks in the bar in the evening which we found was a pleasant place to relax. Breakfast was really good with a large selection of available food which was refreshed when depleted. Room was comfortable with high water pressure in the bathroom & plenty of hot water. Happy with our stay.

All was good, no negatives here.

A perfect weekend for the whole family - from 8 to 88 years old.

As a party of 9 we were extremely well looked after in the dining room with the same table set up for us at breakfast and dinner and everyone (including the two 8-year old boys) really enjoyed their meals and the breakfast buffet was excellent with a good variety to cater for everyone. The rooms were extremely comfortable and the staff were very pleasant, cheerful and helpful. We enjoyed a perfect weekend, despite the weather, in an an unfamiliar area to us all.

We have no complaints - it was lovely.

Luxury and homely at same time gorgeous

Warm welcome, beautiful rooms spacious, very clean. Staff professional and genuinely friendly. Nothing is to much trouble, the bar and Daniel is a pleasure to spend time in Daniel always has time to ask about your day lovely guy, breakfast staff feel like family so welcoming and put you at ease when it's your first visit, poppy the chef does best scrambled eggs ever !. Nit forgetting the reception staff who are so accommodating and greet you with such a warm welcome always there to help, and then Davy manager he eats all chocolates lol no he's a star !

Had a fabulous stay in a beautiful hotel can’t wait to go back

Rooms were amazing clean and very modern, staff couldn’t do enough for you , we had our dog with us and the eating area for breakfast and dinner was lovely . Highly recommend this hotel 10 min walk to the beautiful beach .

excellent place to stay with short walk to beach. modern and clean inside but also full of character . Both breakfast and dinner was great and really enjoyed having a drink in front of log fire. The bed was super comfy

The staff are just lovely. There are many good properties, but it is hard to imitate great service. The Caley does this every time

Bar area Staff - probably tired Bar prices seemed a bit extortionate, even though we realise everything is more costly, but we had one drink and deliberatly didn't use for more drinks
