We will be back

It was spacious, clean and the bed was really comfortable. The owners were extremely friendly and we even had a tour of their chicken coup.

It was close to the road BUT it’s so quiet as they have invested in great sound proofing.

Short break.

The whole of our short 2 day stay was lovely. Rarely have we been anywhere that provided us with such a beautiful lodge , gardens and facilities. Spotless...... We will certainly use Home Farm Lodge accommodation again.

Cosy and romantic getaway with the most caring owners, you’ll feel happy and refreshed once visiting

From the moment you arrive you can see the love and effort that has been put into making this place special. It’s looks so beautiful from the outside and the room is just the same it’s super clean and tidy and has furnishings that are well kept and add to the theme of the room with the beams and hatch still intact. We didn’t meet Richard only Kerry but going by how warm and welcoming Kerry was I’m sure Richard is just the same. I asked for some roses for the bedroom as we were celebrating my partners birthday and she made it look beautiful he was very happy with them and so was I. We ran out of orange juice so requested some more, and by the time we got back to our room the fridge had already been stocked back up. The morning of my partners birthday we sat outside at our garden table and enjoyed a drink and some birthday cake it was so relaxing as your surrounded by flowers and a flowing fountain. The bed was very comfortable and considering I had a bad back I slept very well. We loved that you’re doing your bit to be green and would definitely stay here again. Thank you so much Kerry and Richard for making our first stay extra special we can’t wait to come again!

There isn’t anything, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and were sad when we left.

Warm, cosy and comfortable.

Lovely location, easy to find, great instructions. Loved the room, really comfortable. All in all value for money, really liked they use local fresh food products and lovely smelling toiletries.

There isn't anything I didn't like.

warm, friendly, luxurious, well looked after

the room was beautiful, bed was super comfy and shower was amazing. So many nice things left for eating. freshly baked bread etc and the location and outlook are great, easy to find, close to other towns in the area also lovely gardens as well.

Nice, comfortable clean and quiet room. Perfect little garden area to relax in at the end of the day. Kerry and Richard were perfect hosts. Breakfast and room supplies were continuously replenished. The location is ideal for Yorkshire Wildlife Park, and Doncaster / Sheffield Airport and Bawtry with its good selection of restaurants, yet still seems like a peaceful retreat. This will be the first choice for a return visit to the area.

The only niggle is that the bathroom door hits the toilet when you walk in. Fire exit bit to bright during the night Small blind near the door let's a bit of light in early morning

Nice stay in rural vibes near Bawtry

Very friendly, relaxing atmosphere, quiet space, generous high quality products, pleasant walk to Bawtry

Only minor comments: shower was a bit fiddly and car park lights shined onto window, but not real problems at all

Converted Farm comforts

Beautiful location, spotlessly clean and the owner was very friendly and attentive, the bed was extremely comfortable too! even though we were only staying overnight as we needed to be close to the airport (5mins away) we could've stayed a few more nights.

Better than expected, the pictures don’t do it justice.

There was no mirror in the room, only in the bathroom, struggles to blow dry and straighten my hair with no mirror to use.
