Haus ,Speisen Lage top, Personal Flop!

Lage super wunderbar in altem Kloster.

Personal war abweisend und Spa war nicht in Betrieb, auf Anfrage ob am nächsten Tag das Spa und Massage möglich sei, kam die Antwort 3 Tage später!! Lärmiges, extrem lautes Reinigen der nachbarsuite um 7:50!! Keine Ermässigung!!

Very pleasant stay , suited our trip of visiting family.

Loved tha l breakfast, the room was very comfortable. Staff friendly.

At pool bar the staff were seldom there and had to be found, same with interior bar. Had to keep asking for towels as twice none were left after room clean. Lovely veranda upstairs but no seating. Pool steps metal and slippery.

Très bon séjour. Hôtel à recommander.

Grande chambre et grande salle de bain, la plus grande que nous ayons jamais eue. Avec tout ce qu'il faut....et même plus. Nous n'avons pas déjeuner à l'hôtel, nous avons préféré un restaurant en ville. Nous n'avons pas essayé le SPA....Quant au petit-déjeuner, il est superbe avec beaucoup de choix. Nous avons aussi apprécié le calme qui y règne.

L'entrée du parking est difficile à trouver et pour y accéder à pied depuis l'hôtel, c'est un peu le parcours du combattant. Alors avec des bagages....

Mejor todavía de lo que esperábamos

Ubicación perfecta para conocer el pueblo y hacer rutas en los alrededores. Instalaciones magníficas, desayuno cuidado en el más mínimo detalle, pero lo mejor el personal atento e increíblemente amable. Sobresaliente.

Altamente recomendable

El conjunto de las instalaciones.Como está decorado y aprovechado el espacio arquitectónico. El personal,solicito y amable.

Lo que se echa en falta son sitios donde colgar la ropa de baño tras el SPA.Todo lo demás tanto en habitación como instalaciones y ubicación fenomenal.

Helpful staff and a first class restaurant. Disappointed by the pool and surrounding area.

The staff were helpful and the restaurant was excellent.

The swimming pool was dirty and glasses were not cleared away from the pool area.

Would have liked some English breakfast tea in room and breakfast but really, that's pushing it! What great staff, what a splendid place to stop. We hope to be back

Centrally located to all main sites of interest

Location and beautiful room with AC and a large shower and bath. The Resturant was amazing too

The EV wasn’t working and needs to be upgraded to a proper charger rather than a normal plug socket especially when there are no chargers around this region of Spain

Beautifully converted from a convent with lovely public rooms. Bedrooms very good with a large, well equipped bathroom. Both breakfast and the evening meal were very good.

Beautiful hotel very high standard in great Spanish town

Beautifully built hotel in old convent building very high quality and the most amazing beds very comfortable. excellent parking and great breakfast spread. The hotel is in great location in lovely historic town.

For this price go elsewhere please

Soacious room. Tge restaurant serves very good dishes. All staff, only the reception, gives me a good feeling.

The front office/reception was rude…I couldn’t find my room number. Not very helpfully:(. By checkout no goodbye :( On this price level this is impossible service!!!! The lady probably never heard that service has to be always with a Smile.

Unwelcoming and not 4* standard

Size of room, location, good selection of food at breakfast. Hostess at breakfast was wonderful.

Rude staff who were unhelpful and dismissive really set a poor tone to my trip and made me feel very unwelcome. Room had no view and opened from a greenhouse-style covered balcony with no fresh air. Rooms 35 and 36 are a sub-par experience compared to the rest of the hotel so be warned! No communication between Spa and hotel despite purchasing inclusive access through booking com. Had to politely insist this was already paid for and told "no, we don't do that". No information provided by front desk on arrival, felt rushed out of the way and staff complained about last minute reservation and my 1 suitcase. When I returned the next day to enquire about access to the Spa was told simply "go when they are open and ask yourself". Signage in hotel is unclear so even that was a struggle. Had to make my own bed each night because duvets were layed between flat sheet and duvet cover and found fingernails in bed. Maintenance in the hotel was poor with unattended to issues and/or sloppy repairs. I went for a relaxing experience and felt serious anxiety and regret instead.

Excellent- definitely on our places to return to list

Didn’t have breakfast- our choice - but used the restaurant for our evening meal, absolutely excellent, timely served excellent quality and attentive, polite service- impressed

You ask what we didn’t like - Nothing we didn’t like but a constructive comment, as in many old towns the one way systems and parking/garage locations can be difficult for a traveler- so a small map on the web site could have been useful
