Para repetir

El personal muy atentos y muy agradables las instalaciones están reformadas y muy acogedor no falta de nada y el jacuzzi súper limpio .para repetir

El único inconveniente es el aparcamiento si vas en coche , si tienes suerte y consigues aparcamiento de las instalaciones genial sino tienes que caminar un poquito.

Amazing 👏

I can not recommend Servatur Hartaguna enough. Gorgeous rooms.Extremely comfortable beds/pillows. Staff are incredibly attentive and friendly.I wasn't aware before I visited that this is a completely non-smoking complex. I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Puerto Rico after my stay here,it really did exceed my expectations.

great hotel peaceful and adults only

newly opened so all new and clean and also adults only is a total plus -

whilst it was adults only there was one occasion were a child did appear although this may have been a staff members child

This is about my first night stay, after being moved up stairs all was fine

Being woken up at 1:30 AM with a cat chasing a mouse in the false ceiling above the kitchen area, and my partner shaking with the fright, and having to go to the hotel across the road to look for the night security man, we eventually got moved up stairs and was told it was an upgrade, same apartment 4 floors higher is hardly an upgrade.

Great apartments , very comfortable with good facilities.

Great staff , exceptionally clean. Basic but comfortable rooms . Good beds & shower. Good snack bar for drinks & food. Very friendly staff . Nice pool ( at Montebello ) Great views due to elevated position

very elevated position so alot of steps . Lift didn’t go to all floors..... would be a problem for older people or pushchairs

reasonably priced for a very short stay

the fridge didn’t work and no one got back to us, it is difficult to access by foot and the appliances were very dated/didn’t work

would of been better staying in the hotel over the road as spent most of our time there

nice balcony, nice powerful shower , clean ,fridge and microwave , great tv

nobody on reception ever , so had to go over to the hotel over the road, shop closed , so had to go all the way to the shop over the road in another hotel, freezing cold swimming pool that had nowhere to get refreshments so again had to use the pool and pool bar in the hotel over the road .

Apartment small and in need of modernisation. Some nights could not sleep until the music in the shopping centre stopped at 4am!

So pleased I ignored reviews, A little gem, fantastic views, lovely pool area, friendly staff

For the low price we paid I wasn't expecting much, but was really pleasantly surprised by apartment. The views from balcony were stunning, with patio table and chairs and a clothes horse, very handy. The pool area with plentiful sunbed's and umbrellas was lovely. Very peaceful and quiet during day. Hotel obviously getting renovated as walls have had a recent white paint job and comfy beds, bedding, tv, kettle and toaster and other furnishings were brand new. Although we didn't cook, facilities in kitchen area were ample, everything you would need to make simple meals. Lots of English channels on smart tv. All the staff we met very friendly and helpful. Good location (if you don't mind the hike) central for either the Mogan mall\strip,beach downhill or Europa Centre uphill. Would definitely recommend and would return if we had a hire car.

Up a very steep hill but isn't most of Puerto Rico. White goods in kitchen dated but assuming next to be changed. You could hear music from the strip at night but that's expected and was not too bad, experienced worse.

The room we booked was really bad instead we've got the room in Servatur Montebello

The hotel is really old and need renovation. It's not look like at the picture - much worse. In room we had broken lock to the bathroom - part of it just stayed in my hands, broken door to balcony - so everyone could easily come in, broken door of fridge so we couldn't close it and 2 holes in walls. I asked about upper floor - we've got the parter. When we ask for change - there were no rooms prepared- so we had to go to another hotel across the street. The hotel is situated on the high - you need to go a million steps up to get there or get the taxi

had a nice view holiday and views were lovely nice bar resturant accross the road which we used as

views were lovely staff nice and friendly rooms need an upgrade especially shower sealant needs replaced looks dirty. bed clothes ie blankets and pillow needs upgrading and more pillows. No toaster which would have been nice. No freezer for ice doesnt keep. Otherwise had a nice holiday.

Good location needs a deep clean!

Location close to amenities and the bus station

Room could have been cleaner. Sheets were never changed. Cleaned every other day with been self catering the bin Filled up quickly. Also very noisy! Staff talking loud at 8am along with residents chatting till 3am
