Toplik je do sada najbolje mjesto gdje smo boravili, blizu starog grada Baščaršije i nekoliko minuta tramvajem do šoping centra.

Short walk to the tourist attractions, and overall great hotel.

Great location, Comfortable bed, and friendly staff. They sent me text message in advance with clear instructions on how to find the location. Overall the staff made my trip very easy.

No negatives. Just make sure when unlocking the entrance door to the building late at night (it locks automatically). You must scan your card and turn the device itself to unlock the door… I struggled for a while but that was my fault.

Awesome

Everything was great. The host helped us a lot. He texted me a few times before check-in (even if I didn't see the messages because my phone was off) that was great. The guest house was very clean and new. Also location was close to Bascarsija. It is a good option if you are travelling with your family.

Great location, new and clean room and bathroom, easy communication with the host. The underground garage is very close by.

Spacious. Close to the city center. Self checkin and staff support were good.

Bad smells from the bathroom (possibly from a flooded sewer due to heavy rains the days before). Water boiler and fridge, but no cups or utensils.

Disappointing

Location and that's it. I felt tricked by images and reality. The apartment is much smaller and I stayed in winter times so the fact that there are no carpets was horrible since Sarajevo can be so cold and this house is old so it will be more cold than usual due to bigger outside walls. I just didn't like any of it. Maybe in summer times it would not feel so bad. There is air conditioning available but still not a place to stay in winter times. Bathroom will be so cold if you don't place a small heater inside.

They use the same card key for all the rooms so definitely not a place to stay if you are carrying valuables or more cash. Owner is not there nearby or receptionist so you need to keep calling and get things done yourself which is not normal. I am not staying with a relative, even so I would get more help.

Perfect location, right next to Bascarsija. Many historical and cultural atractions are close by.Very clean, spacious room. It doesn't have parking, but there is a garage 200m from the apartment, 5 eur is a daily ticket.The owner was very helpfull.He was out of the country at the time of our stay, but still had an answer to all our guestion.

Good experience!

Good position near the old city hall. Perfect service, all kinds of questions you can ask host and you will get a detailed reply. There is also store nearby and you can buy almost everything.

Maybe the offer of shampoo will be better.

Amazing place for staying in Sarajevo

Wonderful place in a great neighborhood. Room was super comfortable and I fell in love with the colorful bathroom tiles. Communication with the manager was very easy. Perfect stay!

- Location of the apartment is great. Close distance to old part of town - smooth checkin - quiet area - Quick reaction and very friendly staff

- parking is not included in the rate, however, staff was very helpful in finding options - spartan decoration (no pictures, ...)
