We loved our stay at this East Vail townhome. The layout is great! It was just 2 of us, but a bigger family would have lots of space, storage and privacy! The furniture and beds were super comfortable. The kitchen was stocked for gourmet dining! loved the Wolf stove! Outside was quiet and private! Loved being on the river! I could walk to the Gore Creek trail from the house. We will definitely want to come back in the future! ALSO.. The property management was very attentive and checked in on us frequently!

We always enjoy 4289 Nugget Lane. It’s so nice to sleep in, not worry about traffic and walk just a few hundred yards to the bus. We didn’t get out on the mountain until around noon today and still hit 19,000 vertical feet in the afternoon. Hot tub and fireplace is amazing and the house is so cozy.

We stayed for a week-long family ski trip (5 adults). Overall, the stay was wonderful. Great location, 8 minutes from Gondola One, and consistent free bus routes to and from the mountains. The home is exactly as described. My only criticism, and the reason for a 4 out of 5 overall rating, is the bedding. This is a super nice, high end, gorgeous townhome. everything was decked out other than the bedding. The mattresses were quite uncomfortable in all rooms, and the pillows were the worst, like cardboard. I actually slept on the couch for several nights as it was far more comfortable than the beds. I do hope the host/owner realizes that I share this with earnest hopes that they make improvements because this home was far too nice not to have decent sleeping accommodations. I would stay again in a heartbeat if they could get a simple $600 Sleep Science or Casper mattress and some hotel-quality pillows.
I will say that the property manager was great, timely, responsive, and far better than many other places. So 5/5 to them!

Loved the house and the location. Great spot right on the river.

We pulled into the quiet neighborhood of tree lined streets around 9:00 p.m. and walked right in. Cozy, room to spread out and made ourselves at home for the next 6 days. Prime Time stay as we booked Dec. 26- Jan. 1st $$$$. I read all of the reviews before reserving this. The Hot Tub Jets still were not working as posted in past reviews. We cleared the hard snow that seemed to have been sitting for sometime to use it. Lots of reviews about how hot the upstairs was uncomfortably warm. This stuck with me as we arrived and was pleased we did not find this true for our stay. We left the thermostat alone and did not open windows. Wished there was a ceiling fan in the room but did have a humidifier as that time of year is dry and it was helpful.
Nice fully equipped kitchen.
Minor Note for Owner: Kitchen sink faucet should be replaced as there is a hole in the pullout sprayer hose.
Since we had a vehicle we drove to Vail and Beaver Creek with all our gear and paid the parking fee.

This is the 3-4 time we have been back. Each time, it is perfectly set up for our group. 3 couples fit perfectly. Plenty of room to spread out. Heated parking spaces means no shoveling when you get hit with a foot of new powder. Hot tub is always fun after a long day on the slopes and only 3 minute walk to the bus stop where you can go straight to the slopes.
Will be coming back for more. 10/10!

Super quick weekend get away. Would love to come stay at this property when we have a few more days to enjoy the beauty.

We come to Vail a lot. We prefer East Vail. This is our favorite location in East Vail. It is quiet, beautiful and on the creek. We love walking to Bighorn Park every night to pet dogs. The kitchen is well stocked. We loved our stay. We would rent for longer periods if they allowed pets.

Great house
The house is lovely. High end finishes, great location. The hot tub and being by the river were highlights of our stay.

The property was beautiful! We slept with the windows open all night. The hot tub and creek was the highlight of the weekend. The house was spacious and fully stocked. My only complaint would be there was a noise that sounded like a vibrating alarm that kept waking up the light sleepers in the house every night.
Traveler tip - the bus to vail is across the street on spruce way, make sure to scan the tracker to track the buses.

Fantastic property- great location
This is a great property, close access to the Vail shuttle. Additionally, only 15 minutes to Copper Mountain, for those skiing there. Takes the same amount of time as the shuttle. All amenities, included heated floors, makes this place a dream!

The unit was excellent for our weekend corporate team-building outing. There are multiple areas for gathering as well as several private spaces. Convenient private parking at the front door, beautiful kitchen with every appliance, utensil, and dinnerware required to prepare multi-course meals. Amenities include indoor and outdoor dining areas, gas barbecue, clean hot tub, outdoor gas fire pit, private steps to a creek side patio, indoor gas fireplace, small office setup with printer, Sonos sound system, and laundry. Easy access from I-70 highway and secluded enough to block traffic noise.

Beautiful Place
We had a great time at Nugget Lane. Fully-stocked and the creek sound and view is top notch here. Very convenient to hiking and downtown Vail. Plenty of room for our 3 older teenage boys downstairs and we stayed upstairs. It was great! Wouldn't change a thing.

We love East Vail and have rented other properties in the same neighborhood. We rented this property because we wanted to switch things up as well as try a house on the river.
The house is exactly as pictured. It seems to be a more mature home but has high quality finishings and has been meticulously maintained.
The kitchen was even larger than pictured, well equipped, and inspired me to cook a few times. The two living spaces were nice and comfortable. The third floor master was a bit warm, but fans were provided throughout the house and worked well.
It was a pleasure being by the river. The hot tub is great and there are little chairs right by the water. Lovely spot.
The house had a minor maintenance issue during our stay; a low humming emanating from the back left of the house. We called the management company during our stay and also sent a detailed email following our stay so that they are aware of the issue and can resolve for future guests. The issue was not resolved during our stay and we did not receive a response to our phone call or email, which was disappointing.
The combined use of iTrip and VRBO to manage the reservation caused us some last minute confusion. A few days before our scheduled arrival our reservation disappeared in VRBO leading me to believe that our reservation had somehow been canceled. This caused a lot of last minute and unneeded panic right before our vacation.

After a lengthy search on VRBO, we were glad we held out for the right one to become available because this was definitely the right one. The views of Gore Creek were amazing and the pictures of the property and all the upgrades were spot on. We did have a few issues come up but the iTrip team got them resolved quickly. Can't wait to come back

Great ski condo
Great house for family of four with two adult/college age sons!! Kitchen well stocked and wonderful to cook meals in!! Beds comfy, hot tub was hot, gas grill a plus!! Location was good if you are OK driving in to ski. We didn’t mind, and Uber was always an option. Bus stop was not too far, though we never used that option. Comfortably can accommodate 6 adults with plenty of space for everyone to spread out!!

This house was perfect for a girls get away. The hot tub was so relaxing, looking over the creek. The house was beautiful. Might just recommend more towels, but otherwise the place was perfect. Would go back again.

Outstanding stay!
I have been coming to Vail for almost 40 years and have stayed in many places over the years. The condo on Nugget Lane is among one of my favorites. It is beautifully located along the creek and is spacious enough for our family of four to spread out. Our children enjoyed staying on the bottom floor, and my husband and I enjoyed the fully stocked kitchen. This is nothing this condo doesn't have! Additionally, we are used to sleeping with fans and we were delighted to see fans in each bedroom. I also love that it is located in East Vail, where I spent many of my younger years. I hope our stay was only the first of many to come.

Iconic Vail Luxury Mountain Cabin - River Access
The luxury home on Gore Creek was one of the best rentals I've ever booked. Not only is the home enormous with tons of comfortable sleeping space, but the back yard also offers private access to Vail's Gore Creek, a spacious hot tub, a beautiful outdoor gas firepit. We love cooking on vacation trips and the home included a Wolf stovetop and incredible appliances, breakfast bar, and counters.
10/5 stars.

Nugget Lane, East Vail
We recently stayed 4 nights in this lovely, up to date condo. The location was excellent, the roaring Gore creek right off the back deck, the wooded lot, and beautiful neighborhood made for a relaxing experience.
The property manager was quite thorough with instructions, including a report out on the extensive cleaning between guests. That's very comforting in this time of COVID-19.
We will definitely return to the property in the near future.

iTrip Vail House, great experience
We had a great time staying in this property for a ski weekend with three couples! Everything was great from the easy booking to check-in/check-out, to location and definitely the accommodations. We rented cars and the drive to Vail village wasn't bad at all. We had an issue with the hot tub not working one night and called the phone number provided. We ended up figuring out the problem that night. They called back early the next morning and still sent someone to come take a look. iTrip was great to work with. We would definitely come back.

Awesome stay!
Our stay in this property on nugget Lane was amazing! The house was absolutely beautiful, it had everything we needed and more, and it was extremely clean upon arrival! Thank you for such a comfortable stay in Vail. We will definitely be back and would most definitely stay with you again.

We loved it and hope to come back again!!!
From the reservation process to the day we checking out, everything was taking care of. The condo was spotless, other than the outdoor sitting areas and the patio windows, which we took time to clean. All the essentials were there and because of that, we were able to relax and enjoy the gorgeous setting along the river. Although a bit farther away from Vail village than we realized, we really enjoyed the setting and highly recommend this property.

Really enjoyed the time we stayed at Nugget Lane. Great place to spend time with the family.

Celebration in Bail
Wonderful property on Gore creek. It was the perfect home for 5 adults. The home even had a Sonos play 5 speaker. Wow! What a nice surprise. 1st class through and through. We enjoyed the lower patio with the fire pit and hot tub. The area down from the patio should be cleaned up. There were many cigarette butts. I imagine from winter guests smoking in the hot tub and throwing butts into the snow. The upstairs Master area was very warm, even at night. The fan the property manager delivered, was appreciated. We would definitely rent this property again.

Fabulous East Vail Summer home
A townhouse, feels like a single family home. Absolutely first class and furnished the way you would with a big budget. Start in the kitchen with a Wolfe gas range, new Calphalon cookware, and all the spatulas have wooden handles, and you get the idea of the overall class of the unit. Walk in level has the large kitchen, dining room, family room W/gas fireplace and office area plus a deck with table/chairs and gas grill. Lower level has 2 bedrooms, full bath, tv room with gas fireplace, laundry room and walkout patio with hot tub and gas fire pit and chairs. Upstairs has the master suite with tv lounge area. Deck and patio both look down onto Gore Creek. In a residential neighborhood, quiet, classy, lots of flowers on morning or evening walks. 200 yards to the free Vail bus line into the Village. WiFi & cable. Treat yourself.
