Ganz gut mit Verbesserungspotential

Das Guesthouse ist sehr gepflegt und hat bequeme Betten aber Leider keine bequemen Kopfkissen. Ansonsten fehlt es an Nichts. Würde Wiederkommen.

Leider hatte ich Pech mit meinen Zimmer Nachbarn, Rücksicht war für diese ein Fremdwort.

Great Guesthouse with great staff and cool fan rooms

The lady in reception is very pleasant and great knowledgeable. She helps with scooter rental, tickets. My corner room was cool and AC not needed. Hot water shower and greatbwater pressure. Lots of places to hang clothes, large table with lower part to store backpack. Couple trays beside power outlet to charge phones etc. I liked it i extended a few more days.

The comment of being noisey i did not feel it too much in my 6 days here. As it's ooden building, long day at island touring and beaches i slept perfectly.

Good place to stay!

Good place to stay, the room was comfortable and clean. Close to the beach and restaurants but still quiet. Staff was friendly and helpful!

They don’t supply drinking water, coffee. No soap in the bathroom.

Wände wie Papier

Die Frau am Empfang war aufgeschlossen und konnte viel über die Insel auf Englisch erklären.es gab einen Außenbereich/ Veranda und unten im Foyer Platz mit einer Hängematte.. es war nicht gemütlich, aber immerhin eine Alternative zum Zimmer. Wasserkocher kann unten im Eingangsbereich mitbenutzt werden.

Das Haus ansich hatte Flair, aber die Sitzbereiche leider nicht. Ich denke der Besitzer ist sehr Geräusch empfindlich, aber dann hätte er kein Haus aus Papier bauen sollen. Die Wände sind so dünn. Man hört jedes Geräusch !! Ich hatte es zuerst nicht geglaubt, als ich die Rezessionen gelesen habe, doch es ist wahr. Ich würde nicht mehr dort hin gehen. Bin nicht empfindlich, aber das ist zu viel!! Dusche hat kaum Wasserdruck

Вполне достойное жилье на острове

Очень приятные люди на ресепшн, помощь во всем. Чисто, горячая вода. Иногда отключают электричество, но тут же включают обратно. Стены тонкие, но все понимают, стараются не шуметь. Много розеток.

Вай фай слабый, конечно Можно добавить чайник на второй этаж Нет даже общего холодильника.

Aceptable!

Me encantó el precio $12 por habitación doble con baño. Incluía toallas. La localización está bien en una zona más tranquila que la calle principal. Las fotos no le hacen justicia (deberían hacer nuevas). La recepción genial, me ayudó mucho la chica.

Hay bastantes perros por la zona y las dos noches me despertaron peleándose y con sus ladridos. Ya había leído en los comentarios que las habitaciones eran oscuras y es verdad. Ademas de que las paredes son finas y todo se oye, lo corroboro. Las vistas son bastantes feas pero mi objetivo tampoco fue pasar mi estancia mirando por la ventana, así que fue muy practico.

Brilliant location and great stay, but get what you pay for. Multiple power cuts.

Location was brilliant, close to main strip but far enough away to be quite. Staff were very friendly and approachable. Nice setup with hammocks everywhere and laundry service was good. Good value for money.

Multiple power cuts a day, some to the whole area, but also seemed to be some just to this location. Wifi was poor and obviously drops off when power cut as well. Pillows were very hard. Overall a nice stay and the above didnt ruin our experience, and you get what you pay for, good value.

Great stay, budget friendly. Good value for the price.

The staff was really nice and helpful! We were only supposed to stay for two nights, but extended to stay for three more nights. The location of the Hotel is great, close to many good restaurants and only a 3 min walk to the nearest beach. The fan in the room was really good, so it wasn’t a problem not having an AC.

The room was a bit dark. The walls were unfortunately really thin so we were a bit bothered with the sounds from other rooms, construction outside and the neighbors karaoke…

L’établissement est propre et très beau, Le personnel est vraiment adorable et très serviable. Le petit plus de cet hôtel est l’eau chaude et les lits sont confortables Il fait parfois très chaud même avec le ventilateur et les chambres ne sont pas bien isolées, nous pouvions entendre la conversation de nos voisins.

I would rate my experience 9/10. I highly recommend the guest house on Rong Island for a relaxing and enjoyable stay

I stayed at the guest house on Rong Island and had a wonderful time. The wooden house had a shared balcony on all floors, where I could enjoy the view and the breeze. The rooms were equipped with private bathrooms with warm water system, fans and beds with mosquito nets. I felt very comfortable and cozy in my room. The location of the guest house was perfect for me. It was quiet and natural, surrounded by many kinds of trees with fresh air. It was about 300 meters far from the crowd, up on the hill. It was a 5-minute walk or I could rent a motorbike to commute. I enjoyed the peaceful and natural atmosphere of the place. The guest house was also very clean and tidy. Everyone kept their shoes downstairs, so there was not much dirt in the property. Walking on barefoot, I could feel that it was clean. The staff also did a good job of maintaining the hygiene and tidiness of the rooms and common areas. The owner of the guest house was a middle-aged man, with a soft and clear voice. He was helpful, informative, polite and an English speaker as a second language. During my stay, he let me use his motorbike to commute to nearby locations, stores, or pick up my relative. He also gave helpful advice to guests in case they needed. He was very friendly and hospitable.

There were some minor drawbacks, but they did not affect my satisfaction. I could hear the party noise from the crowd and the beach, but it was not too loud or too long. The property was on a hill, which was challenging for elder, but I could rent a local to pick me up. The electricity went off sometimes, but it came back quickly. There was some dust and sand in the room, but it was acceptable. I could hear some sounds from other rooms, but they were not a big deal.

Lovely owner, and nice hammocks on the shared balcony

The beds were dirty. I had a lizard and a cockroach run in my bad at night. Also theres a construction site right next to the venue, so if you want to sleep late, this is not the place for you.

Amazing stay in this hotel, the owner was amazing, The rooms were big with a window and a big balcony. The room is clean, comfy bed and bathroom come with hot water. We like that it's a really quiet place and near everything. We will be back for sure.

It would have been amazing if we could pay by card online. 😁

Very good

Located very close to Koh Toch man pier, only about a 5 mins walk up a little hill. Close to restaurants, convenience stores and a nice beach only a stroll away. Beds comfy with mosquito nets although we didn't have very many mosquitos in the room anyway. Overall pretty good value for money.

It's really hot as the fans are quite far away from the beds so makes for a bit of a sweaty night. Shower water pressure is a little cool and a little weak but adequate.

The owner is very polite and kind. The room was clean and the bed linen fresh. The price is not high, that makes this guesthouse the best option. I definitely liked the place and will stay there again when I visit Koh Rong one more time

Would love to visit psk again!

Great place to stay - you can enjoy both - privacy, other guests' company if you like, and furry(very pleasant and well-behaving!)cats. It's close to the piers, restaurants, and pubs, but at the same time at the back of it so you won't be disturbed by noises from the outside. Also a work space with a good wifi.

Walls are thin, so you may have a questionable pleasure of hearing your neighbors in the morning (if you know what I mean 😏)

Nice chilled place just off the beach

Really chilled place just a minutes walk from the main beach. Hammocks and cats all around the place which was nice. Good place to meet people. The rooms were comfortable with hot shower.

The walls weren't soundproofed so you could hear the guests in the other rooms and out on the balcony making it difficult to sleep

Great guesthouse option when staying in Koh Rong, just a short walk from the port and Main Street. Staff were very nice and helpful. Room was okay and what we expected for reasonable price

Friendly staff, central location.

I accidentally booked the wrong date for check in and arrived the following day. The owner accommodated us with a bigger room than we booked for the same price and waived the cancellation fee for the night before even though I was at fault. Very friendly owner, clean spacious and peaceful place. Great value for the money.. just seconds from the beach and very central to restaurants, but tucked away just enough to feel at peace. I’d definitely stay here again.

Nice stay at PSK

- Good location - Room was clean (but not cleaned for the duration of our stay) - Smiley staff - The room didn’t get hot so aircon wasn’t needed and the fan was powerful enough - Comfortable bed (pillows could be better)

- Very loud, just like the other reviews say, so much so you can hear guests next door having low level conversation and using the bathroom. It wakes you up early or keeps you up at night. Bring earplugs! Better soundproofing would help - WiFi didn’t reach our room but luckily 4G connection with SMART was good enough - No shower gel - No bottled water - Poor lighting in room - could do with some lamps or stronger lightbulbs - We were given a small blanket to share for two people. They should give one to each guest. They kindly provided another when we asked - Shower was inconsistent with heat, most days lukewarm/cold

The property was only up the road from the beach which made it accessible to all of the main amenities. The rooms were comfortable, albeit a bit rustic.

During my stay, there was on going refurbishment on the ground floor of the property, which was not noted prior to when I arrived. The Wi-Fi was extremely weak as well.
