Ein gutes Hotel in Nancy mit sehr freundlichem Personal!

Das Frühstück war sehr abwechslungsreich und wir waren zufrieden. Die Zimmerreinigung war sehr pünktlich und sehr umfangreich und sauber. Die Rezeption war sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Wir konnten uns sehr gut in Englisch verständigen!

Leider wurde die Straße vor dem Hotel erneuert und so war das Parken recht umständlich. Aber das lag ja nicht am Hotel, sondern am Zeitpunkt unserer Reise. Geholfen hat uns hier das Parkhaus des Hotels.

For what we paid, it was great value for money and a good stop off on our way to Italy

Good location, comfy bed and big room. friendly receptionist comfy bed

Advertised as having air con but was not turned on at this time of year. Lift had a very unpleasant smell.

Great place to stay when exploring Nancy.

Friendly staff, easy to find , good breakfast and we nice walk to town center

No fan in bathroom and creaky floors from room above.

Perfect location

Hotel Residence Nancy- we recently spent a very pleasant night in this hotel which is perfectly situated for the short walk in to the centre of Nancy with it’s bustling squares and beautiful architecture. The hotel is basic but the room is modern and very clean and tidy with a comfortable bed. It represents excellent value for money with payable on street parking directly outside- if you can find a space. Good wifi available and friendly staff with advice available.

Ok for one night stay but probably wouldn’t return

Location was good for the town. Only spent one night but very central for the station. Secure parking one block away for €9 which was good.

I’d looked for breakfast included in price but for some reason after checking the way through we had to pay for breakfast. €10 each which I think was expensive as not much choice. Rooms looked lovely on website and had obviously been recently renovated. Unfortunately our room (41) was quite shabby!

Very good

Very helpful and friendly staff. Spacious room. Good location also, it's a bit further to walk to the city centre, but we actually prefer this over staying right in the busy centre.

Ok but not amazing

Good and easy check in even we arrived when the hotel has closed already, room was clean.

The bed was very small (1.40 max), and there was a auper annoying something (maybe animal) in the roof so that it was really hard to sleep. Floor is in carpet what i personally dont like.

Not suitable for people with reduced mobility or for families with babies because to get to the hotel reception it is necessary to climb stairs.

All we have been looking for the stay was good sleep, unfortunately we did not get that.

The room we have got was a family room, we stayed as a couple. Not sure why as it must seem like they ran out of the rooms we have initially booked(comfort double room) and provided us with a family room.

The ceiling was so loud! we could hear everything what has been happening from above us and with every small step of the guest from upstairs the ceiling would squeak badly, which did not let us fall asleep and woke us up in the morning.

The renovated bits are nice and the breakfast.

Some parts are renovated but not everything. There were no curtains so the room was lit by streetlights all night. Bed was pretty uncomfortable. Did not sleep at all. TV is tiny, far up on the wall and volume restricted - can barely hear what’s on. Walk to city center is about 20 mins. The ‘hotel parking’ is about 300 m away and costs € 9/night. Road parking is cheaper and closer.

It is conveniently located near the tram which takes you to the city center and central train station. Staff is super helpful.

It is located in a old building which has been renovated, therefore, you can hear a lot o noise coming from the other rooms, even when people just walk. Rooms are not super big, so good for a short stay. As the hotel is located on a street where there is the tram line, it is a bit difficult to stop near the hotel, if you come by car. The parking is not at the same building (located in a street nearby) and you need to get the keys from the reception. Can be a bit tricky if you have plenty of luggage.

i was thirsty and I had no water in my room which costs me more than 70 euro the night. a bottle of water is worth 1 eur

at this price you do expect at least a bottle of water in the room. while those french hotel always look for saving the service provided become miserable and not worth the price.

Small room, old hotel, good location

The hotel is located good but quiet and is very well reachable by car. The hotel also tried to minimize the noise coming in from the street.

It was very cozy and clean, just a short walk from downtown Nancy. The room had everything we needed. Great for a short stay.
