" ATTENTION RENTERS" "Barefoot in Bethany is a pet friendly beach house! Just 4 Blocks to the beach!! Bedrooms remodeled. New mattresses and box springs, and quilts. Freshly Painted. New Flooring. 4 Bedrooms, 3/1/2 Bath. All bedrooms and family room have smart TV's, guest can stream any streaming service. Come relax in your home away from home. 2 Master Bedrooms. Both Masters have Private Bathrooms. We also provide plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, and sand toys for the beach. We also have a beach cart to make it easy to transport everything to and from the beach. Fully Stocked Kitchen. OXO-Tea Kettle, Keurig Coffee Maker. For your safety, the home is protected by a Ring Doorbell located outside on the right side of the front door. A Ring stick up camera is located outside the backdoor. on the left-hand side. A Ring stick up camera covering the back deck is located outside above the French doors on the deck.

This property is walking distance to a public access beach. All beach needs are provided…chairs, toys, boogie boards and the means to get it to the beach! Restaurants, miniature golf and ice cream are a very short walk. Great location!! They have everything to meet your needs!!

We had a wonderful stay. The house was clean and had everything we needed and was a short walk to the beach. There was a wagon and numerous beach toys that were put to use and Lea was a very responsive host.

Never have enough time to do all the things we want to do and this house had games and so much to offer. Great beach days.. but we did manage a round of mini golf.. I didn’t win this year but there is always next year. 😊

Townhouse was close to restaurants and Bethany Beach. Kitchen was well stocked with plates, cups, pots, pans, etc. Beds were not the comfiest, but otherwise a good stay!

Lea’s apartment is spacious and spotless, located in a quiet residential area across the highway from the beach. We stayed for a week during the 7/4 week. There is plenty of space for 7 adults and one baby. The kitchen is well stocked. We appreciated all the beach stuff available for our use. Lea was super responsive and provided good information on the local grocery stores, restaurants, etc. It was a memorable week staying at Lea’s apartment. Thanks for all.

I stayed here with my Girl Scout troop for 4 nights and it was a nice place with plenty of space for the 8 of us. It was myself, my co-leader and 6 teenage girls. The walk to the beach wasn’t terrible and it was about a 15 minute walk to the boardwalk/shopping. Could use a few updates on kitchen supplies but was well stocked and clean. We loved all the beach supplies including a cart and chairs! Communication with the host was excellent! We would recommend this to families or smaller groups.

This property is awesome! The photos do not show truly how large the rooms are! Perfect layout for my husband and me and 2 of our daughters with their families. The hostess was very caring and quick to respond to messages. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

This property was great for a family reunion. Allowed us to stay within a 20 minute walk the beach for those beach lovers and the same distance to shopping for those that were not. Restaurants and mini golf just across the street. Kitchen was pretty well equipped for cooking and there are extra folding tables and chairs in addition to the dining table for large family meals, if that's your thing.

Was surprised on arrival to find we were supposed to bring linens. Reviewed all info but never found that detail. Property layout was terrific and proximity to beach and retail was amazing. As was noted in other ratings, cleaning was not up to expectations. I washed rugs and cleaned walls. Property had some wear and tear- owner was very responsive (malfunctioning deck umbrella was replaced quickly). Beach equipment was awesome as was grill. Beds were NOT comfy, but overall, very positive experience.

We had a wonderful time staying at this lovely townhouse in Bethany Beach in the neighborhood of Bethany Shores. We love the location, as we walked to the beach into town just about every day! We especially loved being able to bring our small, 10 lb dog (Bichonpoo).

Lea’s townhome was perfect for a long weekend at Bethany Beach with family. The home is a short easy walk to the beach and within walking distance to many local attractions and a CVS. The neighborhood is safe and has ample parking. We had everything we needed (kitchen supplies, beach umbrellas, chairs, beach toys for kids, and a sturdy wagon to carry it all in). Lea was wonderful to communicate with and quickly replied to my messages. Would highly recommend!

We loved our stay and couldn’t have asked for more. My kids loved having their own rooms and really enjoyed the common areas lime the main floor living room and the deck. We didn’t know what to expect going a little earlier in the spring but it was perfect. It was exactly what we all needed to recharge! And our host made the process of checking in a no brainer and provided very clear communications about everything we needed to know to make our stay super comfortable. Thank you so much!

Good size townhouse that allows dogs. Owner seemed nice and messaged often. House seemed a bit neglected (sticky cabinets, scuffed walls, peeling paint, insects on first floor) and bathrooms not clean. Note, there are 3 exterior cameras, 2 in front and one on the deck. Upstairs bedrooms were nice. First floor master was tight for 2 people, small with a full size bed. Walkable location if you visit with people in sea colony. Short drive to the boardwalk in Bethany.

The townhome was perfect for us. My parents (grandparents) could stay downstairs and have their own quiet spot and my husband and I in one room on top, third floor and 3 kids in other two rooms. Everyone could enjoy their own sleep schedule with the middle floor being the common ground. I left an expensive hair dryer their and Jack made the effort to get it and bring to a friends close to us! All around great experience!

We loved this house. It was very spacious, clean, and comfortable and had everything we needed. We appreciated all the thoughtful touches, especially the beach chairs. Some of us worked for part of the time while were there, and the wifi was excellent. The location was great, too -- so close to everything. We enjoyed walking to the beach and even walked to the boardwalk (about a mile) a few times. The owner was very helpful and welcoming. Can't say enough good things about this place!

Our host, Jack, was very helpful with information about the house and the surrounding area. The house is cozy , clean and family friendly (beach toys provided). The beach is an easy walk, and the house provided chairs and umbrellas as well as carts and wagons to transport everything. The house is an easy walk to restaurants and shopping. Overall a pleasant stay!

The house is spacious and clean, the kitchen has all you may need. Providing the paper stuff (paper towels, bathroom tissue) would be a nice addition. There are a lot of beach accessories in the house. Location is good, close to the restaurants, stores. It is also close to the beach, like four blocks away, but you have to cross a four lane highway on the way to it. Jack stayed in touch and was helpful through the whole stay. Recommend it for a large family/company

Located on the main highway, quick and easy drive to the beach. Plenty of room for the 7 of us, loved the fact that beach chairs were available which saved us from lugging them from home. Perfect location- close to beach, restaurants, and activities. Perfect for our family- we had 3 families stay- one with 3 small children, and we all had a blast and were very comfortable. Having all of the beach supplies in the house already was very helpful and convenient for us (chairs, umbrella, beach cart). Jack was very responsive and helpful through the whole process- highly recommend!

Jack was an amazing host and was very responsive to my questions. Check in was incredibly simple and the house was very cozy and well suited for 7 of us. Only gripe I had was the light switch in the 3rd story master bath was very finicky and lights shut off while in the shower. Besides that, everything was great and I’m glad I picked this spot for our location. Would definitely return in the future. Thank you Jack!

This property was within walking distance to the beach. We were able to view the July 4th fireworks from the parking lot of the neighborhood. The house was spacious enough to accommodate six adults and two children comfortably. We enjoyed the outdoor deck.
