Location near, but not in Pana. Staff were great and the included breakfast was very good. views wonderful and extras included like kayak.
Sometimes no hot water at night. bugs in the bathroom, bur not too bad for a tropical location.

Everything! Excellent breakfast, wonderfully warm workers. Always greeted with a smile. They email you information to get around that proves invaluable. Accommodations were clean and huge.
Hot water was not plentiful. It was chilly there in June, so we really would have enjoyed lasting hot water.

I liked the pool and the private lakeside access.
I did not like that there was no dinner service. I absolutely did not like that there was no complimentary water considering there was no dining service or vending machines. Other less expensive hotels all offer water. This was really unacceptable. We did not know this and did not have water one night. Aweful.

The grounds are beautifully kept and impeccable. Lots of beautiful trees, flowers and shade. The service was excellent. Especially Armando, at the front desk answered all our questions, suggested places to visit, called the moto taxi/tuk-tuk for us. The breakfast was excellent too and very nicely served. The staff was very professional. If you hire a private boat, they come pick you up at the lakeside at the hotel grounds. There’s birds singing all day long. There were only a few guests at the time we were there, so we were able to have early check-in. The double garden room is small, but nice. If you want the garden to be private ask for a room NOT across from the reception. Overall a very nice stay. Very relaxing. Make sure you get the snacks you want in town and bring them with you.
It was very lonely at night. There was no activity at all. Felt a little isolated. Would suggest the hotel to have some snacks for sale. Our room’s garden wasn’t private. If we opened our curtains they could see us from the reception

The staff was amazing! Before we arrived I received all the logistics via WhatsApp from Armando. Emmanuel took good care of us for the majority of our stay, ordering Tuk-Tuks, giving Lake Atitlan tour logistics, etc. He even help my friend find her phone. The breakfast was tasty and even though the hotel wasn't exactly in center of Panajachel, we were in a relaxing tropical paradise.
Wi-Fi non existent. Mattresses were too soft.

Good size room with outside area, comfortable beds, tv with a few English channels, good shower. The pool was fantastic and the surrounding area as well. Beautiful for sunset! Nice breakfast. It was such a treat for us to stay here (discounted price so it was doable)! Close to the reserve (butterfly garden, hiking trail and ziplining), few minutes walk. Walk into town was about 10min. Tuktuk about 15Q each.
No wifi in the room, onsite restaurant was closed so we had to order in or go into town. There's a shared entrance with the room next door and it can get a bit noisy.

Everything was great!

The pool was great and fantastic location near Nature Reserve
Had to pay extra to use the jacuzzi and sauna. They cancelled my sauna appointment due to rain, which is strange because it’s in a rainforest.
Was allergic to something in the rooms. Maybe mold- it was difficult for me to breathe indoors.
Dinner was not available. Breakfast had one option and you were not allowed to eat it at the tables in the more scenic part of the property.
The wifi does not work in the rooms so people should not rely on working from here.

The staff is amazing very helpful, I was alone with my daughter 3 years old and anything I asked the staff helped or answered my questions! The rooms are super clean and super comfy. No internet in the rooms but it feels good sometimes! A lot of international channels on tv tho!
The view is amazing and the breakfast was good. I recommend this place 100% . Also I am going to be back there for sure !!
I am trying to think what could have been better during my stay but I really don’t have anything coming up .

I loved the place very calming and relaxing staff was available at all times. Did some kayaking for the first time it was free with stay. Loved the view in the morning while having breakfast.
The entrance needs to be better paved or cemented under car hits if you have a low car or should I say economy car.
