Sehr angenehmes Appartement

Das Appartement ist nicht gross aber funktional. Alles, was man bei dem Aufenthalt benötigt, war da. Wir waren eine Woche in dem Appartement und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Umgebung ist sicher und es sind mehrere U Bahn Haltestellen in der Nähe. Sowohl Einkaufsmöglichkeiten als auch Cafes und Restos sind ganz in der Nähe. Richtig gekocht haben wir nicht, aber für etwas warm machen und Kaffee war es ausgezeichnet. Kleines Balkon ist auch dabei, allerdings ohne Sitzmöglichkeit, da sehr klein.

ALMOST PERFECT AND VERY RECOMMENDBLE

My review is quiet late as we stayed here first of December. The property is clean which is very important. It has all what you need and as me and my husband worked in hotels we are really very observer in everything so i find this place better than what we expected. A very good stay for a reasonable price. The staff in the morning are nice, helpful and friendly, like Sophie, the other woman in the reception and the maintenance guy that also cleaned our apartment.Sorry i forgot your names .

There was an issue on the heater and water boiler for a day but it wasnt a big issue for us, Sophie got me a place to take a shower. They provided a portable heater for every room in case it wont work. We do understand that this things happens and its beyond their control but at least they try to inform us and gave us a solution. The night guy receptionist should gave more interest in dealing with the client and not making the client that we are bothering him. We do work in the hotel and we understand that night shift sucks but you should show enthusiasm at work everytime.

Great place to stay.

The ubication is great.

The hotel have a school in front, so it become almost impossiblent to open the windows due to the loudest of school. They dont change the bed sheets.

up to my high standards

I liked the welcoming staff, as we arrived 2 and a half hours early and we were able to use the room straight away as it was just cleaned. The reception offered to mind our luggage when we were leaving. Also the receptionist organised a taxi for us. Loved the views from the room and the quiet surroundings. We loved the balcony and the clean room.

We didn't like the breakfast room at the hotel, so we did not buy it, it looked that Hotel Pacific, that was adjacent to our apartment had a very small area for guests to have breakfast so we were glad we had ours at the kitchenette in our studio.

Exceptional

Absolutely loved the location, sounds of local children at school, close to shops, pubs, and a few restaurants. Only about quarter mile to Metro stations. Nice secure building. More local feel than touristy.

Although expected from previewing other reviews, the room, bathroom, and elevator are quite small.

The location was amazing. Very close to metro stations with three lines available. It was very clean. A lift is available. The bed was very comfortable. Strong WiFi. The kitchen net has everything you need. Cheerful staff. We had a wonderful time.

The staff were friendly and tried to help when our room wasn't ready on time.

The room wasn't ready so we had to wait and then pack up and move the next day.

A very good place for budget friendly stay with good transport communication.

The room meets our requirements. It was compact and enough equipped. 5 mins walk away from metro stations. It is a good property on the budget in a touristy city like Paris.

The charger adapter should have available in the room, as it is one of the first requirements for tourists or at least they can fit multiple USB ports. After requesting an adapter, they provided a few, but none of them were fitting with our charger. We are from India and here we use mostly type-C. So, I had to buy USB converter at a price of 35 Euro from a supermarket. So, I feel providing 2-3 inbuild USB ports in the room can resolve this issue. The washroom was okay but could have been a little bigger.

Nice, clean enough! Nice location! For that money in Paris hard to find better!

Small elevator, no chairs for the table. But nothing crucial, we were Outside from 10-23h every day.
