chambre avec lit double, confortable, draps propres, très calme

la peinture n'est pas finie, pas mal de bricolage, mais la douche est chaude; bien sur ce n'est pas un 3 etoiles mais le prix est tout à fait raisonable par rapport au service

Very dirty and smelling

You can easily walk from there to the Eiffel Tower, Luxembourg Garden, and other important points of Paris if you're willing to walk from 4 to 7 km.

This place is very bad. Dirty everywhere and so smelly. I had to pay an additional 70 euros to change my room to a less-smelling room because I'm allergic. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. It never gets cleaned, doors are hard to close, and everything is old. I wouldn't dare to walk in my room without shoes because the floor is so dirty. Disgusting. I had to clean some things in my room. Sometimes, the water coming from the faucet in the room is so hot that it burns.

The staff was very friendly. I enjoyed very much my stay. Also the location is perfect. Quiet street near station.

Very good option for budget stay

Very good value for money; good and quiet location, good communication - staff quickly responding for questions, fair access to public transport. You shouldn't expect more for such money.

Shared toilet - however it was clearly mentioned before arrival and there were no issues with access.

This felt more like an airbnb for a student than a 2 star rated hotel.

The size of the room

There was no toilet paper in the room. The 1 towel provided to us was so old and frail. Unbelievable for a 2 star rated hotel. Sincerely, the worst i've ever seen. We had arrived late so there was no one at the reception to quickly help us with any requests.

The Guy that was working there was extreme friendly, funny and helpful. Very nix expierience!

NOBODY ever cleaned the shower, there was dirt and mould everywhere. After the shower I felt the need to take a shower. If you looked to hard at the electric installations, it falled out the wall.

Little value for money, needs renovating.

Hotel is easy to find and in a quiet street. Reception was friendly. The wash basin in the room was clean. There are shops close by and Malakoff is a friendly suburb of Paris.

The room was cold when I arrived. The carpet was full of stains. The shower in the room is very old and needs to be replaced. There are no dark curtains. The bed is two matrasses on top of each other on the floor. The room was not clean and needs renovating: Carpet, wall paint, curtains, shower, bed. There was no desk, not even a small one. I've had much better rooms for 45 euros/night.

Very worse hotel

Nothing the worse hotel ever in my life.

I booked 1 month before my flight then at my first day I inform the receptionist that the shower is no warm only hot he said de will check but he didn't come to check. Then the last day i inform him to check cuz we need to take a shower and he told me that he knows that is not working and he said have nothing to do. How come he put us into that room that he knows already that the shower is not working? Vthe room is very dusty everywhere espy underneath the bed.

Great stay

Exceptional welcoming, Ryad is very friendly, and will give tips to visit Paris. Its location is perfect for business or leisure, near Porte d'Orléans, Cité Universitaire Internationale, Catacombes... Furthermore, this place is well desserved by public transportation. Rooms are functional and clean. Ryad will offer you a customized service... I strongly recommend this hotel. Rami
