it was very homely and welcoming. the parking outside our room was most welcome and the room was well appointed and very comfortable

Relaxing, let me in before 3 pm which was very handy given that it was a longish trip.

Breakfast set me up for my road trip on the way back. Room was good

Excellent breakfast,very good location and very warm welcome.

Bathroom door squeaky, hinges needed oiling. Hand towel rail was broken. Inside step in porchway had been stepped on with muddy shoes, probably due to rainy weather the previous day, and was quite mucky. We wiped it with toilet tissue. The rest of the room was spotlessly clean. Problem with cost due to booking.com. 2 guests requested, 1 guest on receipt. We therefore were charged extra 17.50.

Stayed for one night, was ideal for what we needed

The venue was an ideal location for our visit. The breakfast was excellent and the host was lovely, nothing was too much trouble.

A great stay in a great location.

A perfect location for dog and self. A beautiful 30 minute walk from the house to a beach.....10 minutes in car to the wonderful Pembrey Country Park. Spotless,self contained accomodation.What more could one ask? Oh, a great breakfast,,,eggs poached to perfection! We look forward to staying again!

Margaret was lovely , even though we arrived late she was there to welcome us and nothing was too much trouble. The accommodation was great for us and our 2 little dachshunds. Breakfast was amazing . Beautiful cooked breakfast, choice of cereals, yoghurt. Juice ,tea and coffee.Margaret made us feel very welcome and gave us lots of information about the local area beaches etc. we will definately book again in this wonderful accommodation.

Smooth and apparently effortless service.

The breakfast was superb and our dietary needs were accommodated without fuss - always a relief. The annexed rooms were perfect for our group and gave us privacy and independence. Our hostess was charming and helpful.

Dated furnishing and slightly awkward placing - but I am just searching for something to moan about now.

We met up with a number of interesting people and we would consider going back again.

we were in the annex which showed signs of aging but was cumfortable, and was serviced each day.

Speed freaks mid-week break at Pembrey raceway.

Easy to find as it is on the main road, but not noisy or hard to get into or out of due to traffic. Very substantial breakfast that set us up for a hard day of exercise and fresh air. Early start was requested and was happily accommodated. Our host was very friendly and wanted to make our stay effortless and enjoyable. Very many thanks, we will return next year!

Being uber picky; would like decaf tea/ coffee in our room (but maybe I should have asked for that when booking!).

Location and facilities excellent for our needs this weekend.

Cooked breakfast was excellent. It was great to have our own front door. Host was friendly and helpful.

Breakfast cereals could be fresher. Suggest stocking individual packs.
