朝食は素敵です。季節に合わせた、地元名物（狭山茶）を生かされているメニューがありました。忙しい日々の朝の気分改善には、とても良いのではと感心しました。

A different standard

One of a high end hotel with fine restaurants on the second floor, cafe on the first, plenty of space in the room. It is attached at the second level to a walkway to the station and also stores at that level (Family Mart next door.). Staff very professional, no muss, no fuss. Comfortable beds, nice desk space, all the expected amenities. Bathroom had ample space compared to a business hotel. Very nice and not overpriced.

超最高！！！

子供のアメニティも用意してくれて、追加で欲しいものを連絡したら丁寧に持ってきてくれた。受付も丁寧で、聞きたいこととかも的確に教えてくれて助かった。

Location and a great hotel for the price! You won’t be sorry.

The location was 5 minutes from the hotel. You walked out the door, turned left and were at the station in minutes. The Staff were nice and the hotel atmosphere felt way more upscale than the price would suggest.

My room was a bit small but, for a single, I have no complaints at all. I really have nothing negative to say.

Good hotel to stay in Omiya.

Good location; near train station, comfortable bed and pillow, very clean, all facilities in need, great view of the city, staff was so nice and helpful.

The bathroom toilets weren't clean (checked in three different rooms – all not clean)

The room was great and had a nice size for one person. The elevator was quick, but you often had to wait in line on it.

They completely failed in my opinion with cleaning the bathroom as there behind the toilet set and toilet was so much hair and dust that it was super nasty. I even told the receptionist and they didn't really seem to care much about it even though I told them out of kindness and not as a complaint. This is now my complaint as it didn't feel like a great experience and I'm still grossed out about the toilets. Also, we had booked three single bedrooms and all of them were pretty nasty in this area of the bathroom. Not acceptable!

Never again at this hotel.

The room size was ridiculously small. Room fees were too high for size of the room. Very poor value. Also, the breakfast hot buffet was cold.

Good but slightly uncomfortable.

The location is very nice and convenient. I especially like how they have a convenience store in the second floor.

The room was warm. No air conditioning and ventilation, me and my family where using any flat item to use as a fan.

large clean room. good location. omiya has lots to see. hotel is close enough to walk to busier spots and the train station, far away enough though not to be right is the centre of it

breakfast only from 7am, is a bit too late for business travel purposes.

A very comfortable hotel in a great location.

The location is excellent and the room was very comfortable. I only stayed one night, but I would happily stay longer on another trip. It's quite a fancy hotel, but was a reasonable price (at least when I booked it). The 12:00 checkout was particularly appreciated, as I could do some morning sightseeing before leaving.

Pleasant

The location was great!

I felt that the staff could have been more helpful at times. For example upon arrival and departure they saw me struggling with many bags and didn't offer to help even when the place wasn't busy.

It was great.

The breakfast was amazing and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

I didn't like that they didn't seem to have any packaged deals and they took forever to respond to my questions on booking.com

Great location, lacking value for a 4-star

Location was great, and the customer service on call on the messaging app was very prompt in their replies. Well done!

Breakfast was expensive for the food served - could have had more options for a 2,600 yen breakfast. Also, I don't eat pork, so I asked for an option to add an extra egg dish in replacement of the pork dish, but the staff said no. Again, little value for the breakfast. Hotel bar on the second floor was temporarily closed but this was not indicated clearly upon hotel booking. And the gym/pool facilities require an additional ticket payment of 550 yen. It's not part of the room package - again, not clearly stated prior to booking.
