Apart from wet weather we enjoyed the stay in the Shepherd’s hut & hope to return
Difficult to operate oven on cooker There is an instruction book but some simple instructions above cooker would be helpful. Microwave & hob are OK

Very enjoyable & looking forward to visiting next year
Good for visiting places of historical interest & watching the sheep farm activities from the spacious window
We found the electric oven difficult to fathom but with help from hosts we were able to cook satisfactorily

Perfect location, quiet rural stay in a lovely barn.
A beautiful location and a perfectly sized place to stay for groups or families. The Shepherds hut was well laid out, everything you needed with kitchen and living area. It was also very clean!

Great accomodation and location for a family weekend away
Large living space,plenty of parking,rural location but local to good pubs,great shower with plenty of hot water,spotlessly clean,lovely and warm on arrival in snow,farm manager leanne responded quickly when help required with wood burner and questions about departure.house fully equipped with everything you might need, including games,puzzles,books and dvds.thank you for letting out your beautiful property which is maintained to a very high standard including a lovely garden to use in the better months.Plenty of great walks around and even pretty planters on the doorstep.
Mattress a little too firm for us,but that's our preference.
