Cracked sink, poor shower, outside traffic noise

Good value. Decent enough for the price.
The light in the bathroom is on a timer so you keep being plunged into darkness whilst showering! Could do with a refurb

Nice clean room. Friendly staff
I couldn't sleep because it was near the busy road.

large room and bathroom, plenty of storage.
windows were thin, could hear a lot of noise throughout the night as the window was next to a set of traffic lights on a busy road.
Sink in the bathroom stopped working after a couple of hours meaning I had to use the bath tap for general water usage.

what can I say we stayed in the lodge room 213. I would love to stay in there. massive space . comfortable better than 5star hotels I’ve stayed in the past.

Easy access to city center. Good value for money.

Room was warm
Bed was hard. No food available.
3.4
The fact that the hotel was within walking distance of both the town centre and the football ground, which was the main reason for my visit
The result of the football match !!

Spending time alone with my partner and baby.
The fact I had to get out of the shower every minute to activate the light. It is always the least enjoyable shower/bath I have. Also housekeeping knocking on the door and entering the room, sometimes more than an hour before we have to leave.

Absolutely nothing!
No food or breakfast available- only told upon arrival. Shower was useless and fell off the wall. Massive full size fridge and microwave greeted me upon entering the room plus the curtains were hanging off the rail. Not good!

Excellent overall service. I’ll recommend to family and friend’s. Thank you.
Nothing…

Very basic. Very cheap. If you expect plenty then go elsewhere. If looking a bed only then ok

Lady at reception was above and beyond kind and helpful - recommended me somewhere to eat (The crossing) - which is where I went and was fine.
Check in and out no issue + parking easy.
Shower wasn't great
