Perfect island getaway

Get why it’s the beloved local getaway island. Last time I came here was 30 years ago and it retains the same luxury hotel without trying too hard vibe. Room was nice and comfortable, beach was gorgeous, fun waves. Food was good (if a lil pricey) and service was great. Perfect place to chill for a long weekend but I don’t think you can stay for too long here.

Food prices are a little steep

Es war schön aber wir verraten nicht zu viel jeder muss das auch der eigenen Faust 👊 erkunden .

Das Meer war sehr pretty 😍 Der Spa war ebenfalls sehr bemerkenswert Es gab auch im flachen Teil vom Meer Fische 🐟 zu sehen und wenn man wirklich viele sehen will, muss/darf man an die Felsen tauchen 🤿 da sind sehr viele Fische und wir haben auch einen Rochen gesehen Wir kommen wieder

Unsere Klima Anlage war sehr laut, dadurch konnte man nicht besonders gut schlafen.Wwir hatten Glück und Ohrenstöpsel dabei . Das können wir euch auch empfehlen 👍

Nice resort

Its very nice and unique property. It has 3 main restaurants (one doesn’t allow children). Room was cleaned 2 times a day, which was very nice. Food was good, really liked the Malaysian street food night. Staff are amazing - very nice and welcoming and always happy to assist/ help. Amazing views

Emerald Bay - lots of trash, so much trash hidden behind the rocks. Looks like the resort doesn’t really bother to clean it up regularly. Its very, very expensive and the resort is tired - the villas definitely need some renovation - we had a massive hole between the front door and the villa

There are not many dining options, the price is not proportional to the food, the price is too high, the food is not good. 11am check out, 10am came to rush the travel, and the attitude is not friendly.

Paradise, a jewel in the crown of an emarald sea.

Beautiful location, quiet and relaxing, amazing accommodation, friendly and helpful staff and great food.

it was all wonderful, a bit of a problem with mains water supply but the staff worked very hard to make sure that their guests remained comfortable and clean.

Great place for a quiet, restful getaway.

Quiet, well maintained resort. The wait staff at their restaurants were all very friendly and always ready to help. Thank you to all who served us during our visit, including Kamal, Darwin, Vijay. You guys are the best.

The beaches got a lot of trash from the ocean. We wish the hotel could be more efficient to clean it.

Staff were friendly The spa was exceptional , my massage therapist was amazing I left tip I was so impressed Food was good especially breakfast The location was paradise and so peaceful It’s expensive but seriously worth it ! I wanted to come back after I left but the water villa were booked up. The spa experience was amazing never had anything like it before ! Highly recommend it ! I vary rarely leave reviews but this place really deserves it

The bed could have had a better mattress but the room was so beautiful. I have a dodgy back but it was still fine

Fab relaxation surrounded by nature!

Superb location, plenty of nature (hornbills and fruit bats guaranteed as long as conditions don't change) and fantastic food (special mention to Dawy the restaurant manager at Feast, who was superb!)

Some elements of the room were a little worn (eg limescale in bath) but only minor issues.

Perfect holiday that met all expectations

The welcoming committee was nice. The rooms were clean and tastily decorated. The food was very tasty. The staff went out of their way to be extremely friendly. Facilities were very suitable and available. Local wild life brought a tinge of colour to the experience.

Waiting for the shuttles was a big disappointment. We were there for two days and on two occasions we waited for an hour at Spa Village. We would have walked except that it was too hot on one occasion and too far on the other occasion.

Good

The resort is a beautiful island escape away from the hustle and bustle of the city. There are amazing facilities and the beaches are pristine!

This is an old resort and as one would expect, the rooms have some wear and tear. The showers have lots of mold. The cleaning could be improved as when we checked in, our bathroom wasn’t as clean as we would’ve liked. There was lots of hair all over the toilet and the shower had tons of beach sand heaped on one side. More attention to those kind of details would make the resort perfect!
