Overall it was very nice!

The room was comfortable, and most of the staff were very helpful throughout my stay. I would especially like to commend Kelly and Krystal for their outstanding assistance, which was very much appreciated and greatly enhanced my experience.

The reception should be aware that guests may often need small change. When I asked to break a 100 Yen note, one of the counter staff initially suggested that I go to a bank. Although he eventually provided the change, please understand that the need for small denominations will always exist. It is unreasonable to expect a guest to find a bank just to break a 100.

Excellent location right next to the exhibition centre, very friendly and helpful staff, clean property

The original room we were given smelled damp and humid, but the staff quickly helped us change rooms once we mentioned to them the problem, excellent communication and resolution skills

Cet hôtel est bien situé,pas très loin du métro,dans 1 quartier plutôt calme Les personnels de l'hôtel sont très serviables .L'hôtel est très propre,le spa est bien,les équipements sont à la hauteur.

La comodidad, la excelente atención, el personal no sabe español Pero se esfuerzan para comunicarse con uno, son muy se pasan de amables. Los restaurantes lujos, la ubicación excelente

Solo que para poder entrar a la piscina te cobran 15 usd por un gorro desechable

Couldn't have been better

We have stayed at several 5-star hotels in Guangzhou and this was by far the best. Special shout out to Irene and the entire staff on the 22nd floor club lounge. They all went above and beyond. Will definitely be staying at the Langham for all subsequent trips to GZ.

perfect location for canton fair

The room was great with a great view and was very comfortable and clean ... also it's a perfect location if you are attending the Canton Fair it is a 5 to 10-min walking distance

Breakfast was average and the spoons next to the food trays were used to put other food in other food trays which is not acceptable for example the spoon for the cheese tray was used to take the pork meat and that's not good ... also they don't have big variety of cheeses or halal food so be careful about that... the staff was amazing and very kind and helpful

Dissapointed. I couls get much better with the price.

The lobby is huge and the staff as usual 👍👍👍 The location (around 5-10mins walk to canton fair area DAB, 2-5mins walk to area C). But if you're into the shopping malls, skip this one. The restaurant / breakfast : exceptionally good except the main menus (unlike 5 star serving)

The room : small unlike stated in the details of the room. I got bigger in my previous hotel (not Langham) but in details is stated smaller than Langham states. Notes : Langham price 3x than my previous hotel 😅 The bathroom also nothing good, I got the old ones unlike the pictures. 😢 The bed : I ordered king size, I got two single bed joined together. Bed holder stand looks like from 3 star hotel.😢

Good Variety of breakfast . European selection available . Room was a very light damp smell , but was a very comfortable . Location was a bit of a drive to the centre . But suited our purpose as we did not need to travel much

Great facilities/location/staff, everything great but a little smell.

The location is perfect if you are coming for the trade shows, there's too many options for breakfast, the gym, spa and swimming pool are really good and there's no other passangers using them. The atention that I received from tracy in the front desk was great.

The smell. I don't know if it's the carpet floor or the ventilation A/C, but there's certains smells that people from Occident can notice.

It's next to Canton Fair. Saved my feet a little. Loved the bathtub.

Shout out to the breakfast buffet staff and Jason the manager, they worked so hard, it was like a cloud of locust descending on a field of food. The food was delicious and high quality. Loved the spa! Good massage gorgeous environment. The view from the room was gross but at least it was a view, the bed, desk, bathtub and robes, lots of space and details. A few of the staff spoke a tiny bit of English.

Rearrange the food so it's closer together and better flow, very chaotic, move the bread station to the other end and fill that with tables. The only improvement is to have more non-dairy options/creamer for coffee, plus the table management system. The hotel itself uses a horrible toxic smelling scent in the arrival/front desk lobby area and it's sickening. Ban smoking in the Skybar so other guests can enjoy it. Make the gym much larger! Too much "monitoring" of guests and daily room service restocking is hit and miss. This is the only hotel that didn't provide coffee and milk/creamer in the room. Even the bad Nescafe is better than nothing. I'm not sure what era the TVs are from but they are so old, poor quality and then they have some bad political programming channels. It's a shocker for a modern hotel. Don't make credit cards so problematic and every bill strange a discussion. Washing the windows of such a large building must be problematic and dangerous, but it's pretty gross to look out a dirt covered windows. Invent a way to keep them clean via drones!

Fabulous, comfortable and proper 5 star hotel

Loved the staff and their generosity. The pillow menu, the room design and comfort. Was quite a remarkable hotel. The club lounge.

AC smell as soon as you enter the room. but it is only when you first enter.

Breakfast was bad - the attendants were not at all sensitive to International travellers requirements. The steam room in the spa was inspirational. The staff and the GM were very courteous.
