The location is in a quiet area. The staff was kind.
The breakfast was ok.
1. The furniture is outdated, the walls stained, in places with mold over which whitewash has been applied. The single bed in the triple room had a rusty iron frame, the bathroom toilet was gray from wear/dirty as it was.
2. When we checked in, we were told that parking costs 5 euros per day, and when we left, we were told that it costs 10 euros per day, the amount we have to pay.
3. The ground floor room I stayed in had no windows and no balcony. The only window was the one by the front door. The entrance was made directly from the hotel courtyard.
4. The reception bathroom looks pathetic, the toilet bowl was very, very dirty. And this at 9 in the morning.

Nice with car garage under the hotel 3 slots

nothing
First of all we had to argue for 15 minutes upon arrival to be able to park in the garage. The outdoor parking is not inside the property, as it is stated here. The outdoor parking is not private, it is a common parking area along the road. It is 100 meters away from the hotel. And anyone else can park there. The guy on the reception in a very rude way told that the garage was full. In reality it was half empty all two days. I do not know what is wrong with letting people park there and why you have to argue about it. The room is tiny. It is the smallest room I have ever seen in my life. The bathroom is very uncomfortable. I used to injure myself every time as you can not turn around and not to bump into something. And I am a tiny girl with the S size. I can not imagine how anyone bigger would fit in there. So the price is at least doubled from how this room should have been priced. You have windows right in front your windows, so no privacy at all. And I woke up of the sound of someone sniffing below my window in the morning. The hotel is on the outskirts of the village. On the check out the same guy on the reception tried to get some additional taxes from me, even if my booking was payed including all taxes. After 5 minutes of argument I have not payed it. But be careful. This hotel is the worst I have ever seen. And the guy on the reception is the rudest Italian person I have ever seen also.

Stefania from reception has been without any kind of empatie and amability. She avoid even to say her name . From my opinion I ve send her to work în other place or better to stay at home .
4.2
It was very clean and comfortable, facilities were great, little fridge and AC working well. Space outside the room to dry your clothes which is very useful!
Gluten free breakfast was quite poor, being a hotel they can definitely do better! Normal breakfast was good, a variety of everything like fruit, cornetto, yogurt, cakes etc
4.2
Excellent breakfast with local products and very rich.
Working AC and comfy room/bathroom with balcony with drying clothes option outside.
No free parking available in a location a bit far from the beach (15 min walk)

Rooms are spacious and clean. Calm area.
Customer service is a SHAME. Upon doing the check out, the receptionist (the younger one of the two ladies who work there) kicked us out (“us” including our 1-year old baby) because we “were not guests anymore” after check out, hence according to her we had no right to wait our taxi on the couch at the reception. We had lost the keys of our car and the receptionist showed no sympathy, rather the contrary: She became aggresive, talking to us in an inappropriate manner, refusing to check in their records if someone had found the keys, then refusing to check if we had forgotten the keys in our room (room which was not occupied by any other guests). While waiting for a taxi at the reception (it’s 30+ degrees outside, and we have a baby) she told us we had to leave or she’d call the police. We were not bothering other guests, not doing any particular noise, and we were dressed properly. In the end, we had to wait our taxi for more than 30min outside, in full summer, with a baby. A old man who I understood is linked to the family managing the hotel came to apologize when he saw what happened. But this incident should have never happened in the first place.

Nice place, spacious room, good breakfast . Nice staff.
A little bit too far from seaside, but not that bad.

Breakfast was delicious and staff was extremely pleasant. The beach was around a 10 minute walk and the walk was very nice with a lot of shops and restaurants. The main road with all of the souvenirs was a 2 min walk.
Our room was really close to the kitchen so early in the morning we heard the plates slamming but not enough to make me not stay there again, we will definitely be coming back.

Staff is very nice for help!
Wifi is sooo bad
