Major disappointment

Nothing, cause I did not use this hotel service due to bookings.com not disclosing latest check in time, I arrived 00:25 the following day which was 25minutes late, I couldn't get in into hotel, just wasted my 47e, made me pissed.

Booking .com not disclosing latest check in time due to this I've lost my 47 euro and a decent rest in the hotel

Superb

Bad very comfortable, good breakfast. Cattle and fridge in the room. Basic hotel very good to stay overnight.

No reception at late evening. Mail do not cleary say that you have to checkin in order to get codes to acces room.

Nice hotel near the highway

very good location near the highway, tram stop and supermarket nearby, convenient parking space, nice and quiet room

Very nice for short stay

Good location, very close to the motorway, perfect for break on the long drive, tasty breakfast

There was a chair in my room covered with stains, looked very disgusting,if you can't clean it better to be removed from the room because no one can use it anyway

it was convenient for where we needed to be but in the future I think I will look elsewhere to stay

Better than expected.

The hotel is in a semi-industrial area and the neighborhood is not so attractive. But the hotel room was very nice, better than we expected. I can recommend a nearby restaurant Paxos with Greek food, very good.

Nice and smily lady in check in. Room clean and tidy. Good size of bed, very comfy, clean.Bathroom clean with towels and soap. Small parking on the front of hotel.Overall very good hotel for price.

Clean and confortable

The room was very spacious, clean and had a very confortable bed. Breakfast attended most expectations. Staff is friendly. Hotel is located right in front of an U-bahn station (15 min to downtown areas) and there is a supermarket just across the street. Small fridge inside the room.

No ventilation system inside the room so you need to open the windows for some fresh air and then you get noise from the street. The hotel building is shared with common services on the first floor and anyone can access the hotel's floors. That gave some aspect of insecurity although nothing suspicious happened. Maybe to install digital locks on doors that give access to the rooms.

Dirty windows and window sills. The room is poorly ventilated. When the windows are closed, there is a residual smell of tobacco.

Excellent place to stay near Hannover airport

Excellent Room..Excellent facilities The gentleman who checked me in was really nice and helpful The lady serving breakfast was lovely Breakfast was unglaublich.. Really nice !

Sadly I didn't get the WiFi password before reception closed

Poor service. No information on password to wi-fi anywhere. Breakfast ordered, but not served

Breakfast was ordered while making a booking, but when we came to get it to the reception the lady at the desk...did not know anything. We paid for breakfast, which was not served. Invoice was not corrected after.

Good value for money and helpful staff

Great value for money, and nice staff.

I guess because of covid its limited hours in reception and restaurant which I understand. It looked very nice so wish we could eat there.

Superb

Hotel staff was very Friendly. Especially the hotel Manager was super. He is also very good at cooking. I defenitely recommend to eat at hotels restaurant. Good value for money. Location is only 15 min away from city center.

Never back again.

Bed was very comfortable. Sleeping well-maybe i was so tired:) Rewe supermarket just 100m from Hotel.

I think it was the worsest accomodation of my all trips to Germany. Broken elewator- (rooms on floor 4 and restaurant on floor 5!) Breakfast was so so… (waiter spoke in good English) Reception doesnt speak good English. So maybe could be better if waiter could swap with receptionist.
