Large comfortable apartment with a friendly lady of the house

The accommodation was perfect, we had the whole floor at our disposal, i.e. a fully equipped kitchen, a large living room and a comfortable sleeping room. We especially appreciated the large terrace with a beautiful view of the iconic bridge and also the presence of the nearby beach. Also the free parking in front of the house was very handy, not to mention the bus stop and supermarket a few steps away. Last but not least, the English guide and local leaflets as part of the amenities are a very good idea. The price was excellent, considering what we got and especially the price conditions in the city.

A wonderful family stay in Dubrovnik

Quiet location, a short bus ride from the old town. Wonderful host , warm and welcoming and knowledgeable.

We loved everything except that the bathroom it is a bit dated and does not have a stand up shower (only a hose in the bath), but it is however functional.

Very pleasant and clean accommodation near Dubrovnik.

Our host Aida greeted us personally with refreshing drinks and answered all our questions. She booked a meal for us at a local restaurant, with a wonderful waterside view of the marina. She was so welcoming and helpful.

Nothing really - everything was fine. The location is convenient for a small supermarket and near an exceptional restaurant. It was too far for us to walk into the oldest part of the city, but taxis are easy to book and fairly inexpensive.

One of the best accommodations I have been on booking! Spacious and clean apartment, easy to find and park and a super friendly host. Aida not only welcomed us with a refreshing drink but also gave us lots of tips for restaurants, sightseeing, public transport etc. Highly recommended!!!

Responsive and lovely host. The property is spacious! Sunbeds outside is lovely touch. Quiet area.

Not major but you will need to take Uber everywhere if you don't have a car. At peak time, it can be pricey. However I already knew this before booking so it didn't bother me.

the place was spacious but a bit old, so some of the facilities could be upgraded (mattresses, crockery). Aida was super kind and we had a quick and effective communication. We had our own parking spot and she even did some recommendations to us on what to do in the city.

Free parking on the property and easy access to the old town by bus line 6 + super clean apartment + super quiet during the night + a super kind host. :) I can highly recommend this apartment..

Comfortable apartment with great hostess

Warm welcome by the hostess who went out of her way to ensure that we could check in early. Comfortable and very clean apartment with everything you need.

It's a bit far out from the Old Town, but that is easily solved by taking a bus or an Uber.

The host is a very nice lady, she gave us a lot of help. she always reply my message and answer my questions. This appointment has a great location and comfortable like home. The most important is free parking, which saved us a lot of money. With Uber it cost us about 7euro to the old town, really convenient. It is definitely a great stay, highly recommendation!

I love the place because is clean and quite and have parking which is a big problem in Dubrovnik. The host is very helpful and welcoming.

even though Uber took us to the wrong address (no fault of the owner)- the owner Aida stepped in and picked us up where Uber dropped us

everything was just perfect!

Great value for money! The young lady was incredibly helpful and offering us advices and tips, a lot of useful information! She was always available for any questions. I highly appreciate that … accommodation was excellent. It was large airy appartment with fabulous terrace and is very very clean and stylish! It was pretty close to the beaches as well to supermarkets or restaurants. With bus 2a, 5 or 6 you are in a few minutes in the old town and the station is under five minutes walk. You can use Uber taxi and will cost you 6 dollars 💵. You have a parking lot in front which was big issue for us ( free of charge). The Wi-Fi inside and outside appartment was very strong ( I had remote work ). We can really recommend it! We will definitely stay here again! See you next year!
