The front desk lady was awesome. I forgot her name but she was a young black lady. She was very professional.
The room has a bad smell, and I was greeted with a roach on the counter upon entering. I couldn't get comfortable with the smell and had to try and sleep with lights on because I didn't want any roaches to appear when turning lights back on. The bathroom was ok, not perfect. There was only enough towels for one person and I paid for more than one. We couldn't switch rooms because they were all booked. So we couldn't get out of the horrible smell. One of the picture frames were missing a picture. I will NOT be paying to stay here again.

Well, I was confused about staying there upon arrival because it didn’t feel like a hotel. It was a bunch of kids running around and a lot of lobbying. I had a two queen suite and my room and the linens smelled old and musky, which made the entire room smell. Shortly after being in the room a couple of hours, my son discovered a couple of German coaches. We instantly grabbed all our belongings and jolted down stairs. Staff was very nice and tried to make it right by accommodating us with two new rooms and a free snack item from the store. Now, I wasn’t going to leave a review, however one of the rooms we were given smelled of urine! By this time we were tired and just pushed through the night so we could leave in the morning. Worst experience I ever had while staying in a hotel. I will never give another Candlewood Suite my money.
Roaches, smelled awful, rooms weren’t properly cleaned.

Miss Tia was so professional and friendly. She provides excellent customer service. The room was very clean and comfortable
The water pressure in the shower was pretty low and went cold after a few minutes. It eventually went back to hot.

Good location. No issues.

I just moved to Tx from Phoenix. The property is very clean and smells good when u walk in. Tyler checked in my husband and I in and was so kind and helpful. She was the best!!! All if the staff are friendly. The hotel sits off by itself which is great but there are a lot of shopping nearby
They provide free washing which is great but some residents will take your clothes out of the washer so you just have to watch your stuff or wash them later in the evening when it's not so busy. So that's not the hotel's fault. I did see a couple of roaches but again that may be from other guests living here for extended periods because hotel is really clean.

The first room we got , the ac didn’t work. so we had to moved to another room with 2 queen beds.
In that second room, I found a croach. Rooms aren’t clean.

The wifi was strong and didn't have any issues.
Lack of hot water. Lack of meeting space that wasn't the lobby.
The curtains didn't close entirely and were blown around by the AC unit, so the sun kept waking me up.
No meal options. The commissary was an additional cost.
No cleaning service. I heard of several issues from other rooms but did not have those myself.

The room was very spacious & it had a mini kitchen & full size refrigerator.
Killed several small roaches in the bathroom & 1 on the kitchen counter. One of the kitchen drawers had what looked like old cooked rice. Floors didn’t look swept well. Refrigerator motor noise kept us up all night—Very Loud!

The manager was very understanding and thoughtful. She made sure we were not totally disappointed in our stay.
Pests in our room and a strange odor through out the hotel.

I did like the lobby area. It was new and also appeared to be clean.
This hotel is less than 3 years old and is infested with roaches. I live in this area and only came to stay for a few days because my air conditioner was out and we were waiting for a new one to be ordered and installed. A gentleman of the staff was very dismissive and unkind

We didn’t care for it at all. It was nasty and the atmosphere was not pleasant
Everything could of been better. Nasty. Dirty. Defective door. No key to go in and out. Once in locked in. Carpet tore up. Smelled like dog urine

The location was nice, the room was spacious, and the beds were comfortable.
The cleanliness of the room was horrible, there was a dishwasher full of dirty dishes from the last person that stayed IN the room, the shower products were empty, and the coffee material was also empty in our room.

I liked everything about the room.
There was nothing not to like about the hotel.

Nice location the walls or little bit thin especially in the rest room
.Pricey. I was expecting something cheaper in a room but overall it's a nice facility nice location inside and out no complaints. The restroom the walls were too thin because that's where the most noise came from was when I went into the restroom and I believe you should come down on your prices a little bit too high
