Comfy room with good shower
On street parking as car park is very small ,however plenty of space on the street
4.1
Always nice to get back there.
Charming small hotel, comfortable bed
Room a little small, but enough for 1 night
Top breakfast
Nice pub for a small dinner
Great people working there
Only little negative note, bathroom small, no place to leave your stuff
4.1
Home style. Staff is really friendly and cooperative. Breakfast was good.
Change the carpet in the room.
4.1
Very nice property
4.1
The room was clean and comfortable except that the carpet needs to be replaced. In room tea-making facility.
It is essentially a party pub. The breakfast is served in the bar and not great.

Great beds good bar the staff were very friendly Malissa was very helpful

I had a good reception. Well looked after with everything explained clearly. I had a fun time at Karen's Diner. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast is good, but service was a bit chaotic.

Breakfast is good. Nice and cool restaurant.
The Beds are too soft.

nicely decorated, good size room
the bedding, a nicer quantity of sheets would have been great

This is an hotel in a residential area which has been perfect for us to visit family who live close by. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Our breakfasts which were included in the booking price were of high standard. "A gem of a find"!
4.1
Spacious room with good facilities, breakfast was delicious, staff were very helpful and the hotel had a lovely environment.
We had to park on street as no space in their car park, when we arrived the room was not ready for us and had someone finishing our room whilst inside.

I liked everything regarding the property
4.1
The room was reasonably spacious and the bed was comfortable. There was a little built in desk area that was handy for a work call. We were able to park our car on the street outside the hotel for free. The neighbourhood was quiet and felt very safe. It was about a 20 minute walk to the High Barnet tube station.
The hotel seemed to have a problem with their laundry service the day we arrived. As a result we didn't have any pillowcases on our bed and no bath towels. However, we also weren't advised of this when we checked in and had to later go source pillowcases and towels when we discovered they were missing. The internet didn't work most of the time we were there which meant I struggled to go on a work Zoom call. We ate dinner in the restaurant one night and had breakfast both days. The food was ok, but not stellar. Average pub fare. The staff were all very friendly, but maybe lacked a bit of professionalism. For example, they were mopping the floor of the breakfast room with a pine scented cleaning fluid right next to my table while I was still eating breakfast.

Quiet, comfortable and excellent staff.

Breakfast OK.
That the staff woke my sleeping wife and child at 9.30pm demanding that the room fee was paid immediately. My wife had to wake my 3 year old child and bring him downstairs to settle the room fee. She was told earlier that it could be settled in the morning by myself, on asking why it needed to be settled, she was informed that it was for insurance purposes.

great place very clean nice staff
everything was great

super clean and quiet, small friendly hotel

The chap on reception was a delight, all the staff were really nice and the food was really tasty! The waiting staff all were very apologetic if we had to wait for anything (and it was a reasonable wait anyway so there was no need to apologise!) and it seemed like a really nice, family operation
The bathroom was really nice but the air intake/extractor cover could do with a wipe. That's about it!

No restaurant open. Lot of noise from machine outside window.
4.1
Lovely atmosphere in the hotel, friendly staff, great location with a few things to do around the area.
There was nothing not to like about here.
4.1
Great location, lovely bar. Rooms are nice and spacious with comfy beds.
The only complaint I have is how hot the room was it was supposed to have air conditioning but it didn’t work properly and the blind wouldn’t lift to let air in through the windows.
4.1
Reception staff was friendly. Room size is OK, good size bathroom. Air-conditioning in room, pleasant even though there was some draft over the bed at night. Sufficient on-street free parking. Quiet area. No restaurants nearby, 20 minute walk into town.
Bar staff not very helpful, not a part of the hotel. 7 pounds for pint of beer is expensive. Price of room is high for what you get. Breakfast not well organized, not prepared for guests. Ran out of milk at 730am for coffees. No cereals area. No desk in the room to work.

Room had Air Con, which was very appreciated in the heat. Bed was comfortable.
No Restaurant, only a very limited selection of bar food, which was served in Plastic baskets. Bearing in mind I had numerous emails suggesting I should eat in their restauant is was very disappointing. No Breakfast Available. No staff available at reception when I needed to checkout, so just had to leave the key. Will not book again, which is a shame, as I would be staying once every 2 weeks if it were better.

Ok
Updated the check in time but hotel was closed, no body picked up the phone and had to stay on 29th at a cheezy hotel.
My first day booking amount should be returned

Room was clean and comfortable.
How noisy it was in the evening and there was no food available in the evening.
