Royalton is one of my best hotels. I enjoyed every moment I was there. Big up to all staff and management who always ensue that the property is up and running so that we the guest can enjoy.
Think I am bored now of the Michael Jackson show. Can something else be performed?

Beautiful pool and beaches and generally friendly staff. The bar, restaurant, front desk and porters were wonderful!
Literally only two not so pleasant staff but it didn’t spoil my stay. Everyone else was wonderful. Also maybe not have tip money out in the open on both sides of one of the omelette station. If you going to have money out, create a jar for it or something but not next to the food. That older omelette guy was not so pleasant either.

the food was good, the staff was amazing, the entertainment was on point it was a good experience for my husband and I
my husband and i had to change room and the room we got we weren't pleased with, the view didn't match the one we had before, and we were very disappointed with it, our stay was for our honeymoon and we were so disappointed as it relates to declaration disappointed is a understatement.

Personally the breakfast was Good not great, thought it should be more local than international .
Upon arrival we were not greeted and persons at the front were just aimlessly walking around. When we were checking in the lines were long and that day the supervisor was out and so another supervisor from another department were in charge of issuing bands. This was very inefficient because she had to go from one place to another everytime a guest checked in to issue the bands. And this made the front staff slow and confused.

We enjoyed the cleanliness, privacy and some of the food. I love the variety of meat and pastries that was available.
I didn’t like that there wasn’t a wider range of fruits to choose from. I love yogurt and disliked the ones provided at your resort. There wasn’t much activities. And our fridge was not restocked when requested.

The room had no hot water for my entire stay. It also smelled like mold. Mirror was falling apart and no towels at all. Staff was rude and not helping.

Our room (thankfully) had no drain smell issues.
Many others did!
Our view was fantastic.
Staff was friendly. Shout out to Peter and Carla who were very attentive and helpful!
Diamond Club lounge, butler service and beach area are worth the extra money spent!
Is going to be closed for refurbishment and will re-open as The Hideaway Blue Waters Resort!
Definitely needed as many rooms had drain (smell) issues and paving tiles around walkways are broken and uneven.
Difference in service between regular and Diamond Club is VERY noticeable... especially when it comes to restaurant reservations!

The food was okay. The waiter, I think his name is Darron, he was very polite also the security at the gate.
It took us 45 minutes to check in. I was standing at the front desk for about 8 minutes before I was acknowledged by the rep. I had made a request for something that says "happy birthday " it was not done. No complimentary package was in the room. When I asked about it, I was told that because I booked for 1 night, it would not be done as the norm is for that to be done the following day at 12 and by that time I would check out. That does not make sense as it should have been there prior to the guest arrival.
We left early as the housekeeping staff was very loud and woke us up very early. When we opened our room door, there was cat mess right there, and the housekeeping staff was like 3 rooms away. We did not like the whole experience from the time we arrived, so that was just the icing on the cake, so we left early.

The location is perfect. The activities on the resort.
I didn't like the room for the price we paid. There was a funny smell in the room, probably from the bathroom. I didn't like that the fridge was in a lil closet and nothing was cold. The drawers in the closet were broke. We never got ahold of room service, nobody answered the phone. Very low water pressure in the shower.
I didn't like how everything was catered to the diamond club members. Top shelf liquors weren't top shelf and the drinks were watered down. Trying to get reservations or eating at the nicer restaurants was impossible. The gift shops prices were ridiculously expensive. Get some real coffee and icecream they were horrible.

it’s beautiful
The property is beautiful, pool, beach and restaurants were good. staff was nice.

Its a beautiful property. They gave us an upgrade to ocean view because it was our honeymoon.
We checked in 12am because our wedding was that same day. This was communicated to the team prior to arrival. Still had to wait because the room wasn't ready at 12 am in the morning. When we finally got our room the hot water don't work and a horrible smell was coming from the drain in the shower. Called maintenance no one showed up.
Breakfast was mediocre. Advise dont try the pastries!.

The resort by itself is just beautiful.
A particular Chef that serve omelette by the breakfast buffet , really resonated with my husband and me.. he was so authentic and professional .
I was upgraded from White Sand to Blue Waters.
No 1.. the staff especially front desk, I had to go down into the lobby in my bath towel before we could get an iron/steamer to press our clothes so we could leave the room.. they promise one , but couldn’t give a time after waiting for an hour I had enough I went down in my towel got one 20 minutes after, smh
They promise a banner on the door for my birthday, wasn’t forthcoming either to name a few..
No 2.. the bartenders, very stigmatizing and preferential, we felt uncomfortable
No 3.. The servers/ cleaners by the breakfast buffet… two mornings we were ready to eat no utensils, the lady wiping the outside table constantly flash the water each time she wipe and her mouth was so loud, Jesus!
I also got stale pineapple Juice, they did correct it though.

The breakfast and the resort was good.
The room was old and in need of refurbishment. We waited a long time for our room to be ready. The Manager of the Diamond club was unhelpful and refused to assist with a room exchange on the new side of the resort. I would not recommend this side of the resort.

The faucet in the bathroom was broken. The shower door does not close properly. My spouse use the toilet and had to change his shorts afterwards because it got wet from the water that came from the shower.
