Estadia em familia muito prazerosa

Gostámos muito do apartamento. Tinha um lugar para os apartamentos Gladiador, mesmo junto da porta do predio, para que pudéssemos descarregar a bagagem. O apartamento era muito espacoso e bem organizado. Muita claridade e higiene. O terraço também era grande e confortável, excelente para passar um final de tarde agradável em familia.

Perfekt um die Stadt zu Fuß zu erkunden!

Sehr sauber und die Küche ist hervorragend ausgestattet...alles vorhanden. Eine sehr schöne und große eigene Terrasse zum Hof hin. Daher auch angenehm ruhig. Die Betten sind sehr gut. Die zentrale Lage macht es möglich, alles fußläufig zu erkunden. Fein war auch der sehr unkomplizierte Check-in. Wir haben uns die fünf Tage dort sehr wohl gefühlt.

Alles perfekt! Nur ein Hinweis für Leute mit kleinen Kindern. Die Geländer- sprossen der Terrasse im 1. Stock sind etwas weit auseinander. Dies könnte es mit kleinen Kindern eventuell problematisch/gefährlich werden.

No recibí el mensaje con las claves de acceso y estuve como 45 minutos esperando en la puerta para que me lo solucionaran. Al principio pensé que era un timo y me puse muy nerviosa pero pudieron solucionarme el problema y cuando entré, me sorprendió lo bonito y espacioso que era el apartamento.

excellent, highly recommend and we’ll be coming back

extremely good value for money, very pleasantly surprised,great size, beautiful veranda outside too, our stay was lovely…. if I could add any feedback I would say add a kettle for a cuppa tea, is Irish like our tea…there was coffee facilities though which was great . I’d highly recommend and Mérida a beautiful city, we were still not passing through for one night, but will definitely be back thank you

Very good

Location was good to main centre of town and there was a large grocery shop very close. Place was very clean and comfortable. Very nice host. Very helpful for getting us into building. Only stayed one night, would take this place again if staying more nights in future. Lots of paid parking options available if driving.

Awful communication with a property manager, full of ignorance and no readiness to help at all.

very clean, good location

people who are managing the property. this apartment is really very well located and totally clean (highest rate to a cleaning service), but the process of communication with a host was terrible. one day before arrival they asked me to fulfill and sign lots of questionnaires. otherwise they didn’t give me the entrance code (despite the fact the property was already paid)! after fulfilling all the necessary fields they said “no way, you need to sign the contract”. ok, I signed. No, they answer “another person must sign it as well”, but the thing that from my MacBook I didn’t have that “signature field” for the second person. I asked for the clear instructions of how to do that - silence in reply. I asked to provide us with a paper contract in the property for make the process easier - silence in reply. so at night before traveling and driving 500km I had to call to my friends who had different computer to help me!! otherwise I couldn’t get the entrance code! this is why the stuff gets the worst rate: for my inconvenience, for silence and no readiness to help, for myself not to have a proper rest before driving. please take it into account: if you’re booking this property, be ready to get no clear instructions from the host, be ready to be ignored. cannot recommend this property at all.

The apartment was nice and modern. Very big terrace too. It's a shame that the communication was bad, it would be a great apartment to stay at.

The communication with the owner was TERRIBLE. We realized around 9 pm that there were no blankets at all in the house, only the sheets, and it's November, so it was cold. The owner said he was going to send someone. We asked what time the person was coming multiple times and had no reply whatsoever until the next morning. He was reading our messages and not replying. We waited up until around midnight and finally went to bed wearing sweaters and long pants. Honestly, I would never go back to his apartment. If there were a bigger problem, you'd be on your own. There is also no place to hang towels.

The location was perfect for us - close to the train station, a good supermarket and an easy walk to all the sites in Mérida. The staff was friendly, helpful and explained everything including local suggestions. The apartment was clean and well equipped.

Good quality apartment

I thought that the apartment was very nicely decorated and well equipped. There is a decent sized terrace with table and chairs for sitting outside, which is a nice touch. It is a very short walk to the main parts of the city and there is public parking very close by. The 2 capsules of decent coffee were very much appreciated! All in all I thought the quality of the apartment was very good.

The location is on a rather busy road so it was a wee bit noisy at times

Lovely little studio apartment.

Location for sightseeing Space Bathroom Ok equipped kitchen Bed is comfortable Air con!!! Comfortable stay all in all.

No natural light. I felt a bottle of water (in the fridge) would be welcome for guests arrival...it's cheap for you to do and would be appreciated! The hallway is very dark and took some time to locate the light switch upon arrival. Small details, nothing major! Cant comment on staff as no personal contact
