Hall stairs landing needs cleaning cigarette burns on sette carpets living room bedroom stains on sette dining room table all edging falling off stains all over walls shower needs cleaning oven hob is disgusting food down washing.machine i never eat or cooked there same company have an amazing property next railway station disgusting

Thank you for solving the problem so quickly

The location is good as it’s near the centre but very noisy because of the bars outside

That we did not have sheets and towels when we arrived

Lovely flat. Very clean and in a pleasant location with eateries, nice pubs and coffee shops.

Cosy and comfortable.

Stairs might be a problem for some people. The location is fantastic if you want to be at the hub of Worcester and everything is incredibly accessible but can be a little noisy Friday and Saturday.

Inhumane conditions low quality standards that might be equalent to homeless rescue apartment. Do not pay for it!

Accommodation was described beautiful and nice and cosy. However, the first thing that I have experienced is the smell of smoke and mold in the house. There were mold in every room of the apartment on the windows and corner. The rooms in the apartment were quite dirty and the smell circulated trough the entire flat D. However the dirt on the carpet was very bad in the flat, outside in the hallway was tremendous and honestly it is a matter of cleaning isn’t it? inhumane conditions and quality. leaks on the wall and ceiling. Most exciting fact is the hole on the ceiling that is included in the price. the deposit is £200 which is definitely too high for the low standards. the price is not worth it even a hostel is nicer and offer a better quality. This is the lowest standard you can ever get. not worth visiting. Irresponsible owner is just for the profit.

Early morning noise from club opposite but to be expected Only being asked for a deposit after the booking had been made. I had not planned for an extra £200 which will take up to 8 days to be returned. This may be an issue for some people

This place is a perfect example of the vacation rental scammers that are the ruin of the industry. .

When the water went out (No Water) and I called management, they said it was the Water Company and not their problem, called back and asked for someone to come out and they said I should take a picture of No Water and send it to them, finally they agreed to a refund for that day so we could check into a hotel. The next day the water trickled a little, stopped, trickled a little more and stopped so they finally sent out someone to fix the issue, and we got water. But not the refund.

Great location, wonderful apartment, clean and tidy, and nicely sized.

Ideally located in the City Centre, perfect for getting to the shops or for food and drinks with friends. Lovely and clean, and great facilities.

Clean and comfortable apartment with excellent kitchen facilities, close to city centre.

Super easy and hassle-free to check in, clear instructions on how to get keys from box. Kitchen facilities were great, able to cook own meals and close to local supermarket to buy food. Washing machine meant that we didn't have to bring a large suitcase full of clothes. WiFi worked well throughout the stay. Everything was nice and clean on arrival, and we were even provided with complimentary washing-up pack for the dishes.

The street outside the window does get a little noisy at night, especially Friday and Saturday night, owing to the number of bars and pubs. But if you don't mind this, or plan to be visiting them yourself, this isn't too much of a problem.

Convenient but noisy

The location was close to all the amenities the city had to offer.

Some issues at first that were resolved by the owner. Although a first floor flat, to access the accommodation you have to go up 2 flights of stairs and then down a further flight. As my wife has some mobility issues this proved a major problem. Also very loud seagulls early morning and then noisy humans when the pubs shut.

Very good

All problems sorted next morning. Refund promised for hotel. Apartment perfect otherwise. Great location. Loads nearby, bars, restaurants, shops. Would stay again despite Mondays problems.

Key broke in front door at 2345 so had to stay in hotel 10 miles away on first night. Both windows broken, couldn't close either on the Monday.
